However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, skipping, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective, Have fruits till noon Salads innthe afternoon for lunch Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Hello, Fatty Liver Disease: In simple terms, fatty liver disease means an accumulation of fat in the cells of the liver. The liver is the largest organ in the human body. It performs the essential function of digesting food, storing energy, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels, filtering toxins from the body, and fighting disease and infection It’s normal to have fat in the liver, but when there is more than 5 to 10 percent fat, it can be considered as fatty liver disease. Remedy: Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Optionally, add a little raw honey. Drink it 2 times daily, before your meals. Follow this remedy for a few months. 2. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon in a glass of water. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks, especially first thing in the morning. Alternatively, add 2 to 3 chopped lemons to a jar of water. Cover and let it sit for a few hours. Drink this water at regular intervals throughout the day. 3. Drink 3 to 4 cups of organic green tea, hot or cold, every day to assist with fatty liver disease and protect the liver. 4. Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 to 2 glasses of water and boil it. Drink it twice daily for a couple of weeks. 5. Grind 5 to 6 dried papaya seeds and mix the powder with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Take this 2 times a day for 1 month. While cooking, lightly steam your vegetables to retain their nutritional value. Eat more fiber including fibre-rich fruits like apple, guava, raspberries, and so on. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? My neck bone and back of my head bone has automatically grown bigger in size and it is visible. By touching, it feel like it is in upper part of mountain shape. No pain is feeling while I am touching it. What is the issue?

Hi there, Bony prominence is clearly felt on palpating or touching on nape and spine which is common in most of the people and as long as it does not cause any pain or hurt you , you don't have to worry about it. You will be able to feel it more clearly if your body is lean or skinny. Most people with less muscle built up in the body are able to feel the bony prominence clearly. An abnormal and excessive bone spur can cause pain and other uncomfortable problems which can interfere in your day to day life activities. However, if you're not comfortable with it, you can go and seek help from your physician for confirmation.
