Depression: Is psychological condition in which the patient panics, suffers from social anxiety, feel excessively self-conscious and is worried about unrealistic problems. Anxiety disorders can last for six months or more and can affect normal activities, job performance and relationships. Patients with anxiety disorders worry excessively about their health, money & career among other things. Some common symptoms of anxiety disorder are restlessness, fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration. Which results in; Nausea Palpitations Sleep disturbances Breathlessness Dry mouth Feeling of panic, fear & uneasiness Cold or sweaty extremities When you face all the above end results leads to Chronic Constipation. This prevalent problem is due to an incorrect lifestyle and poor eating patterns. Adopt a healthy whole food plant based lifestyle initially with more fruits smoothies and juices ( don’t eat raw vegetables like carrots beets etc as they are hard and even small chunks that are undigested can tear the already destroyed colon walls) and once the symptoms disappear, drink juices and smoothies / fruits for breakfast, a big bowl of fruits / vegetables for lunch and oilfree cooked for dinner. Skin is the largest organ in our body and is also the point of contact with the outside environment. Nature has equipped the skin with mechanisms to deal with the inside and outside changes. Inside, there are hormonal changes that alter the oil secretion in the glands of the skin (this happens primarily during puberty) and on the outside, there are factors like environmental pollution, dust etc that the skin has to constantly confront. The skin glands constantly produce an oily substance in order to lubricate the skin and it also helps to shed the debris/dead skin cells so that fresh cells can take their place. Sometimes the dead cells are not shed and block the skin pores. The pores may also get blocked by the outside dust and dirt. While the body is doing its job of regenerating new cells and clearing the skin of any debris, all we could do is support the body perform this function. Yes this condition can very much heal. I don’t know what kind of lifestyle the child is leading. But get her to follow this Healthy Vegan whole food plant based lifestyle No diary from animals - milk curd ghee butter cheese paneer malai etc , no meat eggs fish sea food No white sugar or jaggery or other fancy sugars and jaggeries No maida , wheat and other packed ready to eat foods One glass of cucumber juice eith mint in the morning as soon as she wakes Plenty of fruits till 12 Cooked unpolished millet or rice lunch without oil with plenty of steamed vegetable Salads for snacking with greens like lettuce Palak mint coriander etc Cooked oilfree dinner unpolished and oil free On weekends, please replace lunch with a salad or raw lunch and fruits for snacking Give her a lot of tender coconut, dilute lime water , ash gourd juices Make her sit or stand in a early morning sun or late evening sun for 20 mins with minimum clothes Keep her emotionally happy and away from stress This will slowly show effect in few months and within 2-4 yrs all the patches will come back to normal. This is a lifestyle and she will have the tendency to come back to this issue if she repeats her current lifestyle. Some bodies are meant to follow a natural lifestyle very early in the life as their tolerance to toxins will not be much. They have high vitality or life energy to expel it. The key to using oils is to use them on moist skin. Oils get absorbed when mixed with water. That’s why we steam our faces post massage during a facial. Hello Shobha, Weight gain results due to a sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activities, and high fatty diet. For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. Cataract being inflammatory in nature is highly influenced by the way of lifestyle our earlier generation has lived, more than focussing on how to cure the problem. Our main aim in dealing with cataract is how we stop our eyes from going under further damage due to this issue. With the following tips, you will surely protect your eyes. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day and also, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Include seeds in his diet like flax seeds and chia seeds which increases optical health and increase eye strength. Almonds, spinach, oranges, fenugreek leaves, coriander are good sources of Vitamin which helps in protecting the eyes. Exercise: Here is some list of exercises which is highly recommended for you in your state which will help in strengthening your eye muscles. 1. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times.
