I m 60 years old. My foot got twisted few days ago and it's paining since then. Doctor said it's not fracture. How to get rid of this pain?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar

Hello, Hot and cold compression helps in alternately aiding your situation as the blood circulation is increased or decreased accordingly. This reduces the pain as well as helps in swelling. The next important thing is to start with the intake of GOND, this was very much used in ancient times whenever there was an issue related to fractures or muscles. Half tablespoon of gond with warm water and see the healing hastening. Hope my suggestions will help you. Thank you

Perspiration is considered to be good as it helps in excreting out the waste from the body in some cases excessive perspiration will definitely lead to problems such as, dehydration which may lead to fainting. Now here we have to make sure we should curb down the excessive sweat to get a physiological life. There are food items which you should inculcate in your diet which will help you prevent perspiration at this abnormal extent: You can try and eat food with fats helps in curbing sweat choosing food like cashews, vegan yogurt, and peanuts. Food high in magnesium like pumpkin and almonds helps in reducing the sweats. Also, consuming food which is high in water content like watermelon, cucumbers helps in keeping the body hydrated for a long time. Sweet potatoes help in reducing the sweat due to the vitamin content. With the inclusion of these food items, I am sure you will be able to deal with hyperhidrosis. Thank you

Have you hurt yourself with anything heavy ? Loss of blood flow / clot can temporarily cause this. This nail will fall off and new one will grow. Conditions that can create such issues causing lack of proper blood flow and an acidic environment. The thick and toxic blood can cause accumulation of toxins in the legs as heart will find it challenging to pump the viscous blood which has all kinds of toxins that it’s carrying all over the body and depositing it in places. Stay on fruit juices all morning . Natural Hydration all day to ensure body has enough to maintain homeostasis - 2-3 lts High raw foods - fruits greens veggies till dinner. Dinner to be gluten free, oilfree. Respecting the circadian rhythm https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/15/circadian-rhythm-of-the-body Enough exercise like yoga Breathing - Pranayam Mental poise - mental peace and positive thinking Resting well - sleeping in time and following circadian rhythm Experience natural elements - exposure to sun daily for 1 hr Not medicating the body to suppress any eliminations - are chemicals used to suppress natural elimination from body. Dip your leg in alternate cold and hot water 5 mins each for 20 mins total daily Avoid Avoid closed shoes Not overloading the body with toxic foods the body can’t recognise - things unnatural that we can’t chew and digest in its raw state. Man made fake foods, animal foods like Dairy eggs meat fish , processed and wrong grains like sugar wheat maida refined oil white rice salty store bought foods fried foods , coffee tea etc Freeing the body off digestion every few days - fasting on juices all day Spending time Connecting with oneself the form of meditation The more you are on raw foods and juices all day your problems will be fixed automatically Do let me know if you have any questions Be blessed Smitha Hemadri (Educator of natural healing practices)

Namaste Priya Please dont lose hope. When the body keeps removing waste matter this way it shows that the inerstines are very weak and are not functioning normally, and it is not able to process what ever food you are offering it. The body stops cooperating of functioning normally when it has been overloaded with work or toxic matter. This could lead to inflammation too, The best wat to begin healing is letting the digestive system go into complete rest mode. More food that stays in the stomach for long hours will cause further irritation. So eat only that which can be easily digested and assimilated. Eat only when really hungry and dont eat when in doubt. Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. You may also try 1 apply a wet towel srap around your stomach, the towel could cover the area from your diaphragm to the lower belly for 30 minutes every morning and whenever your stomach is empty and light. 2 You can try the hip bath too for faster results. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Namaste, In majority of cases, fatty, high calorie diet and obesity are responsible for increase in cholesterol. High level of saturated fats found in meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, fried and processed foods are blamed for increased cholesterol levels. Maintaining regular food timings and taking dinner early in the evening is also useful. Yoga, Suryanamaskar and Pranayama are useful Paying attention to digestion and excretion and avoiding indigestion is important when you have high cholesterol. Yes. Coffee is acidic by nature & in case of an autoimmune disease, the body's acid-alkaline balance is already disturbed.
I have a weird problem at hand. I got cough n cold few days back. I increased my raw food and also rested well for a day or two my nose was flowing like a river and I became ok post that. But 5% of my cough cold has stubbornly remained and just refuses to go. Its been many days now and I wonder what else to do?
Ankur Bhatia
12:43 PM | 03-01-2019
Warm ginger lemon concoction mixed with a small amount of water helps. You can also keep chewing dry fruits often. If cough persists esp at night, you can soak dry fruits such as kishmish and take when coughing. This will soothe your throat.

Asha Shivaram

When external factors cannot be controlled, focus your efforts on what is under our control. So you or your husband could - simplify diet so there is less burden on the body ..that means majority of the diet should be based on fruits and veggies in raw form. Other foods are dehydrating and can cause migraine. Some sort of exercise preferably done outside Switch off from digital connection atleast in the weekend and spend time in nature Meditation before sleeping ad sleep by 10:00 p.m atleast four times in a week Palming can also be done for migraine relief.
Hi I have bad cervical spondylitis which is only aggravating over the years. I have tried Yoga and Acupressure, but they allow temp relief. What must I do to heal this naturally?
Pramod Pathak
02:57 PM | 30-12-2018
1. Oil pulling. 2. Deep breathing for 45 minutes daily. Three seconds inhalation and seven seconds exhalation. 3. Simple neck rotation exercise, preferably early morning. 4. Sun bathing 30 minutes daily. Cervical spondylitis is sign of nervous system signal congestion in neck region. Check why this increase of signals is taking place. Heart, lungs and face are the place where you got to look for toxins accumulation as all nerves from these region concentrate in cervical region of spinal cord.

How to get rid of body odour. I am start smelling after 2hours taking bath. Is this any symptom of any disease? Give me some tips
Nikita Mishra
09:25 PM | 10-02-2020
Hello, Reasons for body odour. There could be many reasons for body odour. Hormonal changes Not maintaining proper hygiene. Puberty Stress Medications you take. Your environment. Foods that you eat. Infection. Things to follow. Maintain proper hygiene by taking at least 2 showers in a day. Wash your clothes regularly. Shave or remove your armpit hairs. Wear cotton clothes. What should be done in case of infection? If there is any infection then, with sweating and odor some other symptoms will also develop like itching, inflammation, rashes, redness. To treat this, take a bunch of neem leaves and add it to water and then boil the water. Allow it to cool. Use this water to take a bath. This will kill the bacteria and will help to deal with the infection. Diet: Some foods also result in bad odours. So, avoid fish, meat, spicy foods. Take turmeric as it has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Also, take fenugreek seeds. Local application Apply lemon juice mixed with water to your armpits and sweat prone areas. Take some water and boil it, then add green tea leaves to it. Now, allow it to cool and then dip cotton in it and apply this to the sweat prone areas like armpits, genitals. Coconut oil is also beneficial for bad odours. It has anti-bacterial properties and is very good for good skin also. Sleep If stress is the reason for body odor then having a good quality sleep is the solution to it. So, take at least 6-8hours of sleep daily. Drink plenty of water during the day. Do yoga and pranayam like kapalbhati pranayam and sheetali pranayam. Thank you
I have been having pain in the chest area since past one week. Can you please suggest a suitable remedy?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
06:53 PM | 09-01-2020
If we rule out heart history is background then high chances of suffering from heartburn which might be causing chest pain. Start your day with two-three glasses of water which will help in flushing out toxins. Consuming Coconut water also helps in controlling acid-disorder. Having a raw vegetable salad before meals helps in improving the pH. of the stomach. Even fruit salad which ideally should be taken in day time helps in giving your stomach relief from heartburn issues. Tomatoes with black pepper an hour before dinner will help in curbing down the acidity. Thank you

Pains /discomfort in the lower extremities often is found in people who are on a bad lifestyle but may not have diabetes too. Diabetes will make the condition more prominent. Due to the consumption of dairy and animal products, their calcium levels gets depleted and is leeched from the bones. Detailed explainations can be found under search on osteoporosis. The reason is the same. . Due to excess glucose / toxins in the blood even if the medical tests show less, it’s there. That thickens the blood like a syrup. Heart tries hard to pump viscous blood and in people with type 2 longer than a decade, their legs usually start becoming weaker due to lack of proper blood flow. Solution is to ensure it’s managed with a good lifestyle. Switch to whole food plant based diet. Meaning of whole food is explained under the body wisdom section in detail. Removing any form of fat is first important .Remove oils in the food, have raw foods like fruits vegetables greens for the whole day for one month and such pains usually normalises unless ur on this condition for more than a decade. Continue on the raw as much as you can. That will reverse both leg issues and diabetes. Drink 1-2lts if vegetable juices per day. Eat fruits in plenty. Don’t medicate . Medicines cause more harm than they appear. Avoid dairy eggs meat fish sugar wheat maida oils fried food refined foods bakery products and any junk. Apply a cold wet towel for 30 mins for immediate pain relief. Start with 5 min of hot wet towel Be blessed Smitha Hemadri ( Educator in natural healing practices)
