I am diabetic and trying to manage my sugar levels through fasting and raw food. So far its going good. The only problem is constipation. I did read about the constipation blog here, but so far its not helping. 1. 5 ltrs of warm water has stopped working. Whats can be the other alternative pls.

Constipation is a sign of toxaemia* and low vitality*. Constipation will go away when the conserved vitality is restored. My 25-year-old friend suffered from an epileptic stroke 2 years back, Since then she is on constant medication for which the doctor has advised lifelong. Our chronic lifestyle like getting exposed to chemical products to not even completely breathing and being reliable on high fat complex form of diet which only makes our body vulnerable. That is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. Kesar is very precious for Health and Wellness. When you make a facial massage mask you can add Kesar , chandan , milk and rose water. Apply on face with gentle massage and then leave for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash Face with Normal Tap Water. Kesar and Chandan should be rubbed on stone slowly slowly to take maximum benifits out of it. The best season Winter is coming soon to utilise Kesar for Health and Wellness. In other Season We should check that , to whom Kesar suits and to whom it may give extra Heat. When we add Kesar in Biryani or Pulav , it gives lots of hidden taste and when we start having such food , our hunger and stomach open up and also we starts eating food happily.
