Namaste Rohit It is actually very good that you sweat a lot after your exercises. This shows that the skin is still functioning normally. When your skin sweats oils are also secreted which keep your healthy smooth and healthy-looking. The best thing you can do for your skin is to wash your face after your exercise and cooling down is done. And to improve the skin tone Keep yourself well hydrated by consuming a lot of freshly grown, local and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Keep your bowels clean. If you are healthy from the inside, it will reflect on the outside. Be Happy Be healthy Always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Hi I am Ekta. I am 23 years old. I had viral meningitis last year. After that my health is not totally recovered. I have headache, lower back pain, also sinus is detected. Could someone give tips to improve my immunity power as well as tips for good health
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
08:20 PM | 23-07-2019
Namaste Ekta, Your body is already well equpped to heal itself. You just need to make the needed inclusions and exclusions that will support your body in getting back to its normal self. What we think as immunity power is actually our vitality or life force that, when let to function unhindered will take care of cleansing, healing etc. Your body is not able to function normally at the moment because it is being drained of its vitality by the accumulated toxins, chemical or metal deposits from unhealthy living and eating habits, eating too much of processed and packaged foods laden with additives and preservatives, intake of medicines, vaccinations etc. What are the lifestyle practices that you need to include in your daily routine to remove the toxins and chemical deposits from your body? 1 Connect with nature. Go out in the sun every morning and soak in the early morning rays. 2 Do some relaxed and deep breathing in the fresh air everyday. You may practice pranayam if you have learnt. If not just practice Diaphramatic breathing. 3 Go out and spend some time with mother earth. Walk barefopot. Sit on the mud or grass. Or if possible do some gardening. 4 Get well hydrated by consuming lot of fresh, locally grown and seasonal fruits and vegetables. 5 Rest well. Get atleast 8 hours of deep sleep. And please go to bed in the early part of the night. And wake up with the sun. 6 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. eliminate more than you eat. 7 Do some physical excercise. Move your body. Walk, do Yoga, get into some regular outdoor sport. What could you eat? Start your day with a fresh juicy sweet fruit as late in the morning as possible. Have a fruit meal for lunch. And you may finish dinner before the sun sets with a fresh vegetable salad with lots of fresh vegetables, sprouts, soaked nuts and greens. What should you avoid? 1 No processed or packaged food. No sugar, salt or refined flours and refined oils. 2 Avoid eating when not hungry. Never over eat. Dont starve. Dont eat when not in a positive mood. 3 Over working, when not feeling like working. And during the whole process if you need a proper diagnosis to be done along with more ongoing support, do not hesitate to contact us. I am suffering from dandruff please suggest some way to manage the condition

Hello Deepthi Ji, Dandruff is a huge problem if not handled correctly, I had the same issue but cured it completely with the help of coconut oil as a carrier mixed with tea tree essential oil(few drops). I would advise you to use cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Aloe vera also does wonders in such conditions as aloe vera has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It will decrease inflammation and thereby itching too. Apply fresh aloe vera onto scalp and leave for sometime than wash it with some natural shampoo. Good luck :)

You have not treated or reduced your condition with antibiotics. You have only suppressed your pains or symptoms. Kindly respond to the lifestyle change we have adviced on another post. First please take care to heal naturally as you have a lot of healing crisis to experience which may not allow you to do cardio and we advice that you conserve that precious energy and vitality to heal and not use it to burn. I am diabetic and hypertensive. My Creatinine was 3. 4 and Urea 47. Is their remedy to bring it down
Mohan M
10:52 AM | 22-07-2019
Namaste, The normal range of creatinine in the blood is: 0.6 to 1.2 mg for males 0.5 to 1.1 mg for females First and formost is Cut back on your protein intake as excessive protein intake can raise creatinine levels of otherwise healthy individuals and further increase the levels of those already suffering from it. You can do this by avoiding dietary sources of creatine, such as red meat and dairy products. Up the intake of fiber by consuming more vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. Avoid your sodium intake by avoiding salty, packaged, and processed food, all of which lead to high blood pressure and fluid retention in the body. Getting enough sleep is essential for your kidneys to function properly, which in turn helps the body to rid itself of excess creatinine. When you feel Thirsty alone drink water Natural treat, Drink Chamomile Tea Daily once in a day. Replace your regular tea, coffee, or sodas with herbal tea Include more carrots, cucumbers, garlic, onion, and foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. take care.
My son of 3. 5 years has coughing problem since last 2 months. He coughs in sleep early morning around 4am for 30-40 minutes. Doctors are terming it as allergy. Is there any natural cure to this problem?
Priyanka Kaushik
07:19 PM | 20-07-2019
Your son will be all fine. You need to be careful about what he is eating. Coughing is a sign that the body is throwing out the accumulated toxins. Stop giving any diary products, packaged items like chips, biscuits, namkeen etc.etc. If possible less wheat you can add more brown or red rice. Give him lots n lots of fruits also the soaked raisins will help him in getting rid of cough, dates, kids love them. You can offer him a variety of smoothies and can see the recipe on wellcure only. And as a quick fix give him a mix of lemon-ginger juice add honey with a pinch of turmeric, this will help for sure. You can store it in the glass bowl. By changing his eating habits, you can help boost his immunity. Take care.

Hello Vaidehi, Try this, Soak coriander seed in water for a night and boil it and strain and drink it as first thing in the morning when you wake up. Kindly do not eat anything after that for an hour. This is a great remedy and it has helped many people to cure their thyroid issues. Continue this treatment for at least a month. Good luck :)
I am 41 yr old lady and I admit that I have very poor eating habits, but issue is of gastritis and bloating of stomach that bother me a lot. Any suggestion to improve please
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
08:20 AM | 24-07-2019
Namaste Vasudhaji, You have answered your own question. The gastritis and bloating is for sure due to poor eating habits. And habits can be improved. And yes its always possible to get help to improve yourself, be it physically, mentally or spiritually. Before we go into further details, let us understand why one gets into poor eating habits? Most often than not it is the result of our over active mind, disturbed emotions or negetive emotions, etc. The monkey mind keeps playing up and we out of habit keep eating unmindfully. So to control our monkey mind and keep it at peace we need to learn some new habits. The stomach or the digestive system is the one which nourishes our brains by supplying it nutrients through the blood. So to nourish our brains properly it is very improtant that out digestive system works perfectly and that there should be no old matter stagnant or accumulated in the gut and colon. The cleaner your gut, better the quality of your blood and better will be the brains health. A healthy brain would have clarity of thought and not let you indulge in unmindful eating. What are the foods that could help you with cleansing, healing and nourishing at the same time? Locally grown , fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetable are the best cleansers, healers and nourishers. The ideal proportions could be 50%of fruits,35% of vegetables, !0%of grains and 5 % percent of soaked nuts. Eliminate all white sugar, white salt, refined flours, oils etc. And for further nourishment of your brain get into nature. The sun, air, mud, water and space work wonders on your system as they are the original sources of energy that nourishes you over all. Sleep and rest well. Do some physical excercise everyday like yoga, walking or gardening. It can help you move your toxins and support the process of nourishment of your whole system. All said and done its always best to get a proper diagnisis done and get a personalised support plan made. You can always reach out if you need further help. I have issue for my weight.. And my arms and legs are too much thin.. I tried many ways like eating banaanas with milk.. And other... And also my digestion system is not good.. What diet or what things I should do?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
07:29 AM | 24-07-2019
Namaste Shubh, The issue with your weight is your improper digestion. And improper digestion is there because your system is blocked with toxins. The blockages dont let your body to absorb the nutrients from the food. I remember how my dad assisted a young man with similar issue. Just after 100 days at my dads sanatorium with a complete lifestyle change and food habit change, he was able to overcome his extreme thinness and turned into a handsome young man. Let me share the diet and lifestyle changes that he underwent at our sanatorium. 1 Wake up early morning and after the morning ablutions go for a long walk in nature. 2 Pactice yoga and pranayam daily. 3 Get into nature, for sun soaking, breathing in fresh air and getting in touch with mother earth. 4 Encourage more and more intestinal cleansing and elimination. 5 Rest and sleep well. Then comes the food part. Start with a day of water fast, followed by a week on coconut water and juices. Break the fast with fresh, locally grown seasonal ripe fruit. Continue on fruits for two days. Then Add on vegetable salad with lots of greens in it as your dinner. Slowly after a month you may add on sprouts and soaked nuts to your salads. All along the way keep an eye on your cleansing. You must eliminate a lot of old matter everyday. Your body weight will touch its lowest. Lesser than where you are at now. But dont worry. Only once all the old matter has gone can your body start digesting and assimilating nutrients better. Get on with your cleansing and healing journey and find great health soon. If you need any further assistance with proper personal diagnosis and continuous guidance for regaining good health , please do not hesitate to contact me. My friend is in depression. He always seems to be very sad. He most of time lost his temper while talking and become angry easily. And also don't confident on what he was doing. Can any one suggest what shall I do for him

12:15 PM | 23-07-2019
Namaste, Depression is psychological condition in which the patient panics, suffers from social anxiety, feel excessively self-conscious and is worried about unrealistic problems. can last for six months or more and can affect normal activities, job performance and relationships. Patients with anxiety disorders worry excessively about their health, money & career among other things. This can leads to fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration. It is better that your friend can engage himself in any work gives him satisfaction, improve on his skill and participate in any social activities. Mingle with good friends, have some councelling. Breathe fresh air. Have a brisk walk. Do yoga and meditation. Practice some mudra from the expert. Read some books, can travel some nice place. Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Thanks.
