Hy...i suggest you try epsom salt leg bath everyday for a month it will relieve you pain and tightless of calf muscle. Take 30gm of epsom salt put in hot water in a bucket and add salt in it, put your legs in the bucket sock it for 15-20 min. नमस्ते दिशा जी किसी भी बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में ya खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।

I think you mean Amruthballi ( creeper ) juice. Let me clarify the reasons why body gives a fever. Fever is body’s natural response to fight the invaders or scavengers who have come to eat the toxins that have accumulated in his body. The reasons why you had eye infection, the reasons why he has a fever/ you are trying to avoid a fever and the reasons why your wife has a fever are accumulation of toxins . All same reasons but different symptoms. All these are acute stages of body handling the toxins and flushing it.
