Namaste Ambrish When your lungs become weak due to toxins accumulated there you start feeling difficulties in breathing. Environmental pollution, wrong food habits, wrong lifestyle, smoking, stressful lifestyle etc can lead to congestion in the lungs. I think hyperthyroidism is trickier as there is weight loss and if you follow natural lifestyle there are chances of losing more weight. Try taking coriander water in the morning helps a bit . Regular consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to indigestion which causes gastric trouble which includes acidity which happens due to inflammation. Fatigue can be caused by any or some of the reasons given ahead: Sleep disturbances such as not enough sleep, too much sleep, sleep apnea, shift work (changing shifts, night shifts) and alcohol can cause fatigue. Exercise disturbances such as lack of exercise, too much exercise (worn out), excessive workload and psychological reasons such as depression (loss of interest, ambition), anxiety, grief and stress are also blamed for causing fatigue Symptoms: Laziness Palpitations Dizziness or vertigo Shortness of breath Lack of energy Tiredness or exhaustion Weakness If you are suffering from problems of fatigue, avoid excessive or physically demanding exercises. हेलो हसन तौफ़ीक जी, कारण - पाचन क्रिया का स्वस्थ ना होने से आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) होता और वह फेफड़ों में संक्रमण पैदा करता है। शरीर में मौजूद मिनरल दूषित होकर कफ में परिवर्तित होते जाते हैं और ऑक्सिजन की मात्रा में आती है। समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है। प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, ur gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Gluten and oil , rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Eat to beat fatigue Eat a hearty breakfast along with some frequent small meals to keep you energized for the rest of the day. Inclusion of fibre rich and carbs rich would be beneficial.Cut down the fatty ones.Include beverages to a good quantity which should include needed amount of water without a doubt along with fresh juices.Spinach in a day can keep the fatigue away. Reduce the caffeinated drinks and also ensure that you are taking adequate sleep not more not less moderation should be followed.Along with this exercise regime is way too important to keep your body active.

I feel too tried these days. Keep experiencing pain in some or other part of body. Last November doctor diagnosis’s was that I have fibromyalgia. He gave me some medicine and told me to remain more happy and less stressed. This is really not possible to achieve nowadays with high pressure jobs. Before you got to this stage of the problem with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, you might have had various other simple issues like cold cough sore throat rashes somehwre in the body etc. these were body’s signs to tell you that you are vulnerable to viral attacks for the toxins you have created or piled up in the body. It takes few months to yrs to get to this stage and it takes 3-6 months on a healthy regime and 2 yrs for complete recovery even if you can’t see the symptoms yet. Please stay on a high fruit meal for majority of your day, vegetables and vegetable juices and greens and avoid all the following diary meat eggs sugar jaggery soy corn fermented foods, chocolate, packaged foods from outside, gluten, refined oils and foods with refined oils, any form of oils or grease Remove the following for 1 month Grains rice wheat millets corn etc , salt from your diet Make the following your breakfast lunch and dinner or snacks and stay on raw for atleast one month Start with green juices 250-300ml ( greens, ginger lime and some vegetable filtered and juiced) fruits for breakfast vegetable juice greens And vegetables without salt fruits for dinner try to expose your body to the morning sun for 1 hr daily. after one month, add steamed vegetables to ur diet and a pinch of pink salt if needed. I am a 20 years old. My legs are paining constantly at night whether it is college day or holiday. Even during prolonged standing posture it leads to pain in sole. What should I do?

Hello Rushikesh Shinde, Potassium deficiency can be the cause of constantly having pain in the legs, at night our legs go at rest that is why we feel the pain more. The very good and easily available sources of potassium are bananas, having a banana a day helps in treating the pain. Another common source of potassium is coconut water which is easily absorbed. Massaging your legs with coconut and castor oil mixed together will help in increasing blood circulation. Doing it every night is helpful. You can also start with exercises which will definitely relive your pain, squats, pulls ups and sets of suryanamaskar is really good in increasing muscle tonicity of our legs. Thank you
