You have not detailed your history, your lifestyle etc. but I am sure it’s not in order and that’s why youhave the issue. Your condition typically happens when the blood which is like water does not freely circulate and donits job of exchange of good and bad from all the stations it passes. Blood becomes thick like a jelly and things it carries also becomes heavy. What makes your blood so toxic ? It’s the greasy food, oils in the food, the animal products consumed ( diary eggs and meat ) and anything unnatural but tasty. Yes, not to forget the medicines and chemicals you take to suppress anything that you think is a discomfort. So all that makes your liver sluggish and bile will be really thin and ineffective to process the toxins from the blood. So why does this happen in the leg is because your heart pumps blood and poor heart cannot suck the jello like blood from the farthest part of the body like legs as heart is also weak . The best way to heal is to go on a complete plant based lifestyle with only raw foods like fruits veggies and greens till dinner and have an oilfree gluten free dinner. Stay on liquids like cucumber juice ashgourd juice tender coconut lime water any veg juice till 12. Then fruits and veggies as a full meal. Every weekend do a juice full day fast. Your blood will start thinning and become efficient and so will your clog also melt. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello Panduranga, With nature, nothing becomes impossible, because nature has designed our body in harmony, in sync with nature. Insomniais large, due to over-thinking. We generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind, but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga which have their effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light, stay calm. Rajasik food is highly spiced making us overactive in everything and the mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thoughts are caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which give our body less sleep. By taking an initiative in a holistic way, you can overall help yourself. That is why, by taking a step towards holistic health, you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing insomnia. Take tomato with black pepper an hour before your meal to treat constipation. Fennel seeds after the meals help in aiding easy digestion. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful. Practice each pose for 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar. Do under expert guidance. Practicing vajrasana after meals help in aiding digestion. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. During the episode of anxiety, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hi Priyanga Shekar, Thank you for sharing query with us, let us understand the condition from nature cure point of view. Hashimoto's thyroid problem causes the thyroid gland to be underactive. It is basically a state where excess acids and toxins in the body have affected the thyroid gland. The thyroid gland slows down and the cells start getting destroyed so there is underproduction of the thyroid hormone. Nature Cure does not accept that the body attacks itself or that the body produces antibodies that attack the thyroid gland. The body is always working for survival. The body is basically in a state of inflammation due to circulating toxins. Understanding the root causes of what accumulates toxins in the body and taking care of it, reduces inflammation and the thyroid gland comes back to normal. Thyroid hormone level comes back to balance. Body is a single unit and all the problems are interlinked to each other once the body attain health state issues like headache & vomiting will automatically gets corrected. Namastey Sirisha, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Yes, you can conceive and heal Thyroid Naturally. I urge you to follow a ‘whole’ approach to look at your health. Hypothyroid, low AMH, high FSH etc are different names but your body is one ‘whole’. The food nutrients, oxygen, and thoughts you supply to each of the 50 tn cells in the body are the same. The blood carrying all these to the cells is the same. So if the blood is toxic or not sufficiently loaded with the nutrients, oxygen, and positive thoughts, it will keep manifesting in the form of one health issue or the other. When you look at the body as one ‘whole’ & nourish it with all these inputs, all issues start getting resolved. Simple ways to boost fertility: 1. Morning empty stomach: A glass of lukewarm water with the juice of half a lemon. 2. Breakfast: Fresh Seasonal and locally available fruits. Please avoid grain-based breakfasts. 3. Wet pack on abdomen and neck region twice a day: early morning empty stomach and evening after 2-3 hours of meal. Blood circulation will help in removing all the toxins. Anchal Kapur, Fertility Coach, herself struggled with hormonal imbalance, low AMH, and poor egg quality in 2014. She overcame those with Nature Cure & is on a mission to help women TTC get their desired results naturally. You can join the Boost Fertility Personal Coaching program with fertility experts. So many women have benefitted by embracing Mother Nature. No side effects, and no expensive fertility treatments. You can hear the experiences of some of them. Meanwhile, you can listen and learn more about how to increase AMH naturally and how thyroid imbalance impacts the chances of conceiving For queries regarding the program you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wishing you good health

Namaste Rashmi, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. All health issues you mentioned are connected and the root cause of these issues is toxemia. Because of toxic overload in the body, the body's acid-alkaline balance gets disturbed and gradually health issues start building up in the body. By becoming mindful and taking corrective action to get our body back in sync with nature – food, sleep, rest etc. the balance is automatically restored. And one can expect to get freedom from these health issues. You can start following these initial changes: 1. On a Morning empty stomach have 1 glass of lukewarm water and add lemon juice. 2. Wet packs on the abdomen region for 15-20minutes every morning and evening (after 2-3hrs of the meal) 3. Avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. If you need more guidance and handholding you can explore and join our Doctor-Nutritionist team, where they will comprehensively look into your routine and give you a customised diet & lifestyle action plan. So that I can get off the medications. Also, would love some weight loss tips too.
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
03:38 PM | 17-04-2020
Hello Sachin, Tingling and trembling happens because of mineral deficiency and hypertension is the reason the needed nutrition is not getting absorbed. High blood pressure is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease of hypertension and trembling, at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. This is what your breakfast should be like because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clears our airway, like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc. Drink plenty of water. Having raw garlic two hours after your meal, an empty stomach will be helpful in treating high blood pressure. A diet rich in potassium like coconut water, bananas, etc is recommended for a good flow in blood vessels. They are also rich in minerals which helps in controlling tingling and trembling. Exercise: A brisk walk in the early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day this will help in lowering blood pressure. Suryanamaskar practises daily will help in increasing muscle tonicity and increase blood circulation. Hello Shruti, High blood pressure and hypothyroid both come from the same effects. These are due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish and hence, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. When this high fat gets accumulated in the blood vessel it starts putting more pressure on the blood to reach all the parts of the body. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. Consuming Raw garlic two hours after lunch helps in lowering down blood pressure. High selenium diet which is walnuts, mushroom etc helps in increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello Gaurav, The recurrency in cold and cough can be difficult in handling as we tend to get our daily routine disturbed, a change in lifestyle and diet can be helpful in treating a chronic problem. Here let us talk about what is the change we have to keep in with diet and lifestyle and how do we correct it. Cold, cough and sore throat are co-related with each other, where the body's immunity is generally hampered and with this, we have to keep our body-safe. The body's immunity is vulnerable because of the fact that the body is continuously getting exposed to toxic things in the environment and our diet which need to be protected from. Herewith a change of lifestyle, we are not only treating the accumulated toxins at an episode level but also preventing the future in relapses. Now let us follow these four things, in order to deal with the body's immunity. Eat: Here are a few things which we need to take care of is: Avoiding, milk and milk products refine sugars and salt, anything which is packed needs to be avoided. Now, what to eat? Start your day with a vegetable juice, green leafy vegetables, carrot, cucumber, bottle gourd can be your choices. Sprouts is another thing which can be given as breakfast. After lunch two hours later you can take a cup of ginger honey tea. This can be helpful for you. Also, sprouts have a good amount of Vitamin C which will help in treating the immunity, sweet potatoes are another good source of vitamin C. Inducing legumes in the diet is also another good way of treating these symptoms. Mulethi again is a rich ancient herb to treat cold and cough, so you can start with having one teaspoon mulethi with one teaspoon of honey, make a paste and have it. You can consume thrice a day keeping an hour gap from your regular meals. Inhalation of essential oil of eucalyptus will also aid, put some drops on your handkerchief and inhale it throughout the episode. A Tulsi leaf has given with a glass of warm water, empty stomach in the morning will help in removing the toxins and accelerate healing. Exercise: Now let us understand the exercise part: Deep breathing exercise like pranayama will be helpful in the treatment of the problem. Doing cat and cow pose from our yoga books helps in improving lung capacity and clear the respiratory tract from toxins. Go out for an early morning walk in the sun, which will help you in taking in fresh air and sun will activate the cells. Meditation: This is the right time to start with meditation. Sit crossed leg on the floor and repeat, " I am healthy and happy" for 10 times, slowly with each breath. With this imagine yourself to be healthy and breath freely. This exercise of visualization will surely help, in a long way. Sleep: Sleep is the most important part, the importance of early to bed and early to rise makes a lot of difference in health. Stop the use of gadget an hour before sleep. 7-8 hours of sleep is a must to improve health. These things will surely help, Thank you
