Namaste Pradeep Gore Yes it is very much possible to get off medicines and bring back your blood pressure to normal with a healthy lifestyle and food habits. Hypertension is nothing but the result of enervation. For more detailed information on this you may refer to my two blogs on the same subject. Here is the link https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/202/blood-pressure-from-nature-s-perspective Lets look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our overall blood quality to normalise the blood pressure. Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 Meat, eggs and Dairy products Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. 9 Take a spinal bath every morning. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

My wife is suffering from low hemoglobin. Please let me know what diet is recommended.
Mehak
02:08 PM | 07-06-2019
Iron deficiency is the most common cause of low hemoglobin levels that's why it is important to have a combination of both iron and vitamin C as the latter is a carrier rich molecule that can be used for better absorption of iron like intake of oranges, lemon, papaya, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit and tomatoes. Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells and a folic acid deficiency automatically leads to a low level of hemoglobin Some good food sources of folic acid are green leafy vegetables, sprouts, dried beans, wheat germ, peanuts, bananas, broccoli and beetroot also along with an apple or pomegranate everyday. Nettle is a herb that is a good source of B vitamins, iron, vitamin C and thus helps to balance the levels. Avoid iron blockers like tea ,coffee, wine and cola drinks. Exercise and eat a balanced diet.
Is coffee bad for autoimmune diseases?

Yes. Coffee is acidic by nature & in case of an autoimmune disease, the body's acid-alkaline balance is already disturbed.
My 7 year old has been diagnosed with vitiligo. He is off dairy now and also started to eat more fresh fruits and raw veggies too. Many doctors advice to avoid foods like grapes and tomatoes for vitiligo ppl. But my son loves to eat cherry tomatoes. Is this a myth or a truth?

Three types of toxin are - physical, chemical and emotional. Physical is in the environment, chemical in food and emotional in the mind. So your focus must be on clean air (environment), organic food (chemical) and for a seven year old I am sure emotional toxin may not be an issue. What we overlook is the following:- 1. Swimming in chlorinated water. Avoid. 2. Chemical in toiletries. Shift to organic. 3. Refined food. Appears healthy but is the worst. Just stop bread, burgers, pizza, jam, chips, biscuits, cakes, chocolates, sweets, ready-made shakes, tea, coffee, etc. 4. Animal protein including dairy. Shun it. 5. Use only organic coconut oil for all application and food. No other oil. 6. Use of facemask if pollution levels are high. 7. Sunbathing. It is a must, one hour daily. Best time is within one hour of sunrise or before sunset. 8. Emotionally the child will require extra care.

Do you eat three hours before bedtime? If you eat just before bedtime, body is busy digesting food and it may be uncomfotable to get into sleep mode. Are you on your electronic device before sleep? The blue light is known to interfere in sleep patterns. So try to be off your gardgets atleast an hour before you sleep. Sleep on time. Body likes regularity. Offload your worries by journaling before bedtime for a restful sleep. My grandmom applies some sesame oil to her feet and covers with socks before sleeping. Try it, it may help you Hope you feel well soon.

Hello User, Tuberculosis is an infectious bacterial disease which spreads from one person to another through the tiny droplets released in the air via sneezes or coughing. Tuberculosis mostly affects the lungs but it may also affect other parts including kidney, liver, spine or brain. A good immune system is important to fight against such infections. For this, a good lifestyle, correct eating habits and sleeping pattern are essential. Diet Eat soaked raisins and dry fruits in your diet. This will help to provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, papaya and also have fresh, seasonal and locally available green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water during the day. Drink almond milk. Have sprouts, nuts and beans. Foods to avoid- Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods. Yoga Yoga helps to improve the blood circulation and immunity of the body. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Do paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana and padahasta asana. Sleep Sleeping timings are important as it helps to maintain the circadian rhythm. Our body produces and releases proteins that help to fight against the infections. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
Whats' the best diet for Parkinson?
Nikita Mishra
04:22 PM | 27-05-2021
Hello chary, Parkinson's is closely connected to the lack of dopamine cells in our body. So, it is neccessary to increase dopamine in the body through diet naturally. The secondary symptoms of Parkinson's like dementia and confusion may also be improved through lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. Foods to eat Proteins are helpful in releiving the symptoms of Parkinson's. Also, eating a diet high in antioxidants helps in releiving the "oxidative stress" that aggravates Parkinson's and similar conditions. You can get lots of antioxidants by eating walnuts, blueberries, blackberries and cranberries. Eating a plant based diet rich in antioxidants may provide the highest antioxidant intake. Have fava beans Fava beans contain levodopa which is the same ingredient that is present in some drugs which are used to treat Parkinson's. Hence, eating fava beans will also be helpful in the treatment of Parkinson's. Omega 3 If you are concerned about secondary symptoms like dementia and confusion, get serious about consuming more flax seeds and kidney beans. These foods are in omega 3 fatty acids which might improve cognitive function. Other tips To avoid constipation caused by Parkinson's, try seasoning your food with turmeric or yellow mustard to encourage bowel movements. For muscle cramps caused by Parkinson's, do yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana and paschimottan asana. Thank you

I have an auto immune disease, Pemphigoid , since 5 years. Can naturopathic treatment help me in any way?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...
06:17 PM | 19-12-2019
Pemphigoid is a rare autoimmune disorder that could affect at any age, including in kids, but commonly affects the elderly population. Pemphigoid is caused by a malfunctioning of our immune system and could result in skin rashes and blistering on the legs, arms, and abdomen. Pemphigoid can also cause blistering on the mucous membranes which are inside the body. Mucous membranes are present in the GIT and Respiratory tracts that produce mucus, which helps the body protect from external dangers or microorganisms or foreign bodies such as dust etc. Pemphigoid can be found on the mucous membranes in your eyes, nose, mouth, and genitals. It can also occur during pregnancy in some women. There’s no cure for pemphigoid in conventional medicine, which Naturopathic medicine could have a better scope in treating this ailment. Basic Remedies... Drink more water and keep your body hydrated. Take a proper diet. It is advised to take fruits and vegetables in plenty. Avoid milk and milk products, maida, artificial foods, sugared drinks, junk foods, etc. Avoid non-vegetarian food items if possible. Avoid white flour, sugar, polished rice, and fatty, oily and spicy food items. Avoid tea, coffee, etc. Do physical activities like walking, jogging, etc. Do regular Yoga practices like asanas, pranayama, and meditation to reduce stress, which is also the main causative factor for skin problems. Do breathing exercises and relaxation practices. Management through Natural therapies: Lukewarm Bath: Take a regular bath. It will help to cleanse the affected area and helps to improve blood circulation. Epsom Salt bath: Taken Epsom salt bath regularly helps to relieve the itching and reduces the inflammation of the skin. Aloe vera gel acts as an excellent home remedy for this skin condition. Coconut oil: Applying organic/virgin coconut, oil acts as a natural skin moisturizer and will relieve the intense itching sensation in the rashes. It also has antimicrobial properties that protect the skin from developing any bacterial or fungal infections. It might be advised to take a half an hour sunbathing after application of coconut oil Turmeric ( Curcuma Aromatica): Applying Turmeric paste (turmeric powder water) is a very good and effective remedy for this skin condition. It acts as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antihistamine agent. Anything to do with the uterus can have many names. They cause its own symptoms and in this case the the cervix and vagina is the lowerpart of the uterus in the human female reproductive system. Whatever may be the names, the causes are the same - toxaemia and which set of organs get impacted is unique for a person. UTI, vaginal itching, rashes and other infections in the Gut is an inflammation of the urinary tract / toxemia across the body and pelvic regions when there is a lot of acidity. When does such things happen ? When our body is toxic with diary, meat and processed goods for a long period. When we don’t drink enough water, when we don’t tend to pass urine freq , color is urine slowly turns yellow, smells slowly like bcomplex tablets and overtime it’s really having a bad odour. When body is filled with toxins and waste is not getting disposed off properly this happens. The stomach and GUT will be lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs. Please understand germs are not to blame. The come to decompose and feast on rotting matter. That’s natural law of decomposition. To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well. If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. it’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food , pathogens and heavy metals doesn’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally these are supposed to thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon, kidneys might not be geared up to do When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With a right lifestyle this can be achieved . You must switch to a low fat plant based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens. When your urine is quite acidic, it burns the vaginal walls. These cause inflammations and further complications. The solution is to make your input alkaline, so that the output is also alkaline For a week stay on just juices and fruits to address the immediate symptoms . If needed extend for more than a week. No problem. If your issue is recurring from a long time, expect a longer healing time. You might feel like you healed, but you will have the infection. Stay on raw for a month after the symptoms reduce. Even when your issues are leaving the body, you will have symptoms. Avoid any suppressors for especially these kinds of issues as suppression leads to more infections. Just continue to be only on liquids - juices from fruit vegetables tender coconut sugarcane Ensure that until the issue heals, Consume 3-4 lts of fruit or veg juice , tender coconut, vegetable juices, cranberry juice ( you get organic frozen cranberries that don’t have sugar ) daily . Any pathogen has to be naturally flushed in a liquid environment and do not attempt to water fast or dry fast. You must not be dehydrated in such cases. In acidic dry environment they multiply faster. Follow this to avoid recurring in future. The lifestyle you currently have will cause more severe issues in future :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Fruits or a veg salad only. Your condition may not heal with excess cooked foods or by keeping your old lifestyle anymore. For one month stay full raw and if things get better add gluten free, unpolished grains cooked oilfree cooked for dinner. Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily What to Avoid - these foods cause inflation the body Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils coffee tea alcohol , using oils in cooking FOod touching Teflon plastic aluminium copper . Use clay / cast iron / steel / glass Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it Consumption of leafy greens in all forms is essential along with fruits which will help clean your system. You will start feeling hungry more often. Have fruits. Your body will start eliminating toxins in the form of symptoms, don’t panic. . Continue a raw routine Be blessed. Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)
Tingling on my legs why this happens? What can be causes of it? Is it due to less haemoglobin?
Dr.Tokika
10:27 AM | 04-10-2019
Hi There, The tingling sensation is caused mostly due to nerve damage in legs or poor blood circulation to legs although there can be some other underlying medical conditions such as vitamin deficiency, kidney diseases, Diabetes etc..;which can be diagnosed with proper examination. • Massage your legs and feet for 10-15 minutes using herbal oil so as to improve the blood circulation to your legs and feet. • Make a turmeric paste and apply it topically over the feet and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it with cold water. • Soak your legs in cold water for 10-15 minutes before sleeping. • Wear comfortable shoes. Make sure that the shoes are fitted perfectly. • Try walking barefoot on the grass early in the morning. • Keep your feet elevated while resting. • Any physical activities or exercise such as running, walking or jogging is highly recommended as it will help reduce your weight and improve blood circulation to legs. • Consume more fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables especially anti-inflammatory diet such as berries, garlic, ginger, onions, almonds and walnuts etc. • Beans, peanuts, peas, green leafy vegetables can strengthen your nerves and improve blood circulation due to their richness in vitamin B and other essential nutrients. • Avoid fatty foods, gluten-rich foods, caffeinated drinks and processed foods. • Minimise or reduce your salt intake. • Avoid smoking and alcohol.
My son 7 year old, he is having shortness of breathing. We are living in Germany. Doctor said there is nothing serious. But problem not cured. What to do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
05:36 PM | 01-10-2019
Shortness of breath can be due to extreme cold weather which we can assume with your country mentioned. Try to give him more vitamin C rich food like sprouts, cabbage, oranges etc it helps in building up immunity. Make him do exercises like blowing a balloon and deep breathing it helps in building lung capacity. Thank you.
Hi,I am bindi mehta,I am suffering left ear discharge since last two months,I have take medicine and ear drops regularly, but still it isn't recovering. Please give me proper suggestions for it. What should I do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
06:02 PM | 24-09-2019
Firstly which colour is the discharge coming from, if it is yellow then it can be due to bacteria. Using apple cider vinegar for ear infections will be helpful mostly people use it for external use I recommend internally given medicine works faster. Have two tablespoons of it in a glass full of water. Thank you
