Stretch Marks Greetings, This is a great question and stretch marks can be the result of sudden weight gain or sudden weight loss. Hopefully you are happy with the weight you have achieved and are keen to have glowing ,stretch mark free skin. Some tips to help you : 1. Application of Almond oil Massage 2. Green juice Daily - These can be made from Bael fruit leaves{ Stone Apple} /Curry leaves/ Wheat grass or local grass in the park called Dhurva grass/ Tulsi /Basil leaves, Using one leaf at a time and keep changing these for each day of the week. These are rich in Chlorophyll, which is very similar to blood and rejuvenates and nourished the body. Cravings will fall drastically when you have drunk this juice, 120 ml or more daily for 1 week. Drink this first thing in morning, on empty stomach and leave a gap of 1 hour or 2 , before eating something. 3. Water ~ When food lacks natural water, body is forced into dehydration in order to assimilate this water devoid food. Life Force ~ Packaged foods do not go stale while freshly squeezed coconut or almond milk goes rancid in an hour. This life force is present in fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts or seeds, but as soon as these are cooked, life begins to diminish. Plant based foods ~ Plant foods are Simpler to digest Whole foods ~ When we break down a food into parts, it reduces the nutrition to a small miniscule portion. 5. Breath Awareness - Deep , regular , rhythmic breathing needs to be practised. Take care to stay outdoors when you practice deep breathing. When you inhale, hold your breath for a bit, and after you exhale , hold your breath again. Repeat this Inhale, Hold, Exhale , Hold process for ten times. Every week , double the repeatitions , till you reach 60 or twenty minutes. Also keep your doors and windows open all the time and spend as much time outdoors as possible. 6. I have allergic rhinitis. Allopathy doesn't treat permanently. I have tried many times. You need to stop eating mucus producing foods. First and foremost dairy, eggs and non veg.. These should be stopped immediately Please also reduce and then stop tea, coffee and sugar. Reduce also store bought oily foods. Switch to whole plant based foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables in raw form. Expose your body especially your ears to early morning sunlight for 1 hour. नमस्ते, कभी-कभी बहुत अधिक लंबे पैदल यात्रा करने , अधिक सीढ़ी उतरने -चढ़ने, ऊंची हील की सैंडल पहनने, देर तक खड़े रहने या पैर मोड़ कर के बैठे रहने ,कसे हुए कपड़ेे या जूते पहनने की वजह से पैरों में दर्द शुरू हो जाता है। प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में बैठें इससेेेे शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की प्राप्ति होती है, रक्त संचार बढ़ता है । जूस- एलोवेरा, लौकी, टमाटर । भोजन -80% मौसमी फलों हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें । मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे जल को जब भी प्यास लगे बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें। एक बाल्टी गुनगुने पानी में 50 ग्राम सेंधा नमक मिलाकर उसमें दोनों पैरों को 15 मिनट तक डुबाए रहें दर्द में आराम मिलेगा । पैरों का सूक्ष्म व्यायाम -पैर के पंजों को ऊपर -नीचे ,दाएं -बाएं ,दक्षिणावर्त -वामावर्त दिशा में घुमाएं ,पैरों को मोड़ एवं फैलाएं (प्रत्येक 10 बार ) प्रतिदिन प्रातः सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में नंगे पांव ओंस पड़ी हुई घास पर प्रसन्न चित्त हो कर टहलें । निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ ,चीनी व मैदे से बनी हुई चीजें ,डिब्बाबंंद- मसालेदार भोज्य पदार्थ ,क्रोध ,चिंता, तनाव ,रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर मोबाइल का प्रयोग।

Stiffness in joints will eventually lead to pains and corroding of bones. Lack of lubricant is also a lifestyle issue. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . Hi there, Unlike type 1 Diabetes, type 2 diabetes does not necessarily require insulin constantly, as long as your pancreas are able to produce enough insulin to regulate or maintain the blood glucose level, one can get off insulin. However, insulin won't be prescribed by your doctor if it was not required in the first place, so make sure that you speak with your doctor about the dosage requirements. Depending upon your blood glucose level your doctor can increase or decrease your dosage or even stop if necessary. Meanwhile, you may follow some of the advice which will be helpful for controlling your blood sugar level. • One teaspoon of fenugreek seeds ( methi) soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes.Fenugreek seeds are high in soluble fibre, which helps lower blood sugar by slowing down digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. • You may also consume some almonds (soaked overnight) which is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. • Never skip your breakfast. Add whole grains, whole bread, cereals, oats along with some herbal tea or juice for your breakfast. • High fibrous fruits and vegetables such as peas, beans, broccoli, spinach and dark leafy vegetables should be included in one's diet. Also, pulses with husk and sprouts are a healthy option and should be part of the diet. Brans, cereals, oats meals, millets, seeds and but should be an essential part of your diet. • Omega 3 fatty acid should be consumed as they have a beneficial effect on blood sugar and many other cardiovascular diseases. Cabbage Chutney- oil free, dairy free!
I have a bhabhi who is a maverick at churning up yummy chutneys with just about anything. I was thoroughly impressed with the cabbage chutney recipe she shared. Once the chutney is ready, there is no way to know that it was made from cabbage ;) It has the goodness of cabbage with nuts and lentils, makes it wholesome and an easy way to introduce more veggies for fussy eaters.
