Hello Kathiravan, Addiction to anything is wrong and has a bad impact on our health. It is important to get rid of it and it is very appreciable that you did so. And also, it is very good to see that you further want to cure your problem naturally. Sleeping depends on various factors ranging from your diet and stress levels to the environment in which you sleep. Improve your sleeping environment: Keep the sleeping environment free of noise. Keep the room dark and cool. Make sure that the bed is comfortable to sleep. Reserve the bed for sleeping and don't use it for eating, working on laptop, etc. Maintain a sleep-wake cycle or circadian rhythm: Try to sleep and wake up at the same time as this will refresh your mind and will maintain the circadian rhythm. Avoid daytime naps and control if you feel sleepy before the sleeping time as this will disturb the quality of sleep. Meditation: Meditation is very important for mental health. It relaxes our mind and bursts all the stress. So, practice meditation regularly for atleast 15 to 20 mins. Physical activity: Physical activities are necessary for the well functioning of the body. It may be in the form of yoga or some exercise. You can do suryanamaskar, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana under proper guidance. Get fresh air: Getting fresh air is also important. Practice deep breathing exercises like anulom-vilom pranayam. Walk in a garden or in a place full of trees. Diet: Correct diet is also important as sometimes the inappropriate digestion leads to health issues which also interferes with the sleep quality. So, have only plant based natural foods in your diet. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals. Eat salads, nuts, sprouts. Have coconut water and fresh fruit juices. Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Thank you

Hair is not too essential for the body when it has to deal with plenty lot toxins in the body. Health of any part of the body including ur hair is inside out .. healing and cleaning happens from inside for best results. Since hair is not very essential for living, it does not focus on the hair even when you detox for sometime. Overtime with consistency of not applying chemicals , washing the hair with cold water etc, it heals itself. It’s very important that you focus on a vegan lifestyle with no diary eggs fish and meat. No sugar and refined products for cooking . No binging on outside foods that are just loaded with junk to make it tasty. Focus on being on fruits all morning, salads in the afternoon and cooked millets dinner without any oil. Replaceall oils with fresh coconut , fresh / roasted peanuts and things like that. Eat food in whole.. not in its parts. This will slowly get your organs to function properly. Any body with a properly working organ is healthy. In addition to this Wash ur hair with Luke warm or cold water only. Don’t use hot water because it feels good . Secondly avoid all shampoos and chemicals to ur body and use this hair wash if you are interested. It’s tried and tested - http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/163/healthy-and-natural-hair-wash Start yoga and pranayama and learn upside down asanas ike shirsasana and sarvangasana which improves the blood flow r the brain area. Start pranayama which helps in fresh oxygen supply. Massage your scalp with ur finger tips You will lose hair while you detox, overtime they will stabilise. Be blessed
I have suffered dandruff. Is it harmful to my hair? What should I do to cure it?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
05:48 PM | 21-08-2019
Namaste Saujan Ray The dandruff is nothing but excessive toxins coming out of your scalp. 1 A very simple routine I usually suggest to people with this issue is massage your scalp with sesame oil and let it soak in for half an hour. 2 Cut a lemon and start massaging the lemon juice in your scalp. Cover the whole scalp area with the lemon juice. There will be some burning sensation for a couple of seconds. Let it stay for 30 mts. Then wash with a shikakai paste. 3 Repeat this procedure once a week till your dandruff stops recurring. This was an external remedy. For a permanent solution you have to look towards internal cleansing. The cleaner your system is, there will be no dandruff. What could you do for internal cleaning? Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 Remove milk, eggs, meat and fish too. Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner
I am male, 32 years with skin problem. For last 1/2 year i get pimples like things with marks on my face. They automatically grow n end but leave marks. My face is now full of spots. I have fatty liver and colon issues. Is it for that? Whats d reason and solution?
Dr.Mythreyee Sharma
12:52 PM | 16-09-2019
Fatty liver disease damages the liver by ceaseing the production of bile ,the main functions of bile are lipid absorption, digestion n elimination of toxins ,when these tasks are not performed effectively it puts the body at risk developing colon issues and skin problems . - Intake of foods less in calories, rich in complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber can help. -some of the foods that you can include in your diet are walnuts, flaxseed which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids , garlic, broccoli, soya products , fresh salads n fruits ,leafy vegetables . -Dab neem oil on face marks at night and wash it off in the morning. - Regular exercise for atleast 1/2 - 45mins is must. - Avoid :- salty n sugary foods, refined grains, alcohol, animal products.

Skin disruptions and eliminations happen when the body has accumulated enough toxins and the liver also has become quite sluggish to find a path to eliminate it properly. The lymph starts collecting it and deposits it under the skin and the skin starts taking the job to send it out in the form of any rashes. It depends on the type of scavenger that has come to ingest that toxin and the kind of neurotoxin that each virus releases displays different kinds of lesion on the skin. Medical community fancies giving various names for the same condition assuming it can be treated differently. But they are just hoping they will hit the bulls eye in all cases, but they won’t. There is no cure with meds. Medicines are some more chemicals that the body thinks have to send again via the same skin and rashes that the virus has enjoyed sending out. The only solution to this is keeping your son on a oilfree cooked meal keep him on high hydration naturally bioavailable juices from vegetables and fruits and greens without adding any water or salt or sugar or Jaggery. The more he is flushed inside, the faster he will see the relief. He needs majorly a fruit diet. Even if you give him cooked, ensure there is absolutely no grease in it. It must not be spicy. Remove dairy meat eggs and any form of animal products, remove sugar , bakery products, packaged ready to eat foods, oils of all kinds. Add cooked in the form of whole and not polished. Remove soaps and replace with besan / a mix of lemon peel, soaked methi and banana for his hair wash and body wash remove powder and all such things touching his body apply coconut oil if needed for managing itching he will have zero itching if he is on a all day juice diet / tender coconut. Keep him on juices for day 1 and atleast 3-4 juices from next day. My hair are turning white prematurely at the age of 20. What should I do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
07:21 PM | 10-12-2019
Premature hair greying can be due to three factors which are very common. Stress, genetic or chemical exposure. Nowadays it doesn't matter whether you have coloured your hair or not there is recurrent exposure to the pollution outside your place this leads to greying of the hair. Of course, grey hair does not look healthy on young individuals. So here is the way you can easily deal with grey hair. Nutrition: Almonds contain magnesium which can be really helpful for consumption and it will help you in maintaining your hair colour. Indian gooseberry: This helps in adding colour, lustre and hair growth. Coconut: Consume raw coconut will help you in dealing with all kind of hair problems. You can also have coconut water daily. To add on in the diet, try using the following hair packs for your hair growth and gaining natural colour. 1. Onion juice paste, by blending onion and lemon juice together you can get your natural healthy colour back. 2. Methi seeds powder will help you reap the benefits by giving natural hair colour with lustre. 3. Curry leaves crackled in coconut oil, apply this mixture, massage for 10-15 minutes, and get our hair black in colour. Aloe gooseberry pump, this is one more recipe for healthy hair. Thank you.

I have a hairline fracture in my left knee is there any natural way to heal
Vijai Pawar
06:01 PM | 27-08-2019
Dear Mr. Jyoti, if nature cure can not cure any acute symptoms it's time to disband it. Hair line fracture can be radically curable in least possible time. Twice I had hairline fracture once in the right leg big toe and secondly on my same foot just above metatarsal when I was 65 and 68 years old respectively. I am a staunch follower of nature cure for the past 43 years as such I didn't submit myself for any medication including allopathy. Though X.rays where taken which revealed hairline fracture. To alleviate the pain my feet was submerged in cold water though it was the month of January for 1 hour and again after every 3 to 4 hours, the pain subsided within 24 to 36 hours(cold water has magical properties to subside the pain)after that a thick water pack was applied for 4 hours duration repeating the process after every 4 hours. I remained on fruit juices for 6 days and rested during this period. After 7 days I was able to walk but with a slight limp and complete recovery was had within 20 days. You may follow suite. V.S. Acne is the most common chronic skin disease. It is the inflammation of sebaceous glands and hair follicles usually on face, neck, chest and shoulders. It is closely related to endocrine disturbances in puberty. The skin covering whole body is an innate mechanism. It serves three important functions Protection Regulation of body temperature Elimination of waste products The skin is directly connected to working of whole system. All skin disease are outcome of malfunctioning of body as a whole. The treatment of acne by administration of ointment serves no purpose. This only suppress the sebaceous glands temporarily. In nature cure, the main emphasis is on diet and water treatments. Patient should consume fruits daily, citrus fruits should be avoided. A all-fruit diet is recommended for a few days to cleanse the system. Strict attention to diet is important for recovery. Starchy, protein and fatty foods should be avoided. Two vitamins namely, niacin and Vit A have been successfully used to treat acne. Vitamin therapy under the guidance of doctor is recommended. Also, take Vit E to prevent scarring from acne. Hot fomentation should be applied to open up pores and squeeze out waste matter. Than rinse with cold water. A hot Epsom bath twice a week will be highly beneficial in all forms of acne. Good luck :)

Hello User, If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness, once the disease enters the body it is the whole body that needs to heal and not the part and this is what natural cure is all about. here it is a good start that you have started with a healthy diet. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well and your intermenstrual cycle will cease. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in stopping the bleeding. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron and make sure to constrict blood vessels. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in constriction of blood vessels. Taking tamarind water will help in dealing with bleeding issues, have it twice a day to stop bleeding, two hours after your meals. Cumin water is also helpful in treating the same. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Hello, Unhealthy hair and skin reflects that something is wrong with our internal health like an excessive accumulation of toxins in the body which is usually due to a high-fat diet and improper lifestyle. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in the diet. Drink lemon juice, orange juice or have blueberries, amla, etc. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oils. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Yoga and pranayam Perform adhomukha sava asana, uttana asana, apana asana, sarvanga asana, sasanga asana, ushtra asana. Perform anulom-vilom pranayam, bhastrika pranayam and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sit in vajra asana after meals. Sleep Sleeping is also essential for healthy hair. Stress may also be the reason for the deterioration of hair health and sleep helps to relieve all the stress. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you
I am 35 year old and have a problem of yellowness of teeth and the other problem is hairfall. I want some natural remedies to solve these issues. Can you help?
Anju Chhabra
07:42 PM | 12-12-2019
Hi, For both issues, your gut needs to be healed. The process of digestion begins in the mouth. When we consume too many acidic foods like excess of teas, coffee, animal foods, processed and packed foods, they alter the ph. of the body. Due to this more acid produced by the body results in more bacteria lodging between your root and enamel of the tooth. As for hair loss, again when the body is unable to get rid of its toxins it performs other functions for its survival rather than taking up the growth and repair of the body. Therefore, the growth of new hair stands is given a back seat and it performs its other functions. Health begins from inside, within. And this is revealed through our skin and hair. Apart from lifestyle changes some quick remedies which would help are: Short term measure for whitening of teeth Early morning on an empty stomach, oil pulling. In this around 2 tbsp(15ml) of cold-pressed coconut oil is swished in the mouth for around 20 mins and then rinsed. Use of neem stick for your brushing instead of a toothbrush. Use the inside of lemon peel with rock salt and rub it over your teeth. Short term measure for hair loss Use of mix of almond and castor oil or coconut and castor oil. Apply it and leave it for a few hours. Wash of hair with reetha (soap nut) and shikaki. Rub the roots of hair with onion juice. Use curry leaves and apply the paste on hair. Lifestyle changes Avoid tea, coffee, animal foods, packed and processed foods. Inclusion of more raw fruits and vegetables. They contain the necessary antioxidants, fiber and all the essential vitamins and minerals required for a healthy gut. Regular good sleep is important. This helps in repair and healing the body. Manage stress, through deep breathing, since excess stress also causes hair loss. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and shampoos etc on hair. Physical activity is important as this leads to the release of happy hormones in the body. Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Regards
I am a young man of 19,i am havving a skinny fat body and lack muscles? How can i build a muscular body?
Tejas
07:23 PM | 30-07-2019
If you are skinny as well as fat then i would first suggest you to lose your fat by doing running , swimming , jogging or brisk walking ....... And together take a good protein intake so that you dont encounter a muscle injury during your fat loss journey ..... Maintain a balanced diet and avoid bloating of stomach by not eating too much at a time .... Later then you can continue on ur journey for building muscle .... Doing both things at a time would be to much exhausting for a begginer ..... Hope this helps you to clear your mind about your fitness journey 🙏😇😀
