I have my mom who is 74 years old, 112 kgs. She xant move for her weight nd bad knees. She s diabetic and on insulin. Can u help her to lose weight?
Asha Shivaram
09:22 AM | 03-07-2019
You haven't written much about her food habits. In any case, all conditions are related and they all arise from the same issue. i.e accumulation of toxins in the body due to many years on the wrong lifestyle. Rest assured, once she syncs her lifestyle with nature's laws, she will see great improvement. Whatever be our age, nature has given us all to be in perfect condition. It just needs some discipline and patience. I would suggest these things in the beginning - Quit all animal products like dairy (yoghurt, milk, ghee, chaas, butter etc), non veg, eggs and fish. Contrary to popular opinion, these are complex foods and cause inflammation in the body. Her bad knees are one sign of it. You can find many dairy replacement recipes (like peanut curd, nut milks etc) in the recipe section of this website and also online. Keep trying till you find the recipes you like. Implement the reduction gradually. - Keep off all refined products like sugar, salt (at least switch to sea salt, pink or black salt), maida, white rice etc - Increase raw component in food - i.e switch to only seasonal fruits till afternoon, Add a salad with lunch and dinner. Grains should not be more than 30% of your plate. I would also advise to keep off wheat and switch to millets or starchy veggies like sweet potato, yams etc - Refined oil is full of toxins. It almost immediately causes inflammation and is a major cause of weight gain. Pls help her to cook oil free. It is quite easy and you wont notice the absence of oil - Let her get sunlight..atleast 30 minutes in a day. If she can't go out, she can sit near an open window and expose her hands and legs as much as possible. Do it early morning and evening - Let her sleep and rest without distractions as much as needed. - If she can't exercise, let her try dry body brushing to improve circulation of blood. She can try some gently sitting exercises too - Be with her and help her to adopt a positive frame of mind believing in nature and her own body's healing powers. Show her the healing journeys from this website for her to draw inspiration. Yes, these are a lot of things and she may not give her full go ahead. Just ask her to try for 21 days and she herself will see a big change. Of all these changes, the easiest ones to do in my opinion are adequate rest and fruit only breakfast. These two by itself will show lot of promising results. Weight loss will surely happen too as a secondary result. Please keep checking her sugar levels and reducing dosage gradually. My dad was able to quit insulin injections within a week. Surely, your mom can too at some point in time depending on how well she can adhere. Contact me if you want any further info and all the best to both of you. Health is everyone's birthright.

My wife is suffering from low hemoglobin. Please let me know what diet is recommended.
Mehak
02:08 PM | 07-06-2019
Iron deficiency is the most common cause of low hemoglobin levels that's why it is important to have a combination of both iron and vitamin C as the latter is a carrier rich molecule that can be used for better absorption of iron like intake of oranges, lemon, papaya, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit and tomatoes. Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells and a folic acid deficiency automatically leads to a low level of hemoglobin Some good food sources of folic acid are green leafy vegetables, sprouts, dried beans, wheat germ, peanuts, bananas, broccoli and beetroot also along with an apple or pomegranate everyday. Nettle is a herb that is a good source of B vitamins, iron, vitamin C and thus helps to balance the levels. Avoid iron blockers like tea ,coffee, wine and cola drinks. Exercise and eat a balanced diet.

Before you got to this stage of the problem with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, you might have had various other simple issues like cold cough sore throat rashes somehwre in the body etc. these were body’s signs to tell you that you are vulnerable to viral attacks for the toxins you have created or piled up in the body. It takes few months to yrs to get to this stage and it takes 3-6 months on a healthy regime and 2 yrs for complete recovery even if you can’t see the symptoms yet. Please stay on a high fruit meal for majority of your day, vegetables and vegetable juices and greens and avoid all the following diary meat eggs sugar jaggery soy corn fermented foods, chocolate, packaged foods from outside, gluten, refined oils and foods with refined oils, any form of oils or grease Remove the following for 1 month Grains rice wheat millets corn etc , salt from your diet Make the following your breakfast lunch and dinner or snacks and stay on raw for atleast one month Start with green juices 250-300ml ( greens, ginger lime and some vegetable filtered and juiced) fruits for breakfast vegetable juice greens And vegetables without salt fruits for dinner try to expose your body to the morning sun for 1 hr daily. after one month, add steamed vegetables to ur diet and a pinch of pink salt if needed. You need to have atleast one veg juice and 2-3 tender coconuts daily. Enema for one month daily and slow down the freq post that thanks and be blessed. Let us know if you have any questions. The only way to heal is to starve the virus / invaders that came to eat the filth. Filth removal happens when the body becomes stronger and has enough vitality to clean you up. Be blessed.
Is anyone going through adenomyosis, chronic pain during menstrual cycle?
Smitha Hemadri
10:01 AM | 31-05-2019
Adenomyosis is a condition where the uterine lining also encroaches the muscles of the uterus and hence this extra growth leads to all the symptoms that are being experienced. We have not got a similar case here, but in nature cure the cause for all the issues is a toxin body where it accumulates the toxins that does not see a channel for release. The condition when Adenomyosis happens is also due to the cause that there is a high estrogen build up in the body. There is more than what the organs have naturally produced for you as a female. When there is an extra Harmone, this build us in the liver and clogs it. Overtime when liver cannot take the brunt of things, it channels it to the uterus. You must know that the liver is one of the sewage systems in the body. It takes all the toxins we eat , it takes a hit and filters all the junk our tongue enjoys. So it tries to hold extra estrogen, extra fats and all the extras that the body is not designed to handle.. in a hope that it will balance out one day and it will find a proper channel via the intestines and colon to release it , but when it can’t in this case, the uterus takes a hit. Many conditions like fibroids are also another form of abnormal growth. Nature of the growths can be anything, but the growth is abnormal. This is not an autoimmune issue where body’s estrogen is attacking the body only. It’s trying to protect you from other complications. The extra estrogen potentially could be coming from animal products that are pumped with female harmones - diary, eggs, meat, plastics, medications that you are taking to control this issue. Wherever there is toxins, there are pathogens scavengers attacking the body to feed it. Unless we remove the root cause and remove the toxins from building more, pathogens won’t die and will inflammate the uterus even more and cause all complications. Solution Drink 250ml cucumber juice upon waking Drink a banana smoothie with spinach and other greens like coriander mint and dates with lime and ginger Continue to have fresh juices rest of the morning without any sweetness added Have a big bowl of fresh seasonal fruits for lunch like banana mango papaya etc Have a bowl of veg salads with some lime and if u can avoid salt that will be great Have a oilfree cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% veggies that are again oilfree Please avoid all forms of oils and grease from your life going forward The foods to avoid Oils Wheat and other gluten foods Sugar Jaggery ( to be used if needed only in moderation say one spoon only) Packaged foods from outside from covers ready to eat Refined oils and foods Polished grains Eggs Meat Fish and seafood Diary of all forms including ghee If you strictly follow this, you might see healing in 1-3 months, but again the full timeline depends on the creator and your body and how long the problem is.. but you will definitely see progress. I know if people who have healed from pcod successfully on this lifestyle. Maintain this as your main lifestyle. Be blessed

Our coach give has not given any such recommendation, so I am not sure what should I give to my son to keep up his strength & energy (before and after training).... Any advice?

Hello, as a family we go to the gym and are into weight training ourselves. As a female, I am not keen on bulking and my husband is more into getting his 6 pack. He has been into this since more than a year now. We did not really worry about proteins or any of those post and pre work out foods or drinks that certain gym trainers brainwash people into. For a few months, he was on Twice cooked meal and once fruit in the morning. The fruit is really full -600-700gms roughly. Drank a green juice before gym just for hydration and nothing else. Cooked is vegan whole food plant based and it was twice a day. Then 6-7 months was majorly on one grainless meal and one grains meal among those 2 cooked meals Then gym instructor was also influenced at my energy levels and his background on raw also was good. So he encouraged my husband to eat more raw for muscle building. So he switched to one raw and one cooked for lunch and dinner. He has now a 3 pack perhaps and he has shed a lot of weight and gained muscles over that. He lifts about a 100kg and all this is just raw plant power. No fancy proteins - not even pea proteins. We don’t worry so much about what he eats. He is just eating full on healthy raw foods. He also loves eating peanuts. So he snacks on them. That’s it. I am sure in a year more he will have a solid 6 pack to show off and this is not unnaturally developed by some protein that damages the kidney. It’s naturally developing and the body will learn to grow with the food. Hope this helps. The others have mentioned some healthy dos and donts which must be followed anyways, but focusing on high raw is a must. Nuts or seeds and other fats are not necessary for developing although it does not come in the way. Only raw helps - greens / veggies / fruits. It’s extremely imp that he gets a good rest in terms of sleep. Only sleep and raw will address his needs. Check this journey. My fitness journey fuelled by whole plant-based raw foods
A complete guide to cure diabetes : Part 2 - FAQs
There are many myths and confusions about diabetes and implementation challenges of what to eat, how much to eat and how to manage medicines. Here, in Part 2 of the blog series on diabetes, Nature Cure expert Swati Dhariwal addresses these FAQs. To read part 1 of this blog - A complete guide to cure diabetes, click here. 1) What diet should one take for diabetes? Raw vegan diet is the best for diabetics. Fresh and seasonal raw fruits and vegetables grown locally are the most suitable food. Raw vegan diet means only fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and soaked groundnuts, chana, moong etc. They can be eaten as salads or individual fruits or consumed in form or juices smoothies. Why vegan? Because our digestive system is designed in such a way that it can digest plant based food faster than animal based foods. Animal based foods including milk and curd are highly mucous forming and toxin forming. Meat takes so much time to be processed through our intestines that by the ti

When external factors cannot be controlled, focus your efforts on what is under our control. So you or your husband could - simplify diet so there is less burden on the body ..that means majority of the diet should be based on fruits and veggies in raw form. Other foods are dehydrating and can cause migraine. Some sort of exercise preferably done outside Switch off from digital connection atleast in the weekend and spend time in nature Meditation before sleeping ad sleep by 10:00 p.m atleast four times in a week Palming can also be done for migraine relief.

Kindly remove dairy ( even powder milk is milk in another form, ghee, paneer, butter, curd ) sugar meat from his lifestyle. Ulcers are an elimination of an acidic stomach and inefficiently digested meal over long periods of time. His constipation is a big reason that he has mouth ulcers. U have to remove him from dairy immediately and meat or eggs. Does she have rashes on her hands and foot by any chance? Is the ulcer white in color in the mouth? Does she have fever too ? I understand it can be painful, but taking any form of medication irritates and oral mucosa by upsetting the work of the digestive system as a whole. Kids who are off acidic animal foods and medications usually don’t get ulcers of the mouth. Constipation’s means that he has been storing a lot of old poop in his body and his blood is also carrying toxins and inflammation of stomach or mouth and other parts are happening.’ Give the child lots of coconut water. Bananas are ok. Avoid citric juices for now. Gargle the mouth with ashgourd juice 3-4 times a day. If this is not available then snake gourd juice can be used to gargle or rinse the mouth. If you see the Durva grass or the one they use for Ganesh Pooja, u can grind and use that for rinsing too. This is only for the relief of pains of the ulcers. To remove constipation’s which is the cause, like I said go off diary, add soft fruits and juices for few days until he poops. Give raw spinach and grapes mix juice. U can filter spinach if you want but keep the green grapes unfiltered. If he continues to be constipated he can develop fissures. So be careful and remove this issue asap. Apply a cold abdominal wet pack for the child 3-4 times. Once the cloth becomes warm, dip in cold water and repeat the process for 10 mins. If meds are given this time, then kindly do this process anyways and for future please avoid all kinds of animal foods and medications for your child. He will slowly detox and wilL not get into such situations again. Body can only take so much toxins and once it’s topped off, it throws out in such forms. He can get similar issues in future if care is not taken to let the body release it naturally. Be blessed

Cereals are tough on vitality conservation. Ideally we should never exceed 10% (consumable) of our meals with semi-concentrated foods including cereals. It means, altogether potato, legumes, grains including cereals etc. should not be more than 10% of our total meals of the day measured in consumable weight only after cooking/steaming. 85-90% of our meals should consist fruits and vegetable, primarily, in raw form to attain optimum vitality conservation. That 10% is, again, not dependent on the cereals primarily. Hence, you may choose to ignore the botheration about the types of cereals to attain better health state. There is not superfood exists. Even if you stop consuming cereals you will end up conserving more vitality* and a better health.. Instant Kambu dosa (Bajra or Pearl millet dosa)
Kambu (or known as Bajra in North India) is the most widely grown millet variety in India. It is easy to digest and high in nutrition – having almost 8 times the iron content found in polished rice. Add a nutritious variety to your dosas by using kambu instead of normal rice. The traditional method of making it is time consuming as it requires fermentation. When in a rush, try this no-fermentation version of making this dosa!

Natural Cure to any wellness problem comes through a holistic approach. The fluppy eyes is definitely a problem of accumulated toxins which increases after the sleep more, because during sleep the body extracts the toxins more to throw away from the body. Post the sleep, the toxin build-up increases in the body. This can only be normalised sustainably through conscious consistent conservation of VITALITY* in all domains of life. Ultimately, your eliminations needto get improved to reverse this issue of TOXAEMIA*. CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoption. RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE. BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT.
