Surgery might be able to remove the stones physically, but her terrain is such that she will develop it again. Repeated surgeries may not help. Instead, understanding why she has such a condition will help and address the root cause. Diabetes by definition means that she has excess sugar in her blood. The sugar ideally is used up by the trillions of cells in her body. However, due to her lifestyle, her cells have already got loaded with enough toxins and fats and hence they have shut their doors for the glucose. Whatever she consumes will be converted to glucose predominantly. So she may not know the art of fasting yet and cannot live like Gandhiji by not eating anything because the body makes glucose. This blood with all the extra glucose is continuously filtered by the kidneys more than 300 times an hour. So the filters of her kidneys become like tea filter that does not get washed daily after filtering a milk tea. Over time they get clogged and start the process of kidney stones. Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume medicine stimulants like tea, coffee, tax their kidneys considerably. Getting ear pain after one or two days of persistence, it shifts to headache and I feel heaviness in chest. Calf muscles also start paining & breathing issue also happens. Once I press or massage calf muscles of my left leg, it passes the gas and after few of it get relief. But this happens regularly. Also I observe little shivering unnecessarily sometimes. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . कारण - आँत के स्वास्थ में कमी के कारण ऐसा होता है। हमारे शरीर में किसी भी विटामिन या मिनरल की कमी नहीं होती है अम्ल कि अधिकता से निम्न स्तर पर चली जाती है। अम्ल (acid) की अधिकता से होता है। समधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ियों का जूस लें। फल सलाद को मुख्य आहार बनाएँ। पके हुए खाने में फ़र्मेंटेड फ़ूड जैसे इडली, डोसा ऑल रहित सब्ज़ी के साथ लें। मेथी के कुछ दाने फ़र्मेंट करके पीस कर सब्ज़ी में मिलाएँ। चावल को भाँप में पका कर उसमें कुछ मेथी के दाने डाले और पानी डाल कर ढक दें और अगले दिन दोपहर को पका हुआ खाना के समय 2से 3 चम्मच इसको खाएँ। शारीरिक क्रिया खेल कूद या योग आसन में संलग्न हों। खीरा + नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट दर्द वाले हिस्से पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। सुर्य की रोशनी उसी जगह पर लगाएँ। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका(Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Depression is a kind of temporary behavioral action that needs to be treated and given an eye to otherwise it can harm a person in few other ways. Nutritional adequacy has been proved to be beneficial like inclusion of foods rich in zinc,folate and even safron is good. Other than this the environment should be made happening,get involved in activities that you like for eg:- listening to music .Practice yoga and meditate it soothes the nerves and relaxes the body. Pradeep, You have recovered enough to heal post-surgery in my opinion. However, due to bed rest and lack of enough activity, you have developed muscular atrophy and lack of free flow of blood/toxin deposits in your lymphatic system. I have muscular atrophy after my wrist fracture and surgery too and I don't have 100% angular movements in my wrist yet, but I have progressed a lot in the last 1 month. From a diet perspective, you have to first focus on increasing your hydration to 3-4 lts coming from pure juices, natural sources and water. Increase your raw intake all day and stay on cooked only for dinner. The cooked must be free of any animal products like dairy, meat eggs fish. Must be free of oils and gluten. You must stay away from processed and refined junk like refined sugar. From a fitness perspective, start focusing on functional exercises that slowly build your lean muscles in the leg. You can consult a functional fitness expert for this. Your ligament issue is past now. That would have build itself. The muscles are the ones that bother after the recovery. Hello sir/ Mam, It is really good to know that you are making a conscious effort to lose weight and choosing a healthy lifestyle for it. What is advisable to start with is get your BMI checked so that we can know approximately how much you have to reduce. With a healthy diet and regular exercise, nothing is impossible not even losing weight. so here is the step by step plan which you can follow to lose weight. Start your day with two-three glasses of warm water and take one tablespoon of methi seeds powder, this will help in losing weight. Taking sprouts and a glass of raw vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving energy for the whole day. Fruits should be part of your mid-meal two hours before your lunchtime. Hi. Tulsi leaves are believed to be anti-cancerous but so are many green leafy veggies. They have abundant quantities of chlorophyll which facilitate in nullifying the detrimental health effects of carcinogenic substances entering the body. So overall your focus should be to include a lot of green leafy veggies & herbs in your mother's diet. Even the humble coriander / dhaniya is anti-carcinogenic!! You must also include other seasonal veggies such as beetroots and sprouts such as green moong sprouts which are anti-cancerous too. Changing lifestyle to include more foods in raw or lightly steamed form plus a lot of positivity, good sleep, exercise, sun, connecting to self is needed to heal from cancer.
