The endocrine glands play a major role especially the hypothalamus ( the master gland) in regulating the body temperature. Excess sweating also called hyperhidrosis or Palmer hyperhidrosis is excess sweating on the palm to be specific. Anything miscommunication to the hypothalamus can activate the endocrine glands under your palm to think the internal temperature has raised and secrete water to the skin surface as heat has to be removed by evaporations. Typically these issues are caused due to excess toxaemia in the body and viral neurotoxins can impact the central nervous system to send mixed messages. Some of the key causes are excess caffeine, excess spicy and salty goods, nicotine or side effects of medicines. Something’s come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, skipping, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective, Have fruits till noon Salads innthe afternoon for lunch Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Hello, Fatty Liver Disease: In simple terms, fatty liver disease means an accumulation of fat in the cells of the liver. The liver is the largest organ in the human body. It performs the essential function of digesting food, storing energy, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels, filtering toxins from the body, and fighting disease and infection It’s normal to have fat in the liver, but when there is more than 5 to 10 percent fat, it can be considered as fatty liver disease. Remedy: Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Optionally, add a little raw honey. Drink it 2 times daily, before your meals. Follow this remedy for a few months. 2. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon in a glass of water. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks, especially first thing in the morning. Alternatively, add 2 to 3 chopped lemons to a jar of water. Cover and let it sit for a few hours. Drink this water at regular intervals throughout the day. 3. Drink 3 to 4 cups of organic green tea, hot or cold, every day to assist with fatty liver disease and protect the liver. 4. Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 to 2 glasses of water and boil it. Drink it twice daily for a couple of weeks. 5. Grind 5 to 6 dried papaya seeds and mix the powder with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Take this 2 times a day for 1 month. Eat detoxifying and liver-repairing superfoods such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower, lemons, beets, Swiss chard, artichoke, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. Chose organic whenever possible. While cooking, lightly steam your vegetables to retain their nutritional value. Eat more fiber including fibre-rich fruits like apple, guava, raspberries, and so on. However, do not eat fruits in excess as most fruits are high in sugar. Insoluble fiber such as oats and quinoa can also rid toxins and improve liver function. Namaste Dhruvaj Getting angry and stressed out often is reflection of many things. One of them is a disturbed digestive system. Are you constipated often? Is your digestion healthy? What is your daily routine? Are you well rested? Do you sleep enough and at the right time? You need to look into your lifestyle and food habits to bring about a major change in your self. where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have a cold and cough this is because that is bod's natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produce excess mucus, Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. My neck bone and back of my head bone has automatically grown bigger in size and it is visible. By touching, it feel like it is in upper part of mountain shape. No pain is feeling while I am touching it. What is the issue?

Hi there, Bony prominence is clearly felt on palpating or touching on nape and spine which is common in most of the people and as long as it does not cause any pain or hurt you , you don't have to worry about it. You will be able to feel it more clearly if your body is lean or skinny. Most people with less muscle built up in the body are able to feel the bony prominence clearly. An abnormal and excessive bone spur can cause pain and other uncomfortable problems which can interfere in your day to day life activities. However, if you're not comfortable with it, you can go and seek help from your physician for confirmation. A proper physical examination with certain medical test can help you understand the problem if any.
