Namaste Surinder Kaur All these issues you are suffering from has only one reason. And that is toxaemia or toxins in your body. How did that happen? It’s from years and years of suppressing your body’s attempts at removing toxins through simple issues like fevers coughs or colds. As you went on suppressing the toxins went on taking up new spaces in your body acquiring new names. And now you call them diabetes, sinus etc. But ultimately it is all the same.... toxins. Now how to get rid of the toxins. The path you chose was surgery... removing organs and taking medicines religiously for years. But that hasn’t worked. The issues are still there and look like a new one keeps adding on once in a while. So let’s look at why that has happened? You have been trying to clear the symptoms and never tried to remove the causes at all. Once you start removing the causes and adding on certain lifestyle practices in your daily routine, the innate ability of your body to heal naturally by itself will take over and start the cleansing and healing process. IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. So how do you start? let’s see what things we should remove from our diet to improve our internal functioning of our body. Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 Meat, fish, eggs and dairy Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake 5 drink a glass or two of ash gourd juice along with banana pith juice every morning and evening. You could take half kg of ash gourd and 6 inches of banana stem and get it cold pressed in a cold pressed juices( if not scraping and then squeezing through a cloth may also do) and drink the combined juice And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. What else can you do? 1 Take a spinal bath every morning. Followed by a cold wrap around the stomach. 2 You may take a hip bath every night just before bed. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your over all health. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Milk is beneficial for weight loss?
Nikita Mishra
10:39 AM | 20-08-2019
Hello, We get milk from mammals like cow ,buffalo which is not for human consumption. It is produced in their bodies for their baby mammals, to meet their food and nutritional requirements. Since it is not meant for human body,so it is not digested properly by human digestive system which in turn may result in some health issues. So,in my opinion milk is not suitable for weight loss. If you want to lose weight, you can achieve that by being on natural plant based foods. Never compromise for your breakfast. Have a healthy breakfast everyday. Avoid dairy products and animal products. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid wheat, maida, white sugar, rice, biscuits, jam, cookies. Have whole grains like barley, beans, nuts, sprouts. Have green leafy fresh veggies like spinach, cabbage. Have fresh fruits like pomegranate, banana, papaya. Drink a good amount of water throughout the day. Do exercise and yoga regularly.

Greying of hair might be due to many reasons...simplest might be hard water which contains lot of ferrous or any other chemicals in ground water. It believed that urea contents is about 20-25 times more than the permissible amount if you are living somewhere in North especially in Delhi and around. Also hereditory, intake of some medications, vitamin deficiency, stress, use of social drugs all make you prone to this problem. Curry leaves and red colour multi petal hibiscus and mehendi leaves have a great effect in prevention Take a100 ml of gingly oil and 100 ml of cocnut oil and make it boil, add few leaves of dried lemon leaves, dried multipetal red colour hibiscus, dried mehendi leaves, dried curry leaves, all about 10-15 leaves or flowers and boil the oil for sometime. Then cool it down and store it in a clean container. You may apply this oil before bath and nicely massage while you apply the oil and then take sun bath for almost 40-50 minutes and take shower. Use some natural or non-chemical shampoos or shikakai powder to clean the hair.

I have hair fall. And dandruff is stick yo my head like stone. I usually scratch it off. What to do? A change in lifestyle or food. Plzz suggest
Dr. Stuti Nilesh Pardh...
06:47 PM | 13-08-2019
Hello!!! Firstly for Hair fall you need to use organic coconut oil and mix methi (fenugreek leaves or crushed seeds). The process is to firstly boil the coconut oil and then add fenugreek leaves or seeds and let it continue boiling till it reaches the boiling point. Let the oil cool, store it in a container and use it every night, this should help you with your hairfall instantly. For Dandruff, you need to take plant based yogurt and mix one whole lime into it. Apply the mixture to your scalp every other day till you are relieved from your dandruff condition. For Food you need to once again be on fruit rich diet and plant based seeds. Fruits and sunflower or melon seeds can help you to keep your hair healthy. You cut out from all processed foods and everything that is refined. Also, your positive affirmation to your body helps in regenerating back the discrepancies formed. Therefore, love yourself, be thankful for your hair and your positive attitude will create and generate new cells that can give you a complete transformation. Be Blessed

Hi, my daughter is 1 year 8 months old. She is breastfed while I am at home (while not at office). She drinks 1 small cup of cow milk in a day. She also eats ghee, butter. I am planning to wean her off cow milk and other dairy products. But me and my husband are bit skeptical about her overall nutrient intake if she is not given milk, ghee and butter. I am planning to make nut milks at home but I am not sure whether she will accept the new taste. She is on family food otherwise. Please guide us
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
07:29 AM | 10-07-2019
Namaste A one year and 8 months old baby can easily be weaned away from cows milk and other dairy products. 1 Keep all her favourite foods handy. When ever she says she is hungry give her one of her favourite food so that she doesn’t think about milk. The fouvorite foods must be healthy food too. 2 you can slowly introduce her to nut milk. She will slowly start liking it. As for nutrients you may rest assured she is getting all the nutrients she needs as long as you are giving her all the seasonal fruits and vegetables. They should be the major part of her diet. You are doing a great job introducing your child to a healthy lifestyle at such a young age. Kudos to you. What is the natural way to treat knee instability in diabetic patients?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
05:45 AM | 07-06-2019
Namaste The knee instability is due to excess of wear and tear. This happens when the body is loaded with toxins due to lowered vitality. Rest to relieve yourself from pain. Do guided yoga to strengthen your knees. Physical activity should be happening regularly. Don’t go into complete rest mode. Rest only when tired or in pain. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Start your day with juicy seasonal and local fresh fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible. Consume around 50% of fruits 35% of veggies 10 % of grains or sprouts and 5 % of nuts. Finish your last meal before the sun sets. Don’t eat if you are not hungry and never over eat . Try to be on raw food atleast 80%. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. 07:55 PM | 01-05-2024
Hi Monika, Thank you for sharing your query. It is important to understand that only local application does not work until your body is not cleansed from inside. You need to work on the root cause of it to get rid of the problem. Let us understand it from nature cure point of view. Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disorder that causes red, scaly patches on the skin or hair. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes but when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables, fruits, greens, nuts and seeds. 3. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. 4. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 5. Have sunlight as it strengthens and tones the skin. 6. Give a break to your body by fasting once in a week. 7. Use a wet pack on your abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. Buy here. 8. apply aloe vera or coconut water on affected area. Hi Deepthi, Nature Cure believes that the root cause of most diseases/health conditions is Toxaemia- the accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle- wrong food habits, lack of rest and stress. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis and if this elimination process gets imbalanced then issues like you are facing arises. Here are some guidelines to follow: start day with coconut water / mono fruit breakfast add 40-50% of raw salad in lunch & dinner avoid dairy, non-veg, & caffeine eat homecooked meals only do wet pack on abdomen empty stomach for 15-20 minutes Book 1:1 consultation with us for detailed guidance and handholding For further information, you can contact our teammates: 9630162732 (Sanjana), 9548714775 (Neha).

Hi Kavya, Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disorder that causes red, scaly patches on the skin. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes but when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe breakouts which are given different names like eczema, psoriasis, lupus, dermatitis, boils, acne etc. In reality, these are manifestations of eliminations happening through the skin due to excess toxic load in the body. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt tire the body as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Namastey! Thank you for sharing your query with us. We understand your concern and would like to mention that if there is an hormonal imbalance in the body it leads to PCOS. In this condition a cyst or an abnormal growth in the uterus develops . This happens when over a period of time, the body is unable to eliminate the toxins from the body and they accumulate and form cysts. If healthy changes are not made at this time, it manifests into another health issue, in your case, it is indigestion or bloating like symptoms which coulld be due to IBS. But please note that these problems can be resolved when the right diet and lifestyle choices are made. Foods to take - fruits & raw veggies, nimboo paani, coconut water, soaked nuts and seeds Foods to avoid - all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed foods Along with this, exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. Also wrapping a cold towel around your abdomen for 20 minutes is helpful. Once you work upon your health issues and reverse them naturally, you can also achieve a healthy weight. These dietary changes are sustainable and should be practiced lifelong. For more detailed guidance you can come with us for personal coaching with our Natural Health Coach, which helps you make the transition step by step. Namastey! We understand your concern and would like to suggest - Natural path for Healing. Rheumatoid arthritis occurs when excessive toxins get accumulated in the body.
