Use citronella at the entrances of the house. That's where they come from. When we enter the house, some mosquitos trail in. Otherwise all our windows have net. It's the open doors that is the biggest source. They enter during the day and hide in corners. You can also make small potlis of camphor and clove and leave them in corner (out of reach of children ). The camphor prevents them from hiding there.

I usually pick salads, fruits and fill myself. In absence of those it’s rice and rasam or mixed rice. I always avoid dairy, sweets, fried, wheat, maida, gravy which can contain dairy creams. Anything that does not fall in this category, I make an exception and have. Hello Karan, It is the same for both normal as kidney dialysis patient for the consumption of hot water, in fact, a kidney patient should stop consuming water after 7 pm at night to reduce the pressure on kidneys. Digestion problem is due to dietary habits and wrong posture. As today's diet does not give us healthy nutrients to process both have effects on our diet the bad posture acts as an obstruction in our digestive tract. That is why correcting the complete diet and health helps in the treatment of your problem. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. This will help you in getting good digestion. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.
