Hi, You need change your eating habits and the way you spend your day. Try to receive the magic that nature has to be healthy. Get up early in the morning and go outside to have sunrays. Avoid spicy food,deep fried foods,oily foods. Don't have your dinner too late at night,take it early and do some walking after your meal. Exercise for sometime during the day. Drink water in good quantity. Have fresh fruits,vegetables and salad. Have sprouts,nuts,oats.
My body is always warm though thermometer doesnt show it. When I touch somebody he will always say - hey you are having fever.

नमस्ते प्रिया जी मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें सोने से पहले।सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ, खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो बहुत लाभ होगा। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।

Hell Ji, Attention should be paid to gastric fire in anaemia to avoid indigestion. Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, eggs are also not allowed. Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are perticularly recommended. Food articles cooked in iron pots are good in iron deficiency anaemia. Problems like bleeding piles and excessive menstruation should be attended immediately as they often lead to anaemia. Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day. Eat healthy fruits and vegetable juice like beet root, carrot and amla, Include more green leafy vegetable in your diet.

Hello Ji, If you follow natural diet and lifestyle am sure you can overcome from diabetic. Living a healthy and happy life with diabetes is possible. For that you need to Understand the root cause of your diabetes, manage and treat it by taking proactive steps to lower your risk of further health problems. Include whole grains in the diet, such as wheat and brown rice. Use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum. Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. The state of your mind is nothing but a reflection of your inner state of health. Have lots of locally grown seasonal fruits every day. It could be at least 50% of your daily food intake. Have 35% of your daily food intake in form of fresh vegetables. Rest 10% can be grains and 5% soaked nuts. this way you will be able to hydrate your body well internally and your body will be able to statrt cleansing your bowels of old matter in them. slowly with time the cleansing will start happenning at a deeper level. The cleaner your system will be the brain will be able to function better. 2 Practice deep breathing. Go out in nature every morning. sit calmly and only practice slow deep and relaxed breathing. Evertime you breath out after a deep breath you release toxins and nourish your blood with pure oxygen 3 Get enough sun exposure every day. Spend time in the garden.plant seeds, tend to the existing plants and work in the soil. 4 Do some self analysis. What is it that makes you feel anxious, stressed out or depressed? Hi, Start with walking regularly atleast 5k steps and gradually come to jogging. Perform Surya namaskar daily atleast 21 times, and Kapalbhati. It will help you get rid of excess fat. Drink honey lemon water as first thing in morning. And for diet, eat how much ever you want, it should be healthy. And once a time, cheat day is fine. Don't worry, just workout more than you eat.
