Dear health seeker Smit, To be fair enough, I am afraid to tell you that there are not many foodstuffs and any other plant-based foods that can help you to put on hefty weight very quickly as you so desire. Hello Jasneet. Hyperpigmentation is a sign that our skin is producing melanin in excess which is more than needed, and more weight sign that our body's metabolism is going slow. What we are eating is not settling at the right place and nutrients are not getting absorbed in parts but lying in the blood as foreign bodies creating inflammation which is the causing of hyperpigmentation of the skin, as skin is the first reaction of our body's health what we get is highly pigmented skin. And as the body is putting all its energy dealing with inflammation, the metabolism starts becoming slow because the body is not in harmony. It is time to go light on your body and cut down any food item which is making your body sluggish, the tamasic diet makes our metabolization slow and does not allow the correct nutrients to reach our body. The example of a tamasic diet is cheese and other milk products, gluten, rotten food items, smoking, alcohol and what it is leading to is a sedentary lifestyle. By taking the right amount of protein you can also help in muscle building and reduce unwanted fat accumulation. This is not a major issue.. don’t think you have something that you can not overcome. Food based changes and confidence that you will be ok overtime body wise and emotionally will definitely bring changes. You can start by eating healthy, juicing a lot. Once your digestion and assimilation becomes efficient, your body will start shedding the excess. Losing or gaining healthy weight happens when your body and mainly your gut is in a good shape to absorb nutrients or shed the excess. The solution is the same for both the cases. Whatever is the imbalance the body decides and fixes it. High raw whole food plant based meal is your solution. Good sleep , exposure to sun, exercises that help you gain healthy muscles. Fats don’t come because you have nuts or avocado or coconut. Unless your body is ready to act on the food you eat, no food will help. The more the body gets digestive rest from cooked and other wrong foods, it will heal u off the your problems and then build you muscles after u work towards it with weights. I'm 27 yr old lady with a 2yr old baby delivered normally,weight 43 kgs. I had pelvic pain since child birth, heaviness and varicose veins have started to appear now a days. Now I can't stand for long time it hurts a lot in my thighs and pelvic region. When I took online consultation gynaecologist told I have symptoms of pelvic congestion syndrome. Currently I'm on homeopathic medicines but my pain is increasing. Please suggest which specialist should I meet?

I was diagnosed with ulcer with h pylori positive,and gastric problem. I took medicines for ulcer one month and ppi medicine for two months. Now after stopping medicine acid reflux is happening. Again if I go to doctor they will give some acid control medicines. Also I have lost weight due to this. Can you please help? Appreciate if you type in English.

Stiffness in joints will eventually lead to pains and corroding of bones. Lack of lubricant is also a lifestyle issue. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.The fluids in the body comprises of 25% blood which supplies nutrition and 75% of lymphatic fluids to collect the waste from trillions of cells and take it to all the excretory organs. When excretory organs are already sluggish because of accumulation of waste that can’t be expelled as organs are unable to function effectively. Your blood pressure is also because of blood viscosity and heart trying to pump the jelly like blood harder. This attracts viruses and your emotional behaviour too as nerves get inflammed Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice followed by fruits for next hunger. Do not have any cooked breakfast. Later have vegetable Salads with greens. Only for dinner add to wholefood plant-based cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil ( very important). Grains are also acidic as it’s not our natural food. You cannot chew and eat it raw. We are not birds. So limit the qty of grains dals etc. it’s eaten only for taste and satisfaction only and not to keep yourself healthy Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better. Remove dairy eggs meat fish absolutely from ur life in all forms. I am 34 year old woman. Gave birth to a baby boy 4 years ago. Haven't really been able to shed the post baby fat. I am still a few kgs over weight. Hello User, Weight loss becomes difficult when we do not follow the right method, in some cases, there are also underlying diseases like thyroid but in case you are not having any symptoms then the first thing in losing weight is following discipline. Discipline will help you lose weight in a healthy manner. Protein is the first thing which will help in increasing or decreasing weight and the first thing we need to concentrate on. Getting a toned body with losing weight should be helpful. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Here are some tips for your weight loss and detox diet. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water with one teaspoon of methi seeds, which will help in flushing out all the toxins and this will accelerate weight loss. Have a bowl of sprouts with a glass of bottle guard juice and an inch of ginger. After two hours, one fruit, especially seasonal fruit like oranges, papaya, guava. Lunch should have one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Snack in the evening should have almonds and walnuts, apricots. Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad. This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body.
