I suffered early menopause at an age of 43 followed by anxiety issues... Mild panic attacks. I tried to manage those issues with counselling, positive reading matter etc. Now, high cholestrol, high triglycerides, digestion issues and lastly slight rise in bp which was always on lower side earlier. I dont understand which issue should be addressed initially so that entire upset system should be synced. Can you help me?

The body works in unison like an assembly line, Puneetji. We as humans cannot control and isolate issues and fix them like they work independently. That's a misconception that we have developed. We must fix our lifestyle to fix the problems and they all get addressed together. I am working with someone who thought they were undergoing menopause, although we worked on addressing the lifestyle, she also started having her periods in a few months. It all depends on whether your body functions are blocked by toxins or your body has aged to attain menopause. Anxiety and panic issues or tremors are also as a result of toxins accumulation in the body because of lifestyle. It's not always an emotional issue. A happy person who has nothing to worry can also have such attacks/depression. A 21 year old who has everything with him says i am depressed and i feel sad and i dont know why. So when body's terrain is filled with unwanted waste, the consequences of that are abnormality and body fails to maintain homeostasis. High cholesterol, TG, BP are all a side effect of a blood filled with oils, grease, pathogens, and cells in the body constipated with unwanted waste. A sluggish lymphatic system which is not able to help the toxins get cleared out as there could be dehydration and sluggish backedup excretory organs as well. Follow this lifestyle and overall things will be addressed slowly. You will have colds, coughs and pains. When its severe, switch to fruits / greens / veg juices for the whole day and you will be fine. Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Ensure for the whole day you drink 2-3 ltrs of pure liquids from plain water, fruits , vegetables and greens c tender coconut sugarcane juices Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with gluten free, unpolished grains cooked oilfree. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( eyes, neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . This will help move the lymphatic system See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. You need a lot of rest to heal your eyes. Avoid a lot of screen time What to Avoid - these foods cause inflation the body Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils coffee tea alcohol , using oils in cooking Food touching teflon plastic, aluminium, copper . Use clay / cast iron / steel / glass Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it. Letting go and surrendering to the universe is the key to tap the subconscious. Be blessed. Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)

One my cousin brother ,age 35yr was damaged 2 kidney, now on dialysis, what is the Naturopathy Treatment in kidney damage?
Smitha Hemadri
07:35 PM | 25-11-2019
Sir, chronic cases need more detailed attention than just advice on a forum. Some of these side effects will continue to happen because the kidneys are not filtering and the external machine is doing its job. In my opinion, you have to slowly change the way you eat and things that go into your body ( skin and mouth ). This can hopefully reverse your problems. Attacking just the symptoms won’t help in the long run. The accumulated fluids must be drained out. That can be done only when organs collectively work as an assembly line. Just to give you an idea, Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume medicines, stimulants like tea, coffee, tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like Urea, Uric acid, creatinine and byproduct’s of metabolic waste from excess proteins, excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carb metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria( expelling glucose from urine), excess acids from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, bad habits like excess water everything is expelled by the kidneys. Due to wrong living habits over a long period of time, kidneys filters get clogged and inflamed and develop congestion. If you don’t wash your tea filter, then imagine what happens to your tea? It remains outside the filter and can’t be filtered to the mug. To remove that plaque, you need to take extra steps, isn’t it? So you have a lot of waste in the blood that is constantly getting collected and poor filters are still working. Possible suppression during such times / current living habits of food, medicines or various aspects like this, led to CKD or chronic kidney disease and in such cases dialysis is being done as the only way bcoz a machine will be needed to filter the blood and be sent back to the body / the kidneys have lost their ability to filter. God has been very graceful and gave us 2 kidneys, but we have been misusing his generosity. It’s very important that you realize. that your lifestyle has to change drastically - 180degree. Ulta direction to recover from this condition and it’s definitely possible. So like I said kidneys get inflamed ( swollen ) and bleeding can also happen. Stones and other injuries are common. This is an occurrence where the inhibitors of the formation of crystals are not present or have been less because of living conditions. So this pebble-like concentration is usually composed of mineral salts. Such people in the initial stages if their urine was collected as a sample would have found pus and blood also. Gravels can also be seen. It’s not an overnight symptom when she experienced this even for the first time. Stones have continued to become larger and larger. In many cases, these are passed via the bladder. Until it reaches the bladder there is a pain and once it’s in the bladder pain reduces. Sometimes if the lifestyle is not changed the stone can become bigger and bigger to even come to the bladder. This damages the mucosa lining in the kidneys. Getting to remove the stones via lithotripsy or dissolving it or via surgery is violent ways of addressing the problem because the body condition is still capable of producing stones because the blood is still toxic and thick. Many such methods of removing the stones can leave behind some residue that can poke and damage the walls of the ureter pipe too. Following a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle with majorly raw in general will help. If he is fine with a detailed consultation with me, reach me on this link. I think he needs more attention and I need to understand his current lifestyle and advice corrective changes... https://pages.razorpay.com/pl_Dhm71HUDmu671b/view Be blessed. Hi, I am suffering from high BP for last one month, and I'm on medication. Can some one tell permanent solution or how to keep bp normal?
Anju Chhabra
07:42 PM | 27-11-2019
Hi, High Blood pressure is a body's way of communicating to relieve the body of toxins and maintain a balance . High Bp may be due to a variety of factors ranging from stress to poor eating habits. Stress, lack of sleep increase pressure in the arteries forcing the heart to pump blood at a higher pressure. All packed foods are rich in salt and this puts an additional stress on the body in trying to maintain an electrolyte balance so that it maintain a constant pressure. Medications might help you get rid or manage your symptoms, but, they are not getting rid of the cause. Lifestyle changes would help you achieve this. Include plenty of raw fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. These contain essential nutrients which are important components of many hormones and many body functions. They are also full of fibre which helps in the body remove excess unwanted fat . Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time. Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in salt, sugar, oil and colouring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance and are difficult to digest. They are also empty calories, provide no nutrition for the body. Avoid all animal foods including dairy .They are all difficult to digest by the body. Excess protein and fat cause the arteries to reduce their diameter and thereby forcing more pressure on the arterial walls. Soak in sunshine. Certain good hormones are released which help to relax the body. Include physical activity. Our bodies are designed to work best when we are physically active. Avoid alcohol and smoking. They all increase pressure on the walls of the arteries. Manage stress either by meditation or engage in any hobby, deep breathing etc. You could read a blog on blood pressure for better understanding https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/202/blood-pressure-from-nature-s-perspective You could also read through health journeys of many individuals who have reversed their condition following natures laws. https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/107/natural-foods-helped-me-heal-from-diabetes-high-blood-pressure-and-cholesterol https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/105/i-healed-naturally-from-high-bp-cholesterol-post-heart-attack-at-a-young-age Wishing you Good Health Always! Any updated information for type 1 diabetic patient?
Smitha Hemadri
09:16 AM | 08-11-2019
Diabetes type 1 is a condition where the body has failed to process the sugars to energy. The beta cells of the pancreas have failed to produce the insulin harmone. Simple sugars like fructose from fruits vs glucose from other grains etc reach through different methods to the cells. Fructose reaches via cell diffusion where as glucose needs insulin to transport it. Thefoods that get converted to glucose needs insulin majorly. The role of pancreas is huge in this. Why does pancreas fail or weaken in cases like Type1. It could be a genetically inherited weakness of the gland which further was weakned by lifestyle. Pancreas also are made up the same kind of cells that are there across your body. Just that the roles are different. A cricket team needs everyone to perform for the match to win. However, all players know how to play cricket basics but are specialized to play a certain role. Similarly, pancreas or cells making the pancreas play two major roles. One is to aklalize the food mass or chyme thats acidic leaving to tjhe small intestines along with bile and second role is to secrete insulin to transport glucose to the cells. So in case when insulin production has failed, there is a good chance that the efficiency of digestion also has failed. Typically type1s do well on raw food diets majorly because the food is alkaline to start with and the level of pancreatic buffers needed is less and secondly the insulin needed is also less for the natural enzymes in the food gets assimilated without a fuss. The challenge comes when we have grains and animal foods into the mix. THis is when the need for insulin is more because most of them are proteins and with a lot of effort from the bile, these become glucose inefficiently and unless you have insulin, they can prove fatal. So why did pancreas come to this state in the first place ? The constant overload of acidic foods exposed to an already weakened body makes the pancreas also weak, further weakening its functions too. Any part of the body can rectify itself under ideal conditoons. Feed the body the foods that are purely alkaline and stop input of further toxins, hydrate the body enough with juices and natutal liquids to flush the collected toxins out. Lead a lifestyle that does not add more toxins with the living conditions. The pancreas then over time will also return to a state with which you were born even if its slightly weak, it can do its job provided you dont abuse the body and tax the pancreas and adrenals/liver. 1) Feed the body raw fruits more, vegetables, plenty of greens 2) Drink 2-3 lts of fluids from vegetables and greens including water 3) Sleep for 8 hrs and get up well rested 4) Get exposure to sun every morning 5) Practice pranayama and Yoga 6) Work out to build muscles and move those lymphatics enough to detox the system and also rest well 7)Emotional thinking can drain ur energy even more and make healing harder. So ensure that you learn ways to stay happy always with life. Listen to BK Shivani, Louis Hay and such people. Foods to be exclusively included - Fruits, vegetables, vegetable juices and green juices. Dont keep overloading uourself with snacking even if its raw. Eat only when hungry. Avoid these absolutely 1) Animal foods like dairy, meat eggs fish 2) Grains and cooked in your condition will be a problem 3) Sugary treats, bakery foods, fried foods, packaged foods Thanks and be blessed Smitha hemadri(Educator of natural healing practices)

ANY REMEDIES FOR FATTY LIVER?
Mohan M
04:10 PM | 04-11-2019
Hello, Fatty Liver Disease: In simple terms, fatty liver disease means an accumulation of fat in the cells of the liver. The liver is the largest organ in the human body. It performs the essential function of digesting food, storing energy, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels, filtering toxins from the body, and fighting disease and infection It’s normal to have fat in the liver, but when there is more than 5 to 10 percent fat, it can be considered as fatty liver disease. Remedy: Add 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Optionally, add a little raw honey. Drink it 2 times daily, before your meals. Follow this remedy for a few months. 2. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon in a glass of water. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day for several weeks, especially first thing in the morning. Alternatively, add 2 to 3 chopped lemons to a jar of water. Cover and let it sit for a few hours. Drink this water at regular intervals throughout the day. 3. Drink 3 to 4 cups of organic green tea, hot or cold, every day to assist with fatty liver disease and protect the liver. 4. Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 to 2 glasses of water and boil it. Drink it twice daily for a couple of weeks. 5. Grind 5 to 6 dried papaya seeds and mix the powder with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Take this 2 times a day for 1 month. Eat a few slices of ripe papaya (optionally add honey) once daily. Include raw papaya soup and salad in your diet. 6. Alternatively, mix 1 teaspoon of amla powder in a glass of warm water and drink it twice daily or add to smoothies, drinks, or foods. Do's and Don'ts Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as flaxseed, chia seeds, walnuts and tofu. Eat detoxifying and liver-repairing superfoods such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower, lemons, beets, Swiss chard, artichoke, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. Chose organic whenever possible. While cooking, lightly steam your vegetables to retain their nutritional value. Eat more fiber including fibre-rich fruits like apple, guava, raspberries, and so on. However, do not eat fruits in excess as most fruits are high in sugar. Insoluble fiber such as oats and quinoa can also rid toxins and improve liver function. Avoid spicy and fried foods and fatty meats. Takecare
Hi, I have bad breath problem. What to do?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...
04:12 PM | 01-11-2019
Halitosis is a condition where a foul odor emanating from the oral cavity. This condition is also called bad breath. Though it’s not a medical emergency, of course, this could be a social problem in some cases and some 25 to 30 percent of the world’s population suffer from this distressing problem. Some causes of this problem could be caused due to conditions like dental cavities, gum diseases, poor oral hygiene, coated tongue It is said that hundreds of bacteria live in our oral cavity and sometimes present of oral disease could be a cause as well. Other causes may include malnutrition, uncontrolled diabetes, and dry mouth. Infections such as sore throat or sinusitis or intestinal disorders, such as heartburn, ulcers, and lactose intolerance, could also cause bad breath. Some simple ways to manage it ..... If you wear artificial dentures, please make a habit to remove them at night and clean up those in the morning before you wear them again. Follow them after every meal as well. Make a habit to drink plenty of water and gargle your well well from bed or after every meal. Make a habit to brush after every meal and floss, preferably twice daily. Make a habit to replace your toothbrushes every two to three months. Chewing a handful of cloves, fennel seeds, or aniseeds could be helpful. Their antiseptic qualities help fight halitosis-causing bacteria. Chewing a piece of lemon or orange rind for a mouth- freshening burst of flavor. Chewing a few leaves of parsley, basil, mint, or cilantro might help too. It is believed that the chlorophyll in these green plants has the property to neutralize the odours.
I am very much worried about my health. I always google symptoms of various diseases, obsessed about my health. I get muscle twitching, chest pain, severe headache, sharp pains in the muscles. I have done each n every test but all the tests came negative. I did my ecg, vitamin d, calcium test,h pylori test, rheumatoid arthritis test, electrolytes test, blood test, typhoid test almost every test but don't understand what's wrong with me. I am also suffering from acidity. Can you help please?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
04:32 PM | 31-10-2019
All your symptoms and tests point towards one thing which is the start of a healthy diet and regime. Google will give you a generalised answer for everything rather than relying on that you should pay more attention to yourself with a new positive approach. Start your day with some nuts which will give you energy for a good morning walk and stretches. Walk on green grass and feel the fresh air as this will help in relaxing your nerves. The fresh air will be helpful for breathing and relieve from chest pain. The chest pain can also be due to acidity and this you can deal with including fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. Consume tomato and black pepper an hour before your meal to curb down the acidity. Meditating 10 minutes before bed daily helps in dealing with mental issues like anxiety, you can start with affirmation, " I am healthy and full of energy." This will help in improving your body at subconscious level. Thank you
