Hello Asma. Ulcerative colitis is commonly believed to be life long. I was diagnosed with it in 2014. Doctors had told me to take medicines regularly, else it will come back. I knew two old people who were UC patients & struggled all through their life as it would keep coming back, in spite of medicines.........But guess what, if you solve the root cause of the issue, its not a life long problem. I've been UC free & medicine-free since 2015 :-). Here's my health journey - My triumph over ulcerative colitis & infertility In fact there is one more on Wellcure - Listening to my body got me freedom from ulcerative colitis. All the best. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Namaste, Change you life and diet lifestyle. Take daily morning and evening brisk walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Exploring morning sunlight around 15 to 20min is very beneficial. Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. Eat whole grains and nuts. Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc. Avoid animal products like dairy and meat should be strictly avoided. Disturbing psychological factors should be removed, and meals should be taken in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning, and also drink the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in the evening. Try this treatment for 3-4 weeks. Add extra virgin coconut oil for your vegetable cooking. Join yoga center and with help of expert learn some easy asanas. This not only reduce your stress, anxiety and also you will see positive vibration entering in your system. Takecare

Namaste Parul Singh Namaste Depression is very much a reflection of your inner physical health. Toxins in your digestive system and the acidic quality of the blood result in an unhealthy mental state.if you can look back you may see that there would have been some sort of indications of constipation or indigestion. So to improve your mental health the first step would be to improve your gut health. The cure would be a complete change to a healthy lifestyle. Changes you need to introduce in your routine : 1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam. 3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed. 4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset. 5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body. 6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you. 7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc. 8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 10 There will be something that you like to do the most. Do it. Do something as a contribution towards the society or the environment or animals. When you give others some reason to smile you will find happiness too. And do it on a daily basis. The minute you start contributing towards others happiness, your happiness begins driving away all depression. 11 last but most importantly, stop your medication. If you need further assistance and guidance you may get in touch with me, as this will be an ongoing process and you may need support on every step. I m 34 yrs old I have 2 c section delivery. Now from last 2 months I have some noise coming from knees. And some pain also. Please tell me what it is?
Smitha Hemadri
05:41 PM | 05-08-2019
Csec delivery has nothing to do with knee issues. Even if you had not gone through one, with a life consuming animal foods, this would have come to haunt you anyways. Look around you, do you see people getting older but without knee issues ? It’s a pattern among people who eat the wrong foods when we are meant to have a herbivore anatomy. Yes your knees will get weaker because of calcium depletion and yes milk from animals whohch are believed to be rich in calcium is not going to help unfortunately. High acidity / wrong foods will try to balance the alkalinity by leeching calcium from your bones. What will help is fruits veggies and greens that have plenty of stuff that your body loves to keep it going and make you healthy. The less complex foods you eat and save your life energy from all time digestion , the faster you will heal and prevent future issues. I once worked with a mom of a young child who could not even walk with her to a park without feeling the pains / cracking sounds in her knees. She is now a healthier person because she adopted a whole food plant based lifestyle. Search under the body wisdom section for articles on whole food plant based diet.
I've been suffering from psoriatic arthritis since last two years. The disease is getting worse day by day and now it has been taking a new form of nail psoriasis. What natural cure treatment should be followed by me to feel better?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
10:19 AM | 03-08-2019
Namaste Mahesh These days I have been coming across many cases of psoriatic arthritis. We have had at least 5 people at Kayakalp with this issue in the last 4 months. And what I have noticed common in them is that their issues started with chronic constipation, stress and depression. Long term suppression of issues with help of medicines aggravated and slowly resulted into psoriatic arthritis. Well there’s more to this. But for now let’s get back to you. What can you do to relieve your self of this issue. As per nature’s law one gets any health issues when he or she starts ignoring the signals from the body. Slowly toxins start building up and when the body has reached a level where it finds it sort of impossible to overthrow the wastes one ends up getting serious and painful health conditions. To reverse these conditions we need to learn to listen to the body and adopt a lifestyle that would be supportive in our cleansing and healing. Here are certain things that you could do in your daily routine for a better state of health. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. If you need any assistance during the cleansing or healing crises do not hesitate to get in touch. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Skin disruptions and eliminations happen when the body has accumulated enough toxins and the liver also has become quite sluggish to find a path to eliminate it properly. The lymph starts collecting it and deposits it under the skin and the skin starts taking the job to send it out in the form of any rashes. It depends on the type of scavenger that has come to ingest that toxin and the kind of neurotoxin that each virus releases displays different kinds of lesion on the skin. Medical community fancies giving various names for the same condition assuming it can be treated differently. But they are just hoping they will hit the bulls eye in all cases, but they won’t. There is no cure with meds. Medicines are some more chemicals that the body thinks have to send again via the same skin and rashes that the virus has enjoyed sending out. The only solution to this is keeping your son on a oilfree cooked meal keep him on high hydration naturally bioavailable juices from vegetables and fruits and greens without adding any water or salt or sugar or Jaggery. The more he is flushed inside, the faster he will see the relief. He needs majorly a fruit diet. Even if you give him cooked, ensure there is absolutely no grease in it. It must not be spicy. Remove dairy meat eggs and any form of animal products, remove sugar , bakery products, packaged ready to eat foods, oils of all kinds. Add cooked in the form of whole and not polished. Remove soaps and replace with besan / a mix of lemon peel, soaked methi and banana for his hair wash and body wash remove powder and all such things touching his body apply coconut oil if needed for managing itching he will have zero itching if he is on a all day juice diet / tender coconut. Keep him on juices for day 1 and atleast 3-4 juices from next day. Hi Mithlesh Mehta, Thank you for sharing your query with us, let us understand the using the lens of nature cure. Due to unnatural lifestyle choices (wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc.), there is improper digestion of food and accumulation of toxins and Nature Cure identifies the root cause of most diseases as TOXAEMIA - accumulation of toxins within the body. This toxic overload may affect different organs in different individuals and hence the variation in symptoms and diseases. This toxic overload often leads to inflammation, like in case of gastritis & belching. These issues can be reversed by adopting a natural lifestyle. Here are some guidelines to follow: 1. start day with coconut water 2. stay on fruits till noon 3. add a bowl of raw salad 30 mins before lunch & dinner 4. avoid tea, coffee, dairy, dairy products & non veg 5. avoid oily, fried and spicy food items 6. do wet pack on abdomen daily empty stomach for 15-20 mins Book 1:1 consultation with us for detailed guidance and handholding For further information, you can contact our teammates: 9630162732 (Sanjana), 9548714775 (Neha).

Namaste Akki, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with, let's understand vertigo. Vertigo is a symptom and not a condition. It is a sensation of losing balance. It is often a presenting symptom of toxic overload in the body. Once you start working Vertigo will go off gradually. You can start working on these things: 1. Avoid Caffeine intake: Caffeine is present in coffee, tea, chocolate, energy drinks and colas. It may increase the ringing sensation in the ear of the person who has vertigo issues. 2. One inch of ginger crushed, with one teaspoon of lemon in one cup of water boil it for 5-10 minutes, let it cool and have it early morning empty stomach. It will help in treating vertigo. 3. Diet Rich in Real and Natural Foods: Avoid grain-based breakfast and switch to breakfast till 12 noon. If you need more guidance and handholding you can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program which can help in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into the routine comprehensively and give you an action plan. She/he will guide you to correct your daughter's existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. Please let us know if you are keen to explore. For queries regarding the program you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wishing you good health

Hello User, Our eustachian block is bound to happen as it is directly connected with our nasal symptoms. Inflammation sets in and one tends to get vulnerable in immunity. This will helps in dealing with inflammation. Regular steam inhalation with 5-6 drops of tea tree oil, is needed in order to relax nerves and open the eustachian block and function it normally, take it twice a day. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. Hello Heena, Irregularity in the period or low blood flow when happens, our body becomes insulin resistant, due to the action pancreas which releases insulin becomes sluggish. The lifestyle which is filled with complex food items, a sedentary lifestyle, and toxic food habits leads to hampering our normal physiological cycle. During scanty periods, we tend to miss out on our ovulation days where the egg is completely ready to fertilize with sperm and automatically our conceiving chances reduce. That is why we have to correct the menstrual cycle to conceive. Taking a step holistically increases our metabolization and helps in strengthening our body. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Take one teaspoon of methi seeds in the morning with warm water to increase insulin sensitivity which will help in regularising the menstrual cycle with blood flow Have two dates very time with your breakfast to increase the iron content and one glass of jaggery water with one tablespoon of lemon. Beetroot is a very good source of folic acid. Have them with your salad an hour before a meal. Folic acid increases the rate of conceiving. Spinach and tomato juice is also a good idea for increasing folic acid content. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing the blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. Squats help in strengthening your uterine muscle, 10-15 times at one time will help in increasing uterus muscle tonicity. Cobra pose helps increase blood circulation in the pelvic region. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. Hello sir, I m taking the medicine of vitiligo and acne. So due to its medication my hair loss had started. Plz tell me how can I control my hair loss without stopping medicines?
Nikita Mishra
06:30 PM | 15-06-2021
Hello User, We always work in curing the root cause naturally and you yourself said that the reason for your hair loss is the medicines that you are taking for your other health problems. So, instead of focusing on any temporary tips and tricks, focus on improving your overall health. Acne is a skin condition which results in pimples, rashes, etc. It usually occurs on forehead, neck, upper chest but it may also occur in other parts of the body. Acne results when skin pores are blogged by the dirt or oil whereas Vitiligo is a condition in which white patches appear on the skin. It occurs when the cells forming melanin are damaged or stop functioning. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Drink coconut water. Vitamin C is essential as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla regularly. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Eat soaked nuts and raisins. Cook oil free. Avoid alcohol. Say no to deeply fried, spicy, processed and packaged foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Local application Mix besan and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this paste on the effected part. Keep it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. Apply fresh aloe vera jel and gulab jal on the effected part. Avoid using any chemical based products. Protect yourself from dust and dirt. Exercise Exercising is essential for an improved metabolism which will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Start the day with a short morning walk. Do plank for 5min. Practice pranayam regularly specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Sleep Sometimes stress also triggers the acne issues and a proper sleep is important to relieve the stress. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

Hello Kingshuk, Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep.
