Eat lot of green vegetables and fruits Removing refined sugars and taking milk and dairy products out of your diet will lower your intake of tran-fats. Hello, Today as per the life style and diet we are following which leads to more health issues and life cycle is becoming very short. The main cause will be; Extremely hot water bathing Overweight Wearing tight underwear Sitting for a long time Excessive alcohol consumption Deficiency of zinc Extra physical or mental workload Take sufficient amount of vitamin and fertility supplement. Try to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet so that you should not be overweight. Since overweight affects the testosterone and estrogen levels. Exercise regularly but do not overdo the procedure. As intense and over-exercise could lead to low sperm count. Stay away from toxins such as junk food, outside foods, fast foods etc. Do not overstress. Namaste, Hypertension is elevated pressure of the blood in the arteries. The increase in blood pressure depends upon a person’s age, physical and mental activities, family history, and diet. Normal blood pressure of a healthy adult individual. Unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyles are the causes of hypertension today. Most of the food items that we consume – fast foods or items packed with preservatives and chemicals – create digestive problems in the body. Impaired digestion leads to accumulation of ama (toxins), which further lead to the high blood pressure. Additionally, stress, anxiety and negative mental feelings also cause increase in blood pressure. Other causes could be history of BP in the family, obesity, lack of exercise, consumption of high-fat and low-fiber diet, excessive intake of tea, coffee, and refined foods, etc. Increase use of garlic, lemon, parsley, Indian gooseberry (amla), watermelon, grapefruit, skim milk and cottage cheese. Regular exercise is one of the best ways to lower blood pressure; brisk walking, jogging, swimming and athletics are good options. Laughter is the best medicine, as it relieves stress and anxiety, which are the main causes of high blood pressure in today’s lifestyle. Namaste One can come out of depression with some efforts. You need to work diligently on yourself. How does one get into depression? The most important reason is, the brain stops functionig normally when the blood that nourishes it starts becoming more toxic and is unable to give the brain the required nourishment. And what is the reason for the the blood to carry so much of toxins? It is our unhealthy lifestyle and food habits. So how can you change or improve the quality of your blood? Firstly start getting your bowels clean with the help of a clean diet. And a clean diet means consuming lots of locally grown, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Decrease the intake of cooked food to as minimum as possible. Eliminate processed, packaged foods complertely from your diet. Remove white sugar, white salt, Maida and refined oil too from your diet. Secondly go out in the nature. The suns rays have so much energy that it can drive away any level of depression. Soak in the suns rays every morning and evening, Soon you will start experiencing changes in your mood. Hello Deepthi Ji, Dandruff is a huge problem if not handled correctly, I had the same issue but cured it completely with the help of coconut oil as a carrier mixed with tea tree essential oil(few drops). I would advise you to use cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Aloe vera also does wonders in such conditions as aloe vera has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It will decrease inflammation and thereby itching too. Apply fresh aloe vera onto scalp and leave for sometime than wash it with some natural shampoo. Good luck :)

Namaste Shubh, The issue with your weight is your improper digestion. And improper digestion is there because your system is blocked with toxins. The blockages dont let your body to absorb the nutrients from the food. I remember how my dad assisted a young man with similar issue. Just after 100 days at my dads sanatorium with a complete lifestyle change and food habit change, he was able to overcome his extreme thinness and turned into a handsome young man. I had pcos 2 years back it was not very critical. I got ok with medicines, but after that I started gaining weight. My thighs and lower abdomen started swelling. Namaste, Since when you are suffering from Neck pain? After waking up from the Bed or sitting for a longer period of time? If so then do simple neck rotating excercise for 5 times round the clock and neck up and down 5 times. This will help to overcome your Pain. If there is a neck spasam apply Heat or ice pack in the painful area. Some time Cervical Spondylosis chances are there by pain at the back of the neck. Adopt Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for Neck pain. if Stiffness in the neck, gently massage with lukewarm sesame oil. Thanks.

Uterine fibroids are a result of toxins in the body. The blood, lymphatic system etc are loaded with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. That’s why one gets fibroids as the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Firstly stop the influx of all that is not needed or that which is more taxing on your body. The list of foods to be kept off is given in the diet section. To beat summer and humid weather follow below one; Eyes should be washed with clean water and wiped by clean towel to protect them from infections. Including immunity boosting foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. Take easily digestible and light foods. Avoid watching Tv or Mobiles for longer period. Sleep on time. Weekly twice take oil head bath to reduce heat in the body. Seasame oil or coconut oil is the best. Use Mud pot for drinking water. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water, etc. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. Wear cotton cloth.
