नमस्ते त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

Hi there , Consume high amount of foods based on whole,unprocessed foods. Eat lot of green vegetables and fruits Removing refined sugars and taking milk and dairy products out of your diet will lower your intake of tran-fats. This will also mean cutting out fried foods, margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils and hydrogenated oil products. Cut out junk foods and carbonated drinks. Herbs such as garlic, amaranth, aloe, lemon, coriander, basil, cucumber, grape, chickpea and beet might be a part of the herbal supplement Apply a hot washcloth to the affected area for 45 seconds then apply a cold washcloth for 15 seconds. Do this three times in succession always ending with the cold. Repeat several times during the day. Apply a poultice to the affected area. Stay stress free .

Hello there, Mouth ulcers are very problematic but it can be cured through good diet and topical application. An easy way to treat is coconut oil (Virgin, cold-pressed), Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is analgesic(reduces pain). Thus reduce pain and swelling. Just dab a few drops of oil on the ulcer and leave. Apply it 3-4 times in a day. Good luck :)

Hell Ji, Attention should be paid to gastric fire in anaemia to avoid indigestion. Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, eggs are also not allowed. Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are perticularly recommended. Food articles cooked in iron pots are good in iron deficiency anaemia. Problems like bleeding piles and excessive menstruation should be attended immediately as they often lead to anaemia. Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day. Eat healthy fruits and vegetable juice like beet root, carrot and amla, Include more green leafy vegetable in your diet.

Hello Ji, If you follow natural diet and lifestyle am sure you can overcome from diabetic. Living a healthy and happy life with diabetes is possible. For that you need to Understand the root cause of your diabetes, manage and treat it by taking proactive steps to lower your risk of further health problems. Include whole grains in the diet, such as wheat and brown rice. Use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum. Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. Avoid sleeping in the daytime. Take 2 teaspoons of bitter gourd (karela) juice once a day. One can also increase its use as a cooked vegetable. Take 1 teaspoon of Indian gooseberry (amla) juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of bitter gourd juice twice a day. Dry the leaves of mango tree and grind to a powder. Mix 1 teaspoon dry powder in a glass of water and drink it daily to reduce high blood sugar levels. All this are nature gifted to us to keep our health fit and fine.

Stress and anxiety is a common condition but you should be knowing the fact that it should not exceed it's limit. Keep an eye on your diet as people sometimes do alterations in that due to stress and anxiety. Drink good amount of water. You can get involved in practicing yoga or other exercises and even mediation proves to be amazing to eradicate this issue as it calms the body and mind and harmonizes it.
