Namaste, Excessive noise, light, stress and tension all contribute to increasing migraine pains. I am not sure if your questions is - Are there plant based sources of Vit B12 pills? - Can I get B12 from plants? For the answer to question 1, yes there are B12 pills available in the market which is from a plant based source. Unived.in sells these. Look for 1500mcg Methylcobalamin . For the second part of the question, B12 is not made by plants or animals. It is made from bacteria. Keep your gut healthy, soak in natural elements like sun, air, water, earth, organic foods etc to allow ood B12 generation by the body.

Hello Sravani, Definitely there is a cure for gastritis in a natural manner. Both gastric issues and general weakness are correlated with each other, as, if the digestion is not right, nutrients are not getting absorbed, this will automatically lead to weakness and fatigue. In gastritis, we have to make sure that we should take care of our stomach's pH which is in normal acidic in nature. Our aim is to maintain the body's homeostasis so that it should function in harmony. Continuous exposure to a high-fat diet, packaged food, refined sugars, gluten are some of the things which have been found common with gastric pain patients. It is time to treat the body from going under inflammation in the condition of gastritis. It is time to treat the problem in a holistic manner to get a long term cure and avoid relapse of disease. The following tips will be helpful. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. नमस्ते कारण - इसका मुल कारण क़ब्ज़ है। अन्य कारणों से भी ये हो सकता है। अधपकी मीट खाने या स्विमिंग पूल-तालाब के दूषित पानी की एक घूँट भर पी लेने से ई कोलाई संक्रमण हो सकता है। दूषित भोजन या पानी और संक्रमित व्यक्ति के संपर्क से इसके संक्रमण की आशंका रहती है। दूषित खाना - ई कोलाई संक्रमण का सबसे आसान जरिया है दूषित खाना, जैसे: कच्चा दूध। समाधान - एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। नितम्ब (hip bath) लें एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें 500ml नीम का रस डाल कर 20 मिनट तक बैठें। जीवन शैली - पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 5.पृथ्वी तत्व - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Roshani, Bad breath can make our body diseased at the same time feel embarrassed, here despite not having any oral issue we continue to suffer from bad breath because it is the whole body that is under the pressure of access toxins and not only the oral part which is involved. Continuous consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to the accumulation of toxins that are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is load ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which only is the result of the accumulation of toxins. With a healthy change in the diet and your routine, we can easily deal with all the issues related to the problem of poor absorption and indigestion which is leading to bad breath. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that gets absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including a fiber-rich food item which helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which has a good amount of fiber in them. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Assuming you are a lady, as i have not heard of incontience in men so much. Bladder incontinence typically happen in mothers who have given birth naturally but these days instead of letting the body send the baby out, they do a procedure called episiotomy to cut the vagina wall and get the baby out. This causes leaks when they cough or when pressure is high. This is a nuisance and such issues makes natural birth also look bad. As the urethral sphincters become weak with age and bad lifestyle also this happens. If you are frequently suffering from infections, the inflammations and medications that are used to suppress them also make the leaks common because the brain and urethral sphincters aredealing with miscommunications due to viral activity. Whatever may be the names, the causes are the same - toxaemia and which set of organs get impacted is unique for a person. Any pathogen has to be naturally flushed in a liquid environment and do not attempt to water fast or dry fast. You must not be dehydrated in such cases. In acidic dry environment they multiply faster. Follow this to avoid recurring in future. The lifestyle you currently have will cause more severe issues in future :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Fruits or a veg salad only. Your condition may not heal with excess cooked foods or by keeping your old lifestyle anymore. For one month stay full raw and if things get better add gluten free, unpolished grains cooked oilfree cooked for dinner. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. Hi when i am on a raw diet of fruits and vegetables. My stool comes out with difficulty. Is this constipation? And what is the remedy for same.. When i eat a diet made with cooked vegetables with rice or wheat i never face any difficulty. Why is it so?

I am not sure about the answer to the first question. It depends on how many days you started a raw diet and how many days you have been raw. Initially it will be difficult till your gut adjusts to the new food. For the second question, grains have hard to digest fibre which irritates the colon. It tries to throw out such food faster. Please observe that on the days you eat wheat and rice, elimination may be faster but you will feel sluggish and there will be a feeling of heaviness in the body

हेलो, कारण - पेशाब में प्रोटीन मूत्रआशय में संक्रमण के कारण या अन्य बीमारी के अलावा और भी वजहों से बढ़ सकता है. हर व्यक्ति में फ़र्क, थोड़ी देर के लिए पेशाब में प्रोटीन बढ़ जाना (आम तौर पर होने वाली मामूली चीज़) या किसी दवा के खराब असर की वजह से भी ऐसा होता है. पेशाब में प्रोटीन की मात्रा ज़्यादा हो जाना। ख़राब हाज़मा का परिचायक है। समाधान - एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें 500ml नीम के पत्तों का रस मिलाएँ और 20 मिनट तक उसमें बैठें। अनुलोम विलोम करें। भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। गोमुख आसन, पवन मुक्त आसन करें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

I am 30 years old and since last 2 years I am suffering vaginal infections which reoccur by time. Doctor has prescribed me all basic line medicines but after few months again it reoccurs and I have done culture examination 3 times in past 1 year. Also my sugar and blood reports are normal only thyroid was 9, but t3 and t4 are in normal range. Also during treatments and as per doctors advise I am not sexually active. Anything to do with the uterus can have many names. They cause its own symptoms and in this case the the cervix and vagina is the lowerpart of the uterus in the human female reproductive system. Whatever may be the names, the causes are the same - toxaemia and which set of organs get impacted is unique for a person. UTI, vaginal itching, rashes and other infections in the Gut is an inflammation of the urinary tract / toxemia across the body and pelvic regions when there is a lot of acidity. When does such things happen ? When our body is toxic with diary, meat and processed goods for a long period. When we don’t drink enough water, when we don’t tend to pass urine freq , color is urine slowly turns yellow, smells slowly like bcomplex tablets and overtime it’s really having a bad odour. When body is filled with toxins and waste is not getting disposed off properly this happens. The stomach and GUT will be lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach.
