The best way to consume moringa (drumstick flower) is in the oil form according to my tried method. The oil is really helpful for the skin. There is a high chance if you suffering from a lymph nodal issue if you are talking about swelling underarm. Our breast tissue and axillary lymph nodes (under arms) are connected with each other. The muscle pain is due to swelled up lymph nodes. The lymph nodal pain happens due to the accumulation of toxicity in the area, the drainage does not happen in sync and that causes swelling to happen. Swelling is filled up with toxic fluid. Now there are few ways with which you can deal with the swelling: Hot compression best way, as this helps in dilating the blood vessels in the area and drainage becomes easier. Apply turmeric and rose water paste as this helps in dealing with inflammation. Applying aloe vera gel also helps in dealing with pain. It depends on the degree of the dermis which is involved. The things which we have to take care of how much is our skin involved. A first-degree burn is mild the uppermost layer is affected and can be healed easily with two weeks. The second-degree burn includes pain redness and also blister formation. It becomes very painful. The third-degree burn leads to nerve damage and internal organ damage is common. After the pain is subsided the scar is only remaining which can be dealt with easily. 1. Aloe vera gel: Aloe vera gel helps in removing the pigmentation and scar can be easily lightened. 2. Lemon acts as anti-bleach which helps in taking the scar away. 3. Reduce the exposure towards the sun, to protect the area from getting affected. 4. If there is any sort of blister formation make sure you do not pop it as it can lead the scar to remain for it. Inflammation can happen in any part of the body. Weather changes are just a trigger. Winter causes alkalinity in the body inducing elimination. It’s a pressure that is created from inside. When body is accumulating toxins, pains can occur anywhere. It’s the body trying to correct the issue but unable to correct due to the constant eating and other activities that the body is busy with. If you relieve it from it’s major duties, it will fix your pain in few days too. I suggest that you try this Drink only fruit juices upto 3-4 lts a day and just rest. Drink, pass urine / potty and rest. Don’t do anything else. Don’t eat anything for 3 days. Keep an alternating warm and cold wet towel on the pain area if its severe for few hrs if you have someone to help you. Add fruits to the diet along with juices for 4,5,6,7th day This must ease some discomfort in the chest area. But the problem will not be eliminated yet. Follow this lifestyle and the problem won’t return again and will gradually be eliminated fully Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Continue juicing all morning Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Something’s come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, skipping, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective, Have fruits till noon Salads innthe afternoon for lunch Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Your own body is the best doctor to heal you. You don’t need other human beings who believe they know your body better than you. Yes this can heal too with lifestyle changes Healthy Vegan whole food plant based lifestyle No dairy from animals - milk curd ghee butter cheese paneer malai etc , no meat eggs fish sea food No white sugar or jaggery or other fancy sugars and jaggeries No maida , wheat and other packed ready to eat foods One glass of cucumber juice eith mint in the morning upon waking 500ml. Plenty of fruits till 12 Veg salads for lunch. Fruit or veg Salads for snacking with greens like lettuce Palak mint coriander etc Cooked oilfree dinner unpolished and oil free On weekends, please replace lunch with a salad or raw lunch and fruits for snacking lot of tender coconut, dilute lime water , ash gourd juices sit or stand in a early morning sun or late evening sun for 20 mins with minimum clothes Stay emotionally happy and away from stress This will slowly show effect in few months and within 2-4 yrs all the patches will come back to normal. नमस्ते , आज के परिवेश में सिर दर्द की समस्या हर किसी को कभी न कभी अवश्य होती है लेकिन जब यह लंबे समय तक हो जाएगा , तो यह माइग्रेन का कारण बन सकती है इसमें असहनीय दर्द होता है, जो 2 घंटे से लेकर कई दिनों तक रह सकता है यह एक न्यूरोलॉजिकल समस्या है, migraine में रक्त संचार मस्तिष्क की ओर अधिक बढ़ जाता है, जो सिर दर्द का कारण है ,यह कभी ना दाएं या कभी बायें किसी भी तरफ हो सकता है, यह गर्मी ,नींद की कमी, तनाव की वजह से हो सकता है। नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं,कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत होती है। रोज प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू एवं शहद मिलाकर सेवन करें इससे आंतों में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं । प्रतिदिन भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का सेवन करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषण प्राप्त होता है और इनका पाचन भी आसानी से होता है। मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को प्यास लगने पर बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें, शरीर में आवश्यक मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती रहती है प्रतिदिन 10 -12 बादाम चबा चबा कर सेवन करें। प्रतिदिन एक चम्मच तुलसी के रस में एक चम्मच शहद मिलाकर भोजन के पहले या भोजन के बाद सेवन करें राहत देता हैं। निषेध- रात्रि जागरण सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल टेलीविजन कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।
