Namaste Naresh When the body is highly enervated or exhausted due to overstress, overthinking or over toxins in your body it starts showing in the form of exhaustion resulting in insomnia or sleeplessness. This condition is easily reversible. You just need to make some changes in your lifestyle and food habits. 1 where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour, oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food-like stuff. What can you eat? Lots of fresh, locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day every day with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad with lots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesn't get enough time to do its functions properly. 2 Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Learn pranayama And Omkar chanting too. Learn some mantra chanting. 3 Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well. 4 Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressful life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change. 5 Follow a simple bedtime routine. Prepare hot water which is bearable and fill a bucket until 3/4. You may add rock salt to it. Put your feet in it and place a cold wet towel on your head. Relax and enjoy the warmth in your legs. Feel all the stress, tiredness and drunkenness are flowing out of your feet into the hot water. Feel your body become lighter and relaxed. Stay that way for more than 15 mts as long as you enjoy it. Remove your feet from the water. Pat, it dry and apply some cold-pressed coconut oil on it. Apply coconut oil on the top of your head too. Do slight massage and relax. Now sit in your bed, close your eyes and do deep breathing for 5 mts. Then chant Omkar 7 times. Do some mantra chanting. Finish with some more deep breathing. Now lie in your bed and continue to watch your breath and breath deeply. You will soon fall asleep. 6 You can also try a spinal bath. Lie in a tub filled with water up to 3 inches. Let your backbone be in the water. Cover your head with a cold wet cloth. Lie there, breath deeply and relax. This also relaxes you and induce sleep. These are basic guidelines. नमस्ते शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। निष्कासन (elimination) सुचारू रूप से नहीं हो रहा है।अत्यधिक अम्लीयता (acid) बढ़ गया है। शरीर सही माध्यम से विषाणु (toxic) तत्व को नहीं निकल पा रहा है। आहार शुद्धि से हाज़मा भी ठीक हो जाएगा और पाचन तंत्र (digestion)साफ़ भी रहेगा। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100 ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते + पुदीना 10 पत्ते पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1 रोटी लें, 8बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास (fasting) करें। केवल नारियल पानी पर रहें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। एक टब में नाभि तक पानी भर कर 20 मिनट के लिए उसमें बैठें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

Namaste 1 Keep washing your eyes in regular intervals with fresh cold water. 2 You may keep a wet pack on your eyes for 15 to 20 mts. 3 You may wash your eyes with cold water with a pinch of salt diluted in it. 4 Eat lots of fruits and veggies that too only of you are hungry. 5 Keep away from all electronic gadgets and give your eyes enough rest. Hy.. I highly suggest you to first try to rule out the real root cause of the problem, there are so many types of acne which can be due to Hormonal imbalance- pcos,pcod Wrong eating habits. Digestive problems/ indigestion Increased sebum production Decreased intake of water/ dehydration. Try to find the root cause and then solve the problem accordingly.
