Namaste Charanjeet Kaur Ajmani One can come out of Anxiety with some efforts. You need to work diligently on yourself. How does one get into depression or anxiety or any such negetive mind set? The most important reason is, the brain stops functionig normally when the blood that nourishes it starts becoming more toxic and is unable to give the brain the required nourishment. And what is the reason for the the blood to carry so much of toxins? It is our unhealthy lifestyle and food habits. So how can you change or improve the quality of your blood? Firstly start getting your bowels clean with the help of a clean diet. And a clean diet means consuming lots of locally grown, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Decrease the intake of cooked food to as minimum as possible. Eliminate processed, packaged foods complertely from your diet. Remove white sugar, white salt, Maida and refined oil too from your diet. Remove milk, milk products, meat and eggs too completely. Secondly go out in the nature. The suns rays have so much energy that it can drive away any level of depression and anxiety. Soak in the suns rays every morning and evening, Soon you will start experiencing changes in your mood. Deep diaphramatic breathing will go a long way in helping your blood get more oxygen. This in turn will enrich your blood and nourish your brian cells, resulting in better thought process and clarity of mind. Next would be grounding or getting in touch with mother earth. Do some gardenning everyday. The positivity from the sun, air, space, water and the plants themselves will slowly remove all negetivity. Do some physical activity regularly, like partricipate in some outdoor sport, or practice yoga or even go for long walks. Bare foot walking would be more beneficial. Sleep and rest well. Last but not the least share your knowledge or skills with others. Either for money or for free. But sharing is important. Because sharing is caring and once you start sharing it gives you a feeling of fulfilment and joy. I have been able to guide many people to give up medications and get back into a healthy and happy mindset. Thanks to my experience in my fathers nature cure sanatorium and my experiences at my own Center Kayakalp. Be Happy Be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Hello Ji Namaste, As most people are well aware, good nutrition and a balanced diet are important components of overall health. What may surprise people with back problems is that diet, exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight also play a major role specific to back health—including the prevention of many problems and improved healing. The bones, muscles and other structures in the spine need proper nutrition so they are strong enough to support the body and to perform their other functions. Drink vegertable juice and especially green leafy vegetables are very essential. Give a good oil massage especially medicated oil like Mahanarayana oil by gently heating it and massage on the affected area and leave it about an hour and take a hot water bath. Join any yoga center and slowly do some basic asana for body flexibility and improve your quality of life. Eat fresh fruits and vegetable. Eat 70% of vegetable and 30% of Rice or wheat or millets in your meal. Stay healthy.
My sugar level is less than 110 in the morning and 130 after lunch. You are very well aware that you are on a pre-diabetic stage which is very good. Many people are not aware of this. Start with a high protein diet with a lot of sprouts, soybean, the inclusion of raw food will also help you in increasing your metabolism. Minor changes in lifestyle and exercising regularly is all you need for a healthy life. Take care.

Can anyone help me for curing internal piles?
Dr.Elanchezhiyan Devar...
11:19 PM | 06-09-2019
Hi, For internal piles, my primary advice is to take a proper diet. Fiber-rich diet: Diets high in fibre are very important to digestive health, especially when it comes to bowel movements. Fibre can absorb water, which helps to both soften the stool and give it more body. This makes it easier to pass and prevents strain during defecation Add more soluble fibre in your diet, add beans legumes and lentils. Avoid milk and milk productsDrinking plenty of liquids Most anal problems such as haemorrhoids are caused by a lack of liquids in the diet. Drinking plenty of liquid throughout the day keeps the stool soft and manageable as it works its way through the intestines.Coconut oil: A natural moisturizer helps with haemorrhoid symptoms. Applying coconut oil may reduce the irritation and swelling, and it may also help reduce the urge to scratch. Aloe vera: Its anti-inflammatory effect on the body and may help heal wounds. Aloe may provide relief from the burning, itching, and swelling caused by haemorrhoids when applied to the anus. Ice packs/Compresses: Helps to relieve pain and inflammation. Applying an ice pack while seated or when the haemorrhoid flares up can help numb pain and temporarily reduce swelling. Wrap the ice in a small towel to avoid damage to the skin. Leave the ice pack on for 15 minutes and repeat the process. Warm bath with Epsom salt Warm baths can help soothe the irritation from haemorrhoids. You can use a sitz bath, which is a small plastic tub that fits over a toilet seat, or take a full-body bath in your tub. Taking a warm bath for 20 minutes after every bowel movement will be most effective. Adding Epsom salts to the bath can provide further relief by reducing pain. Correct bathroom habits It is important to not force a bowel movement. Straining and pushing may make haemorrhoids worse. If a bowel movement has not occurred after 2 minutes, it is best to get up and try again later. Namasthe!

Dear Rashmi, at the outset I may console that any disease incurred during this life journey can be reversed back to health which is eternal while the disease is not. Since the disease was incurred on account of unhygienic living and all around the deterioration of environment water pollution and the general decline of living. You have to reform your living style and switch on to hygienic living for at least 1 to 2 years before your disease symptoms would leave you for good and you will be healthy enough, this much can be assured. All diseases can be reversed back to normal health
Hey, i hv problem of pcos i get my periods on time by taking medicine... I want to get healed naturally... What should i do..??
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
09:43 AM | 15-08-2019
Namaste Parul Saluja First thing please stop the medicine. And let the body to heal on its own. To heal the body on its own you will have to make certain lifestyle and food habit changes. Which would result in the cleansing of toxins accumulated over the years and start the healing process. Here is what you can do Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 Dairy, eggs and meat Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of healtg but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. As you slowly learn the asanas your glands will start working better and assist well in your cleansing and healing. You can see relief in pain just after a months practice too. If you follow rest of the advice also properly. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. Cleansing and healing happens best when you are in rest. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Other things you can do to help your uterus relax and heal faster. 1 You can take a hip bath for 15 mts every evening. 2 You may wrap a wet pack around your stomach every morning for atleast 30 mts. 3 You may do the hot and cold fomentation on your stomach , uterus area daily for 20 minutes. For all these above Hydrotherapy treatments you may refer to my blog on Hydrotherapy. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
06:20 PM | 13-08-2019
Namaste Rushab Burge The main cause for premature loss of hair is just like premature aging of our body. Both are results of low vitality and high level of toxaemia in the body. It can be a sign of inherited genetic weakness too. This can be reversed by following a completely nature based lifestyle and food habits. And the reversal will take time but it can always happen. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Start your day with juicy seasonal and local fresh fruits. Start as late in the morning as possible. Consume around 50% of fruits 35% of veggies 10 % of grains or sprouts and 5 % of nuts. Finish your last meal before the sun sets. Don’t eat if you are not hungry and never over eat . Try to be on raw food atleast 80%. 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Slowly with time new tissues will build up and as your hair go into the renewal mode you will see more of black hairs coming out. This procedure could take a couple of years to show results..... so be patient. Be healthy be happy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Namaste Parul Singh Namaste Depression is very much a reflection of your inner physical health. Toxins in your digestive system and the acidic quality of the blood result in an unhealthy mental state.if you can look back you may see that there would have been some sort of indications of constipation or indigestion. So to improve your mental health the first step would be to improve your gut health. The cure would be a complete change to a healthy lifestyle. Changes you need to introduce in your routine : 1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam. 3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed. 4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset. 5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body. 6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you. 7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc. 8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 10 There will be something that you like to do the most. Do it. Do something as a contribution towards the society or the environment or animals. When you give others some reason to smile you will find happiness too. And do it on a daily basis. The minute you start contributing towards others happiness, your happiness begins driving away all depression. 11 last but most importantly, stop your medication. If you need further assistance and guidance you may get in touch with me, as this will be an ongoing process and you may need support on every step. I have a problem of dandruff and by the way hair loss also ,kindly suggest me to get rid of this problems
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
10:48 AM | 10-08-2019
Namaste Saikrishna The dandruff is nothing but excessive toxins coming out of your scalp. 1 A very simple routine I usually suggest to people with this issue is massage your scalp with sesame oil and let it soak in for half an hour. 2 Cut a lemon and start massaging the lemon juice in your scalp. Cover the whole scalp area with the lemon juice. There will be some burning sensation for a couple of seconds. Let it stay for 30 mts. Then wash with a shikakai paste. 3 Repeat this procedure once a week till your dandruff stops recurring. This was an external remedy. For a permanent solution you have to look towards internal cleansing. The cleaner your system is, there will be no dandruff. What could you do for internal cleaning? Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Hi, I am Biswajit I am suffering from gastroenteritis since long year nowadays also suffering from non-stability in head pls help
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
10:39 AM | 10-08-2019
Namaste Biswajit The disturbance in your stomach goes hand in hand with the non stability in your head. To heal your intestines the first requisite is to give it enough rest. And as the intestines get Time to rest and relax they start cleaning and healing themselves. How do you give rest to your intestines? 1 By eating only when you are hungry. When ever there is an urge to eat look inside your stomach and see if the hunger is actually there or in the mind. 2 Never over eat. 3 Eat your first meal as late as possible in the morning... and finish your last meal before sunset. This will give your stomach enough time to cleanse and heal. The lesser number of times you eat more the time your stomach gets to rest and heal. Now let’s see what not to eat 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that is going to help your gut to heal but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Hello!!! thanks for your question. Sleep depravity can definitely cause chemical imbalance. You need to first at least allow your body to rest for 6-7 hours. Once you are able to get proper sleep I am sure you will not react impulsively or become sensitive. Secondly, you need to eat well..So make sure your body is not only hydrated but you get the good nutrition that your body needs to keep happy and calm. To add on please do take peppermint and chamomile tea for calming effect on Mind. Thanks
