Hey! A month ago I met with a road accident, and got injured pretty badly, my face got scars of that accident and got hurt on my chin as well, but even after one month my chin has become too hard like a stone but it doesn't pain much. And I think it has shifted a little from its place " jst a little" but it isn't paining though. I USE flamer ( pain reliever tube ). What else do you guys suggest I should be doing? I would love to hear some really good advice, thanks!

Namaste Ansha Sorry to hear about your accident. The scars and hardening will take some time to heal. 1 The best way to go about it is do not apply anything chemical bass to it, to begin with. 2 Apply a wet pack on the hardened spot every day for atleast 30 mts. 3 If you can get Multani mitti, please soak it overnight and apply that on your scars and hardened part. After it dries completely, wash it and apply a bit of cold pressed coconut oil on the face. The mud works wonders. 4 Keep splashing cold water on your face two or three tones a day and just pat it dry. 5 Get some sun exposure on your face on a daily basis. You may sit in the early morning sun with your eyes closed and face turned towards the sun. (You may as well get a full body exposure too for overall health) stay there as long as you feel comfortable. 6 Stay on a complete fruit and vegetables based diet atleast for a week. No cooked food or any processed, packaged food, no dairy, no meat etc. only fruits mostly and lesser of vegetables. This will help your body clear away scar cells or damaged cells faster. One week is just a tentative suggestion. See how you are progressing and go ahead accordingly. 7 Do some deep breathing and pranayam to relax your face muscles. You can do exercises to open up the tubes. This includes swallowing, yawning, or chewing gum. You can help relieve the “full ear” feeling by taking a deep breath, pinching your nostrils closed, and “blowing” with your mouth shut. I am sure it won't happen bcoz of Pranayam it may be due to infections

Clean the gut. Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Have juicy vegetables for most of ur day. Quit all kinds of animal products like diary eggs meat fish.. ur gut will heal in 2-3 months and get better n better as days progress

I am facing problem of constipation since 10-12 years, over the period of time I tried various healing methods from Ayurveda, acupuncture, homeopathy, but none could cure me. Namaste Alpa After all these trials and errors, you may have realised that what you had been taking as relieving medication or Botox or whatever was never a solution to your problem. To get a real answer, one has to look at the reason behind the issues. You were trying to resolve the symptoms and were not looking at the source of the problem. The source of all health issues are enervation or exhaustion resulting in toxaemia, that is overloading of toxins in the body. How can one get the body to function normally and start removing toxins and Old matter naturally? Let’s start with foods to be avoided 1 Remove packaged and processed foods completely 2 Remove refined flour and refined oil 3 Stop consuming overcooked or deeply fried food completely 4 Stop consumption of all stimulants like tea coffee or alcohols Foods to be consumed 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - should be 50% of daily food intake 2 Fresh vegetables and greens - 35% of your daily intake of food 3 Grains soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10% of daily intake 4 Soaked nuts and seeds - 5 % of daily intake of food. Hy...she can do ujjai Pranayam twice daily...and kapalbhati...and tell her to put neutral or cold throat pack daily for 20 min in the evening preferably...dip cotton cloth into cold or neutral water squeeze extra water and wrap around neck..it should not be too tight or too lose... Namaste With a long time wrongful living and food habits end up flooding our body with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. That’s why one gets PCOS as the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that PCOS are something that you don’t need in your body you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them. Firstly stop the influx of all that is not needed or that which is more taxing on your body. The list of foods to be kept off is given in the diet section. What is it that you need to include in your life style to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement.
