I am having pigmentation after menopause since last 4 years. Taken all treatment but of no use. My colour is getting darker day by day and skin is getting dull. I am a working woman, feel inferiority. Can you suggest me the treatment which is 100% effective?

Namaste Rashmi Pigmentation of the skin is a reflection of two things 1 Hormonal disturbances 2 Toxins in your system The hormonal disturbance also is a result of toxins in the system. For a long term solution it is always to work from the inside out. Flushing out toxins will need your 100% dedication. Start with a healthy and hydrating diet. You could have fruits upto 50% of your daily diet. 35% of vegetables, 10 % grains and 5% nuts. Let most of this food be Raw, fresh, locally grown, seasonal and ripe. Remove all unhealthy food like foods. Like processed and packaged foods. Remove white sugar, white salt, refines flour and refined oils from your diet. Remove all animal products including dairy from your diet. Next check your bowel movements. See to it that your bowel movements are regular. Sweat well too by getting into some sport or practice yoga. Get out in the nature. Get enough sun, fresh air and grounding. What else can you do to support the process? 1 Stop using all chemical based soaps, shampoos, moisturisers, creams or cosmetics. 2 Use Shikakai powder for your hair and moong dal flour mixed with powdered orange peel or lemon juice to wash your skin. 3 Immediately after the shower before you dry the skin apply cold pressed coconut oil or sweet almond oil for moistutisation. 4 Pat your skin with a towel for the excess water. 5 keep yourself well hydrated by consuming lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables. It might feel a bit uncomfortable in the beginning to go off cosmetics, but in time you will strt seeing the difference and enjoting the freedom. The best cosmetic one can wear is a smile on the lips and self confidence in your heart. Enrich your self esteem by taking care of yourself. Keep adding more value to your self and do contribute to the worlds well being in some form or the other by doing aomething that you are very passionate about. What matters the most is inside you and not what you look like from the outside. Just keep yourself happy and soon you will start seeing the changes on the outside too. (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
Can we add turmeric powder while cooking?
Smitha Hemadri
08:30 PM | 20-02-2020
Turmeric is a herb. It is anti-inflammatory. Humans started to consume it when the approach became more medicinal in nature to fix eliminations like cold, cough, applying on wounds etc. Habit of using it in the cooking was to ensure that all the family members can consume it. However, when you start looking at natural ways of living, we focus on giving more power to the body to self-heal, not stop the eliminations with a suppressor, easing the digestion during that time and not stopping an inflammation forcibly. In this approach, the reason why our ancestors used turmeric does not really matter. Do you taste turmeric in your cooking? No isn't it? So, unless you know how turmeric plays a role in visually enhancing the dish or enhancing the taste of the dish, you don't have to consume it. If you have grown fresh turmeric, there is no harm in using some for your raw juices or using it in a herbal drink as a replacer for your coffee tea. To summarize the answer, No, it's not necessary to consume turmeric on a daily basis. Correcting the habits will improve your lifestyle and remove the need for suppressors. Be blessed Smitha Hemadri(Holistic lifestyle coach)
Can you pls give a nutritious diet for me?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...
01:29 PM | 05-02-2020
A healthy diet or an optimum diet is essential for good health and nutrition. The diet should satisfy all the required nutrients needed by the body to meet up the demands. It protects you against many chronic non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Eating a variety of foods especially a lot of vegetables and fruits and consuming less salt, white sugars and saturated and industrially-produced trans-fats, are essential for a healthy diet. Some of the benefits that one could achieve by a healthy diet are maintaining an optimum weight, prevent conditions like cancer, diabetes, heart ailments, degenerative bone disorders, bad mood swings, and a bad memory. Some of the popular schools of nutrition preach the following ideologies Choose good carbohydrates especially those sourced from whole grains (the unprocessed are the best), green vegetables, fruits, and beans. Try to avoid white bread, processed white rice, and sugared drinks, and other highly processed foods or junk foods. Make sure you meet the required protein requirements: good choices include nuts and soybeans. Try to avoid non-vegetarian foods Choose foods that contain healthy fats. Choosing plant oils, nuts, etc are the best choices. Try to limit the consumption of saturated fats, and try to avoid foods with trans fat. Choosing a fibre-rich diet which includes whole grains, vegetables, and fruits would be the best choice to meet up the fibre requirements Eat more of fresh green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits—the more colourful and more variety is better. Make a point to include adequate amounts of calcium in the diet; however, soya milk might be a better option to consider in substitution to milk products. Some of the rich sources of calcium are collards, bok choy, fortified soy milk, beans, etc Consume potable water over other beverages. Try to avoid sugary drinks, and limit intake of juices and avoid milk. Avoid coffee, tea, artificially-sweetened drinks, and alcohol Always better to avoid white salt. Alternatively black salt could be a better option Choose more fresh foods, instead of processed ones.

Hi, I am suffering from high BP for last one month, and I'm on medication. Can some one tell permanent solution or how to keep bp normal?
Anju Chhabra
07:42 PM | 27-11-2019
Hi, High Blood pressure is a body's way of communicating to relieve the body of toxins and maintain a balance . High Bp may be due to a variety of factors ranging from stress to poor eating habits. Stress, lack of sleep increase pressure in the arteries forcing the heart to pump blood at a higher pressure. All packed foods are rich in salt and this puts an additional stress on the body in trying to maintain an electrolyte balance so that it maintain a constant pressure. Medications might help you get rid or manage your symptoms, but, they are not getting rid of the cause. Lifestyle changes would help you achieve this. Include plenty of raw fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. These contain essential nutrients which are important components of many hormones and many body functions. They are also full of fibre which helps in the body remove excess unwanted fat . Make sure you sleep well. Your body recovers and repairs during this time. Avoid all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. All of them are high in salt, sugar, oil and colouring agents. These all create a hormonal imbalance and are difficult to digest. They are also empty calories, provide no nutrition for the body. Avoid all animal foods including dairy .They are all difficult to digest by the body. Excess protein and fat cause the arteries to reduce their diameter and thereby forcing more pressure on the arterial walls. Soak in sunshine. Certain good hormones are released which help to relax the body. Include physical activity. Our bodies are designed to work best when we are physically active. Avoid alcohol and smoking. They all increase pressure on the walls of the arteries. Manage stress either by meditation or engage in any hobby, deep breathing etc. You could read a blog on blood pressure for better understanding https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/202/blood-pressure-from-nature-s-perspective You could also read through health journeys of many individuals who have reversed their condition following natures laws. https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/107/natural-foods-helped-me-heal-from-diabetes-high-blood-pressure-and-cholesterol https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/105/i-healed-naturally-from-high-bp-cholesterol-post-heart-attack-at-a-young-age Wishing you Good Health Always! I have high acidity problem. I was taking treatment from many doctors but this problem not solved yet. What can I do now?
Anju Chhabra
08:11 PM | 25-11-2019
Hi, Consuming medications might help you relieve your symptoms for a short duration of time, but getting to know your root cause and eliminating the same is the only solution to solve your health issue from its root cause. Lets briefly look into the working of the alimentary canal and identify what might be causing you acidity. Acidity or heartburn is a common symptom of GERD. Acid reflux or GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux)is when an individual experiences heartburn in their chest or a sour or bitter taste at the back of their mouth. When we eat food it passes through a tube called oesophagus to the stomach. There is a valve (LES) or lower oesophagal sphincter after the end of the oesophagus and the beginning of the stomach. This has muscles which close the moment food enters the stomach so that the contents and the juices from the stomach do not come back to the oesophagus. But, sometimes when the LES is weak or relaxes inappropriately, the stomach's contents flow up to the oesophagus causing discomfort. Sometimes individuals experience a burning sensation in the stomach. This again is due to overload of old undigested waste which has been built up in the colon. The old material is incompletely evacuated from the intestines and this becomes a feeding ground for bacteria and pathogens. This, in turn, produces gas, bloating and acidity. Certain medications and even stress could also be the cause. Lifestyle and diet changes help in most cases. Foods and beverages that can irritate include chocolate, peppermint, fatty foods, pepper, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. Eating meals at least 2 to 3 hours before bedtime may lessen reflux by allowing the acid in the stomach to decrease and the stomach to empty partially. Cigarette smoking weakens the LES. It is important to chew your meals slowly. Avoid all animal foods, dairy, wheat, all packed and processed foods. They all are heavy to eliminate by the body. Eat only when hungry. Consume coconut water, vegetable juices. Try to give digestive rest. If hungry only then consume fruit. Follow this for at least a few days. Later consume only fruits for breakfast and lunch raw salad with evenings a light oil-free dinner. Make sure millets are consumed with plenty of vegetables. Rest and sleep are important for the body to recover. Exposure to sunshine helps to calm the mind. Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Regards.
How to get rid of acidity?
Smitha Hemadri
06:27 PM | 25-11-2019
Acidity buildup in the stomach and reflux is definitely curable. Due to an incorrect lifestyle, the accumulation of toxins would have become the breeding ground for a lot of bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens your gut and weakens the liver which becomes a storeroom for the pile of toxins. Anything that does not belong to the category of fruits, veggies, and greens goes to the list of toxins, bad smells, chemicals, and medicines anything. Overtime bile becomes less potent and this taxes the, stomach and strength of HCL in the stomach becomes less. As that becomes less, this can increase the acidity of the stomach due to other bad acids and bacteria that are thriving. So the acid reflux happens in some cases when this buildup causes weakness in the oesophageal valve. It’s not the HCL of the body that actually is protecting you, Its other things that are not supposed to be there comes out burning your oesophageal lining and GUT. -Do the following for 10 days:- 1) Quit dairy, eggs, meat, and fish. 2) Quit sugar, processed foods, and ready to eat foods. Refined oils and anything that is polished. You should also avoid all kinds of fried food and oil in your cooked food. 3) Drink 500ml of pure cucumber juice on empty stomach daily morning. 4) Next hunger 500 ml of ash gourd juice. 5) Tender coconut for the whole day. 6) Repeat these, steps 4 and 5 for 3 days and stay only on juices. If u feel like vomiting, it’s fine. Don’t worry. That’s expected, continue juicing. Continue to keep a wet cloth on your stomach. Repeat every 1 hr and continue to drink. Expose your bare torso to the morning sun for 1 hr. You will see things falling in place. -Follow a raw juicy fruits and juicy veg diet for a month after that with juicing. -After a month, do the same juices till 12 and then next hunger fruits that are juicy like watermelon. Continue with only such fruits and juices till dinner. Keep your stomach as less busy as possible without any solids but flooding with liquids as this helps your bad acids clear up. Add cooked for the night - gluten-free, oil-free, and spice free. Continue wet cloth daily for 30mins, sunbath for 30 mins. Avoid the following for life - dairy, eggs, meat, fish, sugar, wheat, oils, and packaged foods, etc. the more you are on raw, the better it is. Be blessed. Dear Rashmi, at the outset I may console that any disease incurred during this life journey can be reversed back to health which is eternal while the disease is not. Since the disease was incurred on account of unhygienic living and all around the deterioration of environment water pollution and the general decline of living. You have to reform your living style and switch on to hygienic living for at least 1 to 2 years before your disease symptoms would leave you for good and you will be healthy enough, this much can be assured. All diseases can be reversed back to normal health

There is always a time in people’s life when the last straw on the camels back makes it give up. Similarly incorrect lifestyles can only go so far without showing signs on a daily basis. Chronic fatigue is again a sign of body fighting a battle constantly with scavengers who have come to eat the toxins stored in the body. Why did this even get stored in the first place you may ask. Well, that’s how the body is. If we don’t give it an opportunity to clean itself by giving a break on digestion, activities that consume energy , taking rest when it needs etc, it stores So when toxins accumulate viruses sometimes that typically live inside us in an unhealthy environment eating foods that are available, waiting for an opportunity to become stronger, attacks when you are most vulnerable and body does its best to fight back and at such times you might feel extremely tired. That’s one of the first few stages of any disease as per nature cure. However if you are constantly under fatigue that does not go away with a sleep or rest, it only means you have a sluggish liver that’s overworkingto keep you clean, fight all the bad that it comes across from bad smells, perfumes, medicines, bad foods etc. Liver has to first hand filter al this before things reach the blood stream. So where do you think it will store all the garbage ? Deep inside it’s cells. It will hope that one day when I have plenty of time on the hands to clean up, I will do it. But guess what ? Fasting / clean eating is not a part of a known lifestyle and it continues to pile up. When liver is overworking, the bile produced is not potent. This bile is responsible for ensuring there is no stone or clumps happening when adrenals are handling that. In such situations, adrenals also don’t work properly and is stagnant too. So with a stagnant liver and a toxic digestive tract your energy will constantly stay low. If you had a clean and high functioning liver, without enough food also you will be at high energy levels from morning to night. In many cases nervous fatigue can also be seen where people cannot focus because of fatigue. One cannot function normally even socially. Either way, you need to take charge now and change your lifestyle to as close to natural as possible. Missed speaking about the low blood pressure. Just saw it. See when the GUT is toxic due to a bad lifestyle, over a period of time the toxins are released into the blood stream as it can’t contain it. When this happens, there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. So this high alert sent will indicate to the heart to reduce the pressure creating a sudden Low bp. She might also be experiencing a low temperature than normal. U can check that too. It’s a viral infection due to the toxaemic conditions. She needs to slowly up her raw and not go like an overnight detox. This does not work in an overnight or a rapid detox. It has to be handled with care to ensure the toxins are handled slowly. What you must understand that when toxins are circulating in her blood because the liver could not handle that load anymore, almost twice the amount of adrenaline is released to protect the system from the impact until the body channels the exit. So that’s why she has a severe fatigue too. So follow a complete raw diet for the next 1 month and things will be ok and then add cooked innthe night if needed oilfree - Fruits , vegetables and greens as a major meal across the day. Having only cooked food per day in the night oilfree( extremely important to be oilfree / grease free). Absolutely no gluten based foods like wheat. Only unpolished grains are ok. - remove Animal foods like meat eggs fish diary from ur life forever which are foods to the virus that’s sheltered ijnthe body - start your day with 250ml of warm diluted lime water without any honey or sweetners daily upon waking. - expose yourself to the morning sun for 30m to 1 hr - include whole food plant based approach to food. Eating foods in its natural state and not broken state. Unpolished food instead of polished, seeds and nuts instead of its oils, while grated coconut, fruits and vegetables. Juices only when body needs to cut off from digestion absolutely and focus on healing full time. Things like this will help - water enema daily for one month. This will help your GUT recover. Reach if you have more questions .
While performing hala asana, I got my stomach muscle stretched due to which I'm unable to continue with yoga. Suggest some remedies for this.
Smitha Hemadri
06:57 AM | 05-06-2019
Any asana has to be done step by step and not for the sake of doing it. For halasana to happen, you must have done all the bending exercises regularly without bending your knees and not have a pull/ pain. If you have directly gone to halasana and stayed in that pose longer, any muscle can stretch. Either way, it’s best to leave the body to rest and wait to do anything till it restores normalcy on its own. They relax. Have raw fruits and veg juices to hydrate the body and let the muscles loosen up. Don’t force the muscle to loosen using some oils etc because sometimes a wrong massage can worsen it. Wait with patience and it will be ok. Don’t do any asana till it is ok. If you have been suffering with some conditions, apply caution before you do such asana. Best is to perfect the art of consistently doing surya namaskara for 30 mins and enjoy the fatigue it causes. That flexibility can overtime be used for doing others imo.
I find it very confusing and overwhelming to figure out what to eat and what not to eat. Healthy feels boring, but am doing it because someone told me to. Do I have to be on raw all through my life?

Lifestyle is a way of life that you love body mind and spirit. If you live a conflicted life, your mind and heart being elsewhere and you looking at a healthy way of life as a diet then it’s likely that you won’t see results. Living a happy life with junk may not kill as opposed to living a conflicted life with raw. I have worked with someone who was a raw vegan but suffered a high bp. So unless you are at peace with anything, it’s a crime to your body in doing it. Make peace with ur lifestyle or follow something that your heart asks. You may be wrong, but you will come back to the right reasons overtime.

Along with being hydrated, it is essential to have a good diet also. Here are some tips for healthy hairs. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for damaged hair. Hence, it is important to protect your hairs from external factors. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. Local application Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hairs and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hairs. Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your hairs. Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc. Sleep A correct sleeping pattern is important for the circadian rhythm. It also helps to reduce stress. Hence, taking a proper quality of sleep is very important. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep Thank you
