Namaste, Can we have some details like since when you have eye reddish, pain and body heat? Did you travelled recently? What diet you had? Home made food or out side food? Before that you fall sick ? Any medicine you took? Thanks. For time being, take fruits like apple, pomegranate, and drink sweet lime juice. Drink water when you feel thirsty only. Also have adequate sleep. Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia. Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. I am a Diabetic for 9 years. Until last Wednesday my sugar levels were quite stable. Fasting was around 130 and PP around 160. Not sure what has changed since diet and exercise remain the same and I had no outside food but the sugar levels have jumped high. Fasting these days is around 220-240 and PP around 275. Hello One usually does not gain weight after delivery irrespective of the fact that either the person is in stress which leads to gain in weight as stress hormones contribute towards it. On the top of it women who remain sleepless i.e take mostly 5 hrs of sleep at night might gain weight.If regular schedules of breastfeeding are being followed the chances of increase in weight is not there rather the weight decreases at a good pace. Also by giving adequate water for drinking it helps to dilute in the system and makes digestion even easier. As for sprouting them the process is just the same as other seeds, but the only difference is that these seeds will need 4 to 5 days to sprout completely. Method: 1 Soak about two table spoons of broccoli seeds in 300 ml of water for 24 hours. 2 Remove the excess water and add more fresh water to the seeds and rinse it out. 3 Place the seeds in a wet nut milk bad and let it hang near the sink. 4 Rinse and wet the seeds twice a day for next three days. 5 On day 4 the seeds would have started sprouting. 6 You May stop rinsing and wetting the seeds now. 7 The seeds are well sprouted by now.
