I am diabetic and trying to manage my sugar levels through fasting and raw food. So far its going good. The only problem is constipation. I did read about the constipation blog here, but so far its not helping. 1. 5 ltrs of warm water has stopped working. Whats can be the other alternative pls.

Constipation is a sign of toxaemia* and low vitality*. Constipation will go away when the conserved vitality is restored. You may get relief here and there doing symptomatic approaches like, hot water, enema, laxative etc. for short term. Hy... It can be frozen shoulder, in that case, i suggest to follow a good regimen including- 1. Acupuncture therapy 2. Mustard oil massage with little camphor in it by heating the oil and adding camphor to it. make it warm and massage your affected area. 3. Hello Ji Namaste, As most people are well aware, good nutrition and a balanced diet are important components of overall health. What may surprise people with back problems is that diet, exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight also play a major role specific to back health—including the prevention of many problems and improved healing. Even with shortness of breath our body is taking at most change to breathe in and making sure there is oxygen supply leading to each and every part that is why our body is forcing its breath. In both situation the body is not in ease and forcing itself in doing its normal physiological activity, this pathology behind it is inflammation where our body is trying to protect oneself from a foreign object. Our chronic lifestyle like getting exposed to chemical products to not even completely breathing and being reliable on high fat complex form of diet which only makes our body vulnerable. That is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. And yes its always possible to get help to improve yourself, be it physically, mentally or spiritually. Before we go into further details, let us understand why one gets into poor eating habits? Kesar is very precious for Health and Wellness. When you make a facial massage mask you can add Kesar , chandan , milk and rose water. Apply on face with gentle massage and then leave for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash Face with Normal Tap Water. Kesar and Chandan should be rubbed on stone slowly slowly to take maximum benifits out of it. The best season Winter is coming soon to utilise Kesar for Health and Wellness. In other Season We should check that , to whom Kesar suits and to whom it may give extra Heat. When we add Kesar in Biryani or Pulav , it gives lots of hidden taste and when we start having such food , our hunger and stomach open up and also we starts eating food happily. It digests well and from inside also We absorb useful nourishment for Glowing Skin. Kesar balances recipe silently. Everyone always loves to have Kesar in their Shahi recipies.
