Hello Mr. Khurana, The main cause when we deal with hair loss is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of some type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut is found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of the pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker with greying issues cured and help from hair to roots. Before applying methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter and then use for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of the hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana which would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you

Hello User, Anaemia can be the reason for the late periods. Eating correctly is important but along with that, it is also important that the food gets absorbed properly in the intestine to get the essential nutrients present in the food. Also, the hormonal imbalance leads to irregularities in the menstrual cycle. It affects the overall health and your skin is dull because the internal body is not healthy. A correct lifestyle, eating habits and along with this, some exercise or yoga is also necessary for achieving good health. Diet to follow: Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared fruit juices. Drink coconut milk. Include salads, nuts and sprouts in your diet. Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, citrus fruits. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats. Replace white rice with brown rice. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Foods to avoid: Avoid street foods, deep-fried oily foods and spicy foods. Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not suitable for the human digestive system and creates health issues. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid sugars, refined grains and refined oil. Yoga: Exercising or yoga is very important. Yoga helps in treating menstrual cramps to a great extent as it improves the blood circulation in the whole body and also cures the hormonal imbalance. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do padahasta asana, trikona asana, chakra asana, gomukha asana. Start your morning with a short morning walk of 20 minutes. Do deep breathing exercises like anulom-vilom pranayam. Sleep: Correct sleeping pattern is very important for maintaining circadian rhythm and hormonal balance. Sleep and wake up at a fixed time. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets 1 hour before sleeping. Thank you.

For humanity Hairs are sign of good personality, strong kidney and good metablism and circulation as well. If there is proper supply to mind hair growth and cell development is proper. Interestingly, your hair grows around 0.5 inches (1.25 cm) per month, and 6 inches (15 cm) per year. How fast it grows depends on factors like age, health, genetics and diet. On the other hand, eating a balanced diet with the right nutrients can help promote hair growth, especially if you’re experiencing hair loss due to poor nutrition. A healthy diet can help your hair stay strong and shiny. What you eat can also keep you from losing your locks. If you’re not getting certain nutrients from food, you might see the effects in your hair. Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid are also important to your hair. Vegetarians and vegans often don't get enough of them. Foods with B6 include bananas, potatoes (both white and sweet), and spinach. You can get folic acid with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and tomatoes. Whole-grain and fortified-grain products, beans, and lentils also have it. Protein is also critical for keeping your hair healthy, but many people don't get enough. Lean meats like fish and chicken, eggs, and soy products are good sources. Eat one serving every day. Because trace minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, and biotin also affect hair, it's a good idea to take a daily multivitamin. The right foods can be really good for your 'do, but hair loss has many causes. Sometimes, genetic factors like male or female pattern baldness can play a role. Thyroid disease, anemia, autoimmune diseases, and hormone issues may also cause changes or loss of hair. Berries are loaded with compounds like antioxidants and vitamins that may promote hair growth. For example, strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which aids collagen production and iron absorption, two factors that may promote hair growth. This includes vitamin C, which has strong antioxidant properties. Antioxidants can help protect hair follicles against damage from harmful molecules called free radicals. These molecules exist naturally in the body and the environment Spinach is loaded with foliate, iron, and vitamins A and C, which may promote hair growth. A deficiency in these nutrients may result in hair loss. Sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamin A, which helps aid sebum production. Additionally, it has other factors that may help speed up the rate of hair growth. Avocados are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that may promote hair growth. Additionally, they are a great source of essential fatty acids, which appear to be crucial for hair growth. Nuts are packed with nutrients like vitamin E, B vitamins, zinc and essential fatty acids, all of which may promote hair growth and are linked to many other health benefits. Like nuts, seeds are rich in vitamin E and other nutrients that may promote hair growth. Some seeds also contain omega-3s, which have been linked to hair growth. Sweet peppers are a rich source of vitamins A and C, two nutrients that help ensure hair stays healthy and that may aid hair growth.

Hello Mehak Ji, First we should find the reason why hair fall, loss, thin happens. It is an indication that your system is having side affects which results in hairfall. It might due to Anemia, Thyroid, taking any particular pills for a longer period which leads to hair fall as well. Or Constipation issues, Stress or depression, lack of sleep, not taking proper nutrient diet which is required. Most hair loss is not associated with systemic or internal disease, nor is poor diet a frequent factor. Hair may simply thin as a result of predetermined genetic factors and the overall aging process which leads to hormonal changes. Sometimes due to pollution and chemcial water or shampoo used for rinsing hairs also a major cause. Lets see some solution: prepare a home made herbal hair oil which is purely made up of extra virgin coconut oil by adding some curry leaf, methi ( fenu greek ) seeds. Apply this oil regularly on your hair scalp and gently massage and allow it to sit for 30min and then rinse your hair by home made hair wash powder. Take more iron and protein diet like pulses, sprouts, dates, intke 30ml of currry leaf juice on empty stomach as a tonic which helps to get enough nutrient to your hair. Drink atleast 2 to 3 litres of water per day. 8 hours deep sleep is required. Stay away from mental stress and engage in physical activity like yoga or meditation. Daily eat 3 to 5 Almond nuts. ( Soak in the water over night and remove its skin and intake it). Eat more fresh half boiled vegetable, green vegetable, seasonal fruits Change your lifestyle and see the differnce. Follow this for 48 days on regular basis and see the results. Thanks.

Namaste Rashmi Pigmentation of the skin is a reflection of two things 1 Hormonal disturbances 2 Toxins in your system The hormonal disturbance also is a result of toxins in the system. For a long term solution it is always to work from the inside out. Flushing out toxins will need your 100% dedication. Start with a healthy and hydrating diet. You could have fruits upto 50% of your daily diet. 35% of vegetables, 10 % grains and 5% nuts. Let most of this food be Raw, fresh, locally grown, seasonal and ripe. Remove all unhealthy food like foods. Like processed and packaged foods. Remove white sugar, white salt, refines flour and refined oils from your diet. Remove all animal products including dairy from your diet. Next check your bowel movements. See to it that your bowel movements are regular. Sweat well too by getting into some sport or practice yoga. Get out in the nature. Get enough sun, fresh air and grounding. What else can you do to support the process? 1 Stop using all chemical based soaps, shampoos, moisturisers, creams or cosmetics. 2 Use Shikakai powder for your hair and moong dal flour mixed with powdered orange peel or lemon juice to wash your skin. 3 Immediately after the shower before you dry the skin apply cold pressed coconut oil or sweet almond oil for moistutisation. 4 Pat your skin with a towel for the excess water. 5 keep yourself well hydrated by consuming lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables. It might feel a bit uncomfortable in the beginning to go off cosmetics, but in time you will strt seeing the difference and enjoting the freedom. The best cosmetic one can wear is a smile on the lips and self confidence in your heart. Enrich your self esteem by taking care of yourself. Keep adding more value to your self and do contribute to the worlds well being in some form or the other by doing aomething that you are very passionate about. What matters the most is inside you and not what you look like from the outside. Just keep yourself happy and soon you will start seeing the changes on the outside too. Please Eat a clean diet: In the morning empty stomach 1 glass of ash gourd juice will help the body to remove the toxins. 3. From last fifteen days my scalp is itching very badly even though my hair is clean, there is nothing. Is this any skin related issue?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
10:35 AM | 16-10-2019
Yes this can be due to dermatitis, it produces itching and flaky skin in the scalp. You can massage your hair with coconut oil and curry leaves at night this will soothe your scalp and in the morning you can wash your hair with ritha and Amla powder. It helps in combating with inflammation. Wash your hair thrice a week so that all the unwanted sweat and dirt gets cleaned if accumulated. You can even try home made hair pack like: 1.Mashing banana and applying for 10 minutes on hair. 2.Onion juice helps in smoothening hair and gives healthier scalp. 3. Methi hair pack will also help. Thank you

Lichens planus Any skin issues are because the body could not eliminate using its natural path and the lymphatic system trying to push it out of the skin. There are journeys of people who have healed from severe skin issues such as psoriasis in wellcure. Use the keyword and search. Skin issues is usually as result of supression of simple skin issues for a prolonged period of time. You might be able to recall or let us know what skin issues minor or major you had before this became lichens planus It’s an advanced chronic skin condition and it will take few months to heal. If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ? Dominance of neg cooked foods, dairy , meat eggs fish etc will tax the skin. So when body is overloaded with toxins , skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin. 1) wear clothes of loose cotton where skin can breathe and light can enter. 2) remove or avoid touching any chemicals and use chemical fee items http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/455/natural-moisturiser http://www.wellcure.com/recipes/163/healthy-and-natural-hair-wash use this for the body too Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers. And Luke warm for body in cold weathers. 3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria. 5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Start your day with lemon water or cucumber juice 500ml. raw fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch and a whole food plant based gluten free oilfree dinner made from millets and vegetables. You can choose to have raw foods for dinner and Avoid all forms of cooked and salt for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. . I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get books on your skin when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues. You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida oil outside packed foods , fried food etc . So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat fried and sugar. 6) water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty. Consult an expert if needed 7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 8) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body. 9) you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you 10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe You will continue to get leisons on and off if it’s been there for long too. By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever. Get back with questions if u have any doubts Be blessed Smitha Hemadri ( Educator of natural healing practices)

Hi Minu, It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes. But when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe breakouts which are given different names like itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis, lupus, dermatitis, boils, acne etc., It also causes dull-looking skin with blotchy patches, warts, acne and boils to name a few. In reality, these are manifestations of eliminations happening through the skin due to excess toxic load in the body. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. Dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt tire the body as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables and fruits. 3. Adequate proper exercise every day ensures good blood circulation so nutrients and wastes are managed properly within the body. 4. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. The body is in repair and recovery mode during sleep. 5. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 6. Sunlight strengthens and tones the skin. The action of sunlight is necessary for the synthesis of the many chemicals needed for proper functioning. 7. Give a break to your body by fasting for a couple of days in a week or 15 days. 8. Use a wet pack on your stomach and abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. You can also explore our Correct AutoImmune Diseases Naturally program that can help you in making the transition, step by step.
