Hello Ji Namaste, As most people are well aware, good nutrition and a balanced diet are important components of overall health. What may surprise people with back problems is that diet, exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight also play a major role specific to back health—including the prevention of many problems and improved healing. Hello, Select correct food for your digestive system to avoid all the problems. Avoid all the animal foods and dairy products. Avoid tea,coffee and other caffeinated drinks as they contain caffeine which are not good for health. Initially for 2-3days,be on fluid diet.Have homemade fruit juices, coconut water.
