It is time to make our body energetic and go light. With the following tips, you will not only get the desired weight but also a healthy body and glowing skin. Your body needs a lighter type of food to regain its natural process and that is how we can help you. By following a natural way we can definitely treat the cause. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 litres of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 litres so at least that much of water is needed in the body. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed out to shed the extra kilos. Start the day with glasses of warm water, at least two. Have spinach and tomato juice in your breakfast with a bowl of sprouts with one teaspoon of turmeric and rock salt. It will accelerate the body's digestion. Assuming you are a lady, as i have not heard of incontience in men so much. Bladder incontinence typically happen in mothers who have given birth naturally but these days instead of letting the body send the baby out, they do a procedure called episiotomy to cut the vagina wall and get the baby out. This causes leaks when they cough or when pressure is high. This is a nuisance and such issues makes natural birth also look bad. As the urethral sphincters become weak with age and bad lifestyle also this happens. If you are frequently suffering from infections, the inflammations and medications that are used to suppress them also make the leaks common because the brain and urethral sphincters aredealing with miscommunications due to viral activity. Whatever may be the names, the causes are the same - toxaemia and which set of organs get impacted is unique for a person. UTI and other infections starts in the Gut and is an inflammation of the urinary tract / toxemia across the body and pelvic regions when there is a lot of acidity. When does such things happen ? When our body is toxic with diary, meat and processed goods for a long period. If your issue is recurring from a long time, expect a longer healing time. You might feel like you healed, but you will have the infection. Stay on raw for a month after pains reduce. Even when your issues are leaving the body, you will have symptoms. Just continue to be only on liquids. Ensure that until the issue heals, Consume 3-4 lts of fruit or veg juice , tender coconut, vegetable juices, cranberry juice ( you get organic frozen cranberries that don’t have sugar ) daily . Any pathogen has to be naturally flushed in a liquid environment and do not attempt to water fast or dry fast. You must not be dehydrated in such cases.
