I am 29. My bp was 150/100 due to high stress level and anxiety and lack of exercise. I have taken medication for 2 months. After that i stopped medicine and started playing games and exercise in my life style and healthy diet and my bp was surprisingly got low for remaining 2 years. But now again due to stress and less exercise my bp level is around 115-150/65-90. Should I take medication or it will b ok if I follow same which I used to do prior?

हेलो, कारण - शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है। समधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

प्रीतपाल जी नमस्ते 🙏 घरेलू उपायों द्वारा , कैसे हम दाँतो को संभाले । दाँत के रोग सड़न व कीड़े लगना । दाँत साफ न रखना व भोजन के बाद कुल्ला न करने से होता है । निम या करंज या पीपल या जामुन या अमरूद का दातुन करें । अदरक नमक के पानी से कुल्ला करें । अमरूद के पत्ते लौंग अजवायन के पानी से कुल्ला करें । निम्बू के रस में लौंग पीसकर मिलाये व दांतों पर मले कीड़े बाहर आ जाएंगे । दाँत दर्द दाँतो की सफाई न करने व पेट मे कब्ज व वायु रहने से व अत्यधिक icecream खाने से होता है। रुई के द्वारा लौंग का तेल या जायफ़ल का तेल या बरगद का दूध लगाने से । अदरक व तुलसी के पत्तो का रस लगाये । हींग के पानी से कुल्ला करें । नमक लगे अदरक चूसने से । हरे पुदीने के पानी से कुल्ला करें । लौंग के पानी से या हल्दी के पानी से या फिटकिरी के पानी से कुल्ला करें । मूली का नियमित सेवन से या प्याज के रस से मसाज करने से या मेथी के पानी से कुल्ला करने से दाँत व मसूड़े मजबूत होते हैं । दाँत को साफ करने के घरेलू उपाय जो व्यक्ति पेस्ट करते हैं उन्हीं के दाँत सबसे ज्यादा खराब है और उन्हीं के दांतो में बीमारीया भी अधिक लगती है इसलिए ये उपाय अपनाये । सेंधा नमक, हल्दी पाउडर तथा सरसो का तेल तीनो को मिलाकर दांतो पर सफाई करें । अंगुली से दाँत को साफ करने से आपके मसूड़ों की मालिश होगी और मसूड़ों की मालिश होती है मसूड़े मजबूत होगे तो दाँत भी मजबूत होगे तथा भविष्य में दातों की बीमारी नहीं होगी ।यदि आपके आसपास नीम, बबूल, किककर, जामुन, अमरूद के पेड़ हैं तो आप इनमें किसी भी पेड़ की दातुन कर सकते है । 🙏 धन्यवाद

Hello Snehal, Protein is the first thing that will help in increasing weight. Getting a toned body with an increase in weight should be helpful. Weight gained in a natural manner helps in improving the quality of life accordingly. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts. After two hours one fruit, especially a seasonal fruit like banana, apple, mango, etc as they aid in weight gain. Lunch should have two buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Snack in the evening should have dates, prunes, apricots as these too, help in gaining weight. Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad and legumes bowl. This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Stay on a high juice ( veg juices and fruit juices made at home fresh without any additives) diet ( juices for all morning) There are many factors that can lead to respiratory issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammate the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to a viral activity. See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This overtime causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. I have developed acne and pimples on my jawline and chin, I eat balanced diet, I wake up early and exercise for an hour. Hi. Pick one habit at a time, follow it for 10 days & then add the next. As you change your habits, your taste buds will change!! Which one you want to pick first, depends on you. I will say start with the easiest and then keep picking up more & more difficult ones. Here's my list of 10 - Replace tea/coffee with healthy teas or drinks. Replace cooked breakfast with fruits. Have vegetable juice every noon & evening. Have raw veggie salads with lunch & dinner, atleast 50% to be raw. OR have cooked lunch & raw dinner. Replace milk with nut milk. Replace wheat roti with other grain rotis / dosas / chillas. Replace white salt with rock salt - this is very easy to do as there is no change in the taste. Replace packaged snacks with roasted makhanas, peanuts, chana, murmure, seeds, nuts, fruits, salads, etc. Avoid white sugar products like mithaai, cakes, pastries. Replace evening snacks with fruits.

Use AC as less as possible. Get fresh and open-air access with timely breaks. Have access to an air purifier during the day. Spent your off-hours in nature and fill your lungs with oxygen through walking, Surya Pranayam, Sudarshan kriya. 2 and a half litre air is enough for your daily dose. Walk in the fresh air at night before getting into AC. Put off AC after 3 AM if you have access to air and have your AC on fresh air mode. If you have access to a roof, be there in your off office hours. Deep breathing habit is the best way to save your prana.
I am suffering from lots of chronic and health issues like high Diabetes ,high BP, high cholesterol, fatty liver constipation, piles , gastric , nasal polyps ,thyroid bronchitis, Obesity 121kg , bulging disc, sciatica pain etc. Right now treatment is going on for diabetes, blood pressure , constipation and piles but no relief. नमस्ते नीलम जी, इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। शरीर को चेक ना करे बल्कि आदतों को चेक करें। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने गर्भाशय (uterus) पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। जिस दिन उपवास है उस दिन और इसके अगले दिन एनिमा लें। सहज रूप से मल त्याग करने के बाद। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Hello Sumeet ji, Very good questions you have posted. Let me take this opportunity to address your question. People when not adopting a proper and dicipline diet and life style they tend to fall sick. How it appears, Intially first symptoms we face Indigestion issue, Hair fall Constipation Nausea Flatulence Heaviness of body Lack of appetite Not sleeping on time Depression Eating more Junk food No Physical activity etc. When System is not removing its waste, or detoxifying on it own, from their health gets spoil. If you do not complete 8 hours a sleep, Internal organs are getting affected which tends to happen health loss. How to Over this Problem by follow Healthy life style from Day 1: 1. Morning once you wake up have an habbit of drinking water in empty stomach either 1 glass or half litre or 1 litre. 2. Usually many of us facing bleeding gums, toothache, cavity etc even we brush up properly. But actual reason is, we need to brush up at night more important then morning. Because night is the time where germs will play a vital role in our teeth at night time. so after brushing do not eat or drink anything except water. Moring time your teeth will be perfect only for 10min after brushing. After that we tend to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks in between where we do not gargle our mouth properly. and Night most of them will not brush and sleep. So better make an habbit of brush in the night time and sleep and morning gargle your mouth with lukewarm water adding salt. make this habbit to children especially. It is good if they brush with Neem stick or Baniyan tree stick. Which is natural. 3. When you take bath, mostly prefer bathing with normal water starts from head to toe. Hello, I am 22 years old. From past 6-7 months I started following healthy diet and regular workout. I am also doing pranayam in morning. I have achieved fat loss from my entire body. But I am not able to lose belly fat. I have read every article and everyone states to eat healthy and workout, not to stress.. Sleep well. I believe that I am doing everything fine. But still not seeing any difference my mid section looks bigger than my entire body. What is going wrong please help.

Hello, It is very nice that you are adopting good eating habits and doing regular exercise. Sometimes, people do workout and yoga on a regular basis but there is lack of correct exercise or yoga asana. For example, kapalbhati pranayam is very effective for belly fat but you may not be doing that and performing some other asana or pranayam and this can be the reason that you are still having belly fat inspite of doing exercise or yoga. Belly fat or accumulation of excess fat in any part of the body is the result of a sedentary lifestyle and wrong food intake like eating deep-fried foods, having a high fatty diet, etc. So, to get rid of the belly fat, this extra fat has to be removed. For this, the following tips will be helpful. Diet to be taken Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Soak cumin seeds overnight. Boil the water in the morning, add a slice of ginger and honey to it and then strain it and drink. This drink will be helpful to remove the extra fat. Always have natural plant-based raw foods. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have a good amount of water throughout your day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid Avoid spices and spicy foods. Avoid sugar, maida, wheat, white bread. Avoid all the packaged food items, deep-fried foods, processed foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid dairy food items. Exercise Exercise is equally important as diet. Start your morning with a walk or jogging of 30min. Do plank for 5minutes. Perform yoga like suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, pashchimottan asana. what’s purified water in your opinion? There is always a comparative study. Stream water vs tap water tap water vs filtered water aqua guard vs something else what are you asking? Ideally, water that’s coming from the taps are treated. It’s best to expose it to the sun/ store it in clay pots / use lime In water and get it as close to any natural element and then use it. Better than this is to hydrate the body all day on juices and tender coconut instead of water 😊. Hope this clarifies.
