Namaste From my experience from childhood even during the days when my father was practising, I have noticed that there are two major challenges that people face to change over to a nature based lifestyle. 1 Food is the biggest challenge. With so much variety and spices in Indian food, it becomes very tough to over come the attachment to cooked three or more meals a day. Raw seems to be a big challenge. It is one of the worst addictions and the toughest one at that to over come, as we have been brought up since our birth that way and for generations and generations. There is so much emotional attachment that I think it is the top most challenge. 2 Second most important factor is time. People are so much used to getting instant symptomatic relief by other pathies that they find it difficult to spend time for getting a proper cleansing and healing to happen. Constant untiring efforts towards educating is the only solution. It will take time but people will eventually learn. And yes Marketting May also go a long way in changing people’s mind set. Basically what ro purifier does is making your body adapted and used to it so if accidentally or in some circumstances where ro water is not available you drink normal water ,your body doesn't responds nicely to that.you might suffer upset stomach.you would require mineral water every time you are outdoors. You can opt for normal aqua guard purifier,as it won't make your body less immune. Our body has it's methods to deal with usual issues. So I would highly suggest not to go for ro water if there are young children in your home. Let their immune system build stronger by adapting to nature and creating antibodies . Loosemotions are a good sign of the body. Why try to stop it ? Don’t try to find immediate relief or supressors. Give rest to the stomach and continue to feed liquids from vegetables / tender coconut and fruits without any additives. Body will get the rest from digestion and heal. If this is for an adult, he can fast and sip on tender coconut / lime water only and wait for the phase to pass. Body does not like to stay innthat conditon forever too. It has to restore itself back to normal. Don’t look for remedies as it won’t help the person in the long run. In Ayurveda / homeo / all I there are plenty of suppressors in the form of meds and herbs that can stop this loosemotions but why your body gave the motions in the first place ? Let it handle it. It’s the best judge. Wise people always say know your facts before taking action. Can you say you know all facts and details that are ongoing inside the body to take a decision to stop it ? It’s a black box to us. The best you can do is to understand its inputs and nature of outputs only. What happens in the processing part is best left to the body. Imo don’t stop it, give a break to your stomach instead.

Doc, it’s a valid question. A person who is constipated initially on a healthy regime would not be able to eliminate the old putrid waste because they would have formed multiple layers and dried up. So when the diet starts, the walls generate mucus and starts releasing them. However, they are still hard enough to be eliminated naturally. Hence whether it’s an Ayurvedic spa / naturopathy, enema has to start 2-3 days after putting them on a healthy regime. It also gives another opportunity from below to soften them and continue to get that dehydrated waste out. Without enema for a month, such experiences are natural imo. In nature cure also enema is recommended but not for the reason of clearing the constipation, but to help the body release the old junk out. So in a nutshell, start enema and continue daily for a month. It’s better the person stays on liquids for 3 days to start with. Also apply a cold pack on the abdomen, sunbath, sitz bath till the navel.. all these will help in some blood circulation too. Be blessed

Before you got to this stage of the problem with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, you might have had various other simple issues like cold cough sore throat rashes somehwre in the body etc. these were body’s signs to tell you that you are vulnerable to viral attacks for the toxins you have created or piled up in the body. It takes few months to yrs to get to this stage and it takes 3-6 months on a healthy regime and 2 yrs for complete recovery even if you can’t see the symptoms yet. Please stay on a high fruit meal for majority of your day, vegetables and vegetable juices and greens and avoid all the following diary meat eggs sugar jaggery soy corn fermented foods, chocolate, packaged foods from outside, gluten, refined oils and foods with refined oils, any form of oils or grease Remove the following for 1 month Grains rice wheat millets corn etc , salt from your diet Make the following your breakfast lunch and dinner or snacks and stay on raw for atleast one month Start with green juices 250-300ml ( greens, ginger lime and some vegetable filtered and juiced) fruits for breakfast vegetable juice greens And vegetables without salt fruits for dinner try to expose your body to the morning sun for 1 hr daily. after one month, add steamed vegetables to ur diet and a pinch of pink salt if needed. As you said, your cycle has been disturbed for the past few months. It will take a few days for you to come back to routine, so be patient. You could try these steps to wind down - Listen to soothing music - Meditate or do deep breathing before sleeping - Write down the thoughts in your head so they are not running around in your head - Do not eat anything heavy 2 or 3 hours before bed time - No TV or mobile before bed time , preferably an hour before too - Keep your feet in warm water for 15 minutes or so - Make sure you get an hour of sunlight exposure everyday to reset your circadian cycle - Make sure to darken your room with dark curtains and sleep with the windows open

It’s a myth. When we have boils or burning sensation in the eyes / stomach etc we say body has heated up and top ourselves with buttermilk or some juices etc, but these are body’s ways of eliminating toxins accumulated in the skin and ways of body saying that the stomach needs a break from oily foods/ foods with diary / sugar etc. if body is fed natural food more, it stays in balance and itknows how to stay in balance. We don’t have to manage with what’s believed to be hot and cold foods. The more raw foods ( fruits vegetables and greens ) are taken in and more wrong foods are avoided ( diary milk curd ghee butter cheese paneer ) sugar packaged foods, people stay healthy in winter or summer equally. What I have understood is that the root cause of any ailment/aches/pains in the body is a toxic built up inside the body, due to wrong eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, stress etc. And as your body is in state of detox so aches and pains are bound to appear. I would suggest you to increase the 3 'R's- raw, rest and recreation. Please also make sure you are getting enough sunlight exposure 1 hour everyday. I would also suggest intermittent fasting - i.e gap between dinner and next day breakfast should be minimum of 14 hours. Apply ginger juice mix with coconut oil and wrap with bandage (garam patti) on all joints that pain. I had fbromyalgia too. So some time back I replaced my regular salt to sea salt. But every time I refill my salt in the container I come across this line in bold and caps on the box “THIS SALT DOES NOT CONTAIN IODINE A NECESSARY NUTRIENT! ” So should I not be using it?

Of course yes....for babies & adults alike. Having an all fruits breakfast is a very healthy practice as it supports the body's elimination cycle of the circadian rythm. You can have all fruits meals for lunch & dinner too. For babies - six months is only mother's milk. And once they start solids, fruits can be a full meal. For my son, I used to give pureed apple or pear or banana.....whatever was in-season that time. His non-milk meals were either fruits or non-dairy porridges, to begin with. Typically I ensured he gets 2 fruit servings in a day, others could be non-fruit meals.

Hello Vanilla extract and vanilla essnce are both different. The extract is directly extracted from natural beans. The extract is more expensive. The vanilla essence is a synthetic compound. It’s always advisable to read the labels before buying to determine which one is natural and which one is synthetic. The synthetic one is usually very cheap.

Cough and cold are body’s way of eliminating toxins and correcting our acidic-alkaline balance. During this time our actions must reflect what the body wants. The key element to focus on is rest rest and ample rest. This includes physical, mental and digestive rest. Make sure you steam regularly, to get some immediate relief. Add some aroma oils such as eucalyptus or lavender. Also focus on increasing your rest. Relook at your food, and swap processed foods with raw fruits, raw veggies salads and homemade juices. This will really help conserve energy and help your body focus on repair.
