Wrong food combinations are mainly the culprit for acidity. Understanding food groups, eating cycles (circadian rhythm) and eating more in tune with nature helps. For example relook at if you are eating a lot of food groups together i.e grains, cooked veggies, legumes, dairy and non veg all together? The best would be to simplify your food intake as per food groups. Keep your morning light with ample fruits intake. You could do an early lunch with lot of raw veggies as salads. For some days, keep grains and milk out of the lunch and dinner. In evening snacks also, go for fruits or veg juices.

My baby boy is 2 n half years old but the problem of constipation he is facing since he was 6 months old. I was constantly giving him laxatives like Eva q ,smuth l,sodium picosulfate ,but without these laxatives his stool becomes very hard and very difficult to pass out then I take help of suppositories. Hello User, Diet plays a major role in dealing with this constipation. Your diet during pregnancy and his diet after birth both have played a role in bringing the result. The normal range according to WHO is that if the kid is able to perform his stool from 1-7 times in a day, and remains active, it is considered as normal. If your kid is not active in playing or response, then passing stool becomes difficult. Things to do: During evening, give him half a glass of warm water which will help in releasing stool. The next thing is to start with fibre filled diet. 1. Rice water. After boiling the water, make them consume the rice water. 2. Make a powder of dal and rice by drying them in the sun. Add warm water, make the mixture and help them consume it. Include fruits like bananas and apple in the diet. 3. A glass of vegetable juices like carrots and spinach will help them in easing stools. Also give him a glass or half, according to his need, of coconut water. 4. Avoid milk and milk products. 5. Avoid gluten which makes us prone to constipation due to complex absorption. 6. Make them play and keep them active so that energy is used. 7. Make the baby sleep on time and keep them away from gadgets. Eat: A good source of calcium is green leafy vegetables and seeds this will not only help in treating the sciatica pain but also will help in giving nutrients to our vertebral column. The seed also has a good amount of minerals which helps in the spine to develop and spinal roots to become stronger, hence the nerve does not create the pain. Having a good amount of green vegetable juice makes sure that their nutritive state improves. Vegetable juice is a sure example of getting nutrition completely absorbed. Exercise: In sciatica, we have to be regular with exercise in order to treat the muscle strength, so here is some exercise which you can start with for sciatica. 1. A most common symptom for withdrawal which is headache many people generally feel pain in the head whenever they skip their morning tea. Directly leaving tea can be a bit of a hazard what is recommended here is, decrease the frequency of tea slowly so that you can stay away from withdrawal symptoms.

Hello Rathlavath, Sleeping is something which is directly corresponding to a peaceful mind, what does sleeping brings to us? In sleep, if we define in normal words, sleep is something when we put our body and muscles to complete rest. Thee reactions we have towards the external world becomes less, and our sound senses become more activated in this process. How we have definitely disturbed the experiences of sleeping? By involving gadgets in our life. Our body circadian rhythm is managed by the biological clock which our body develops, in sleep whenever we have excess towards the ring of any gadget we get the notification. In results, our wave of sound sleep starts getting disturbed. Sleep has a 90 minutes cycle which is differentiated by stages, which are three. This 90 minutes cycle should be repeated at least 5 times in order to have a relaxing to sleep. Which means healthy sleep is 7-8 hours per day. Now what all things you need to start with to get peaceful sound sleep: Eat: Eating the kind of food items which are rich in minerals, this is something which we should be looking for. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, flax are a rich source of minerals. Minerals help in developing nerve neuropathy in order to take good rest. Start including almonds and walnuts in your diet, this helps in treating the brain with the right amount omega-3 which in turn gives us good sleep. Exercise: During exercise, body releases few hormones which actually relaxes our body. A 10-minute simple warm-up exercise before sleep should be helpful. Sit on your bed, spread both your hands. Do not see your phone first thing in the morning. Hello Namaste Ji, You can reduce your back pain by regular practice of surya namaskar,spinal twist exercise,maintaining good posture while sleeping,sitting,standing. When you practice makrasana it will be very beneficial. Learn this steps from Yoga expert or trainer only. Stick to a healthy plant based diet. Eat human specific diet that is plant based food with is mostly raw. Like fresh locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables. Remove all types of processed food. Sleep and rest well. Back pain refers to the pain in the lower, upper or middle back. Precuation can be like Avoid Lifting heavy weights, do not sit or stand for a longer period in a same position. Keep moving. Natural remedy you can try Garlic has pain relieving properties Take a frying pan Add 60 ml of coconut oil Add 8-10 cloves of garlic Fry this mixture till garlic turns dark brown Apply this oil when lukewarm on the affected area by massaging gently. Drink green leafy vegetable juice or vegetable juice weekly once or twice to get enough nutrient to your system to overcome. take dry fruits like Almonds, Anjeer, dates, etc. Have brisk walk in the morning. What should i do to avoid body pain

Hi Alok, Pain is the result of accumulation of toxins in the body which results due to an improper lifestyle. Pay attention to your lifestyle and eating habits. Wake up early in the morning and sleep early. Do some exercises and yoga. Avoid dairy products like ghee,milk,paneer,curd. Avoid animal products like meat. It is not meant for our human digestive system and hence leads to the accumulation of toxins. Always have plant based foods in your meals. Have fresh homemade fruit juices.
What is the reason behind having sudden migraine attacks? Also how much advisable is it to control the pain by having medicines like disprin or crocin?

Hi. Our body speaks to us through signals. A migraine is the body's way of telling you to slow down. It never happens all of a sudden, no illness/disease happens all of a sudden. It's only when we miss out listening to our body, that it is forced to give us bigger & bigger signals. It happened with me in 2014. I was getting health issues one after the other & each was bigger than the previous one. But once I understood the body's self-healing powers & nourished myself with good food, air and thoughts, everything became ok. I always lived with a nagging headache issue, but now it has vanished. So where did I slow down? Two places - 1. foods - Eat easy to digest Natural Foods so that the body gets its deserved time of rest, else it is always busy in digestion. 2. thoughts - I worked on my stress levels, made a conscious effort to engage in joyous activities, used a few techniques like journalling, visualisations, affirmations. You must read the blog Understand body's natural healing mechanism, especially the videos mentioned at the end of the blog. It will help u understand how ur migraine is not 'sudden' but a result of your past actions. As far as meds are concerned, I think the answer lies in ur question itself :-). Address the root cause which I mentioned before. I used to take headache tablets quite frequently before, but then I solved the root cause!! Headache and pain are the signal of bodies for us to take action. Headache is a signal to take action for rest and look into how I can take care of me. When I apply natural lavender oil on my temples and take rest I feel good. Drink lots of water during headache and create an intention of love in you. Increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. May your health be great. Take care of your health. Love you.
I am suffering from migrain how can i overcome it?

When you are suffering from migraine, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine are organs not doing its job. Reason for that is the accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat Packaged foods Sugar Refined oils and polished foods Ready to eat foods Fried foods All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them, but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when the stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Toxaemia or toxicity in the body is the cause and lifestyle changes have to be done to include more fruits and veggies and only 30% of dinner to include grains and 70% vegetables. Rest of the day starts with plain vegetable juice/cucumber juice ash gourd juice etc and include fruits and vegetables to answer your hunger and your migraine will be history.
