नमस्ते आप प्रति दिन 10 अच्छी बातें अपने बारे में काग़ज़ पर लिख लें और आइने के सामने बोलें। सुबह की शुरुआत बेल्पत्र 5+ करी पत्ता 5 पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, शाम को 5 बजे दूर्वा घांस 20ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ। गले पर खीरे और कपूर का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20मिनट के लिए और बेलपत्र का जूस रोज़ रात को सोने से पहले लें आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।
I am a girl and I am 23 years old. I have hypothyroidism. Heavy flow occurs during my menstrual cycle nd i think i have PCOS too. I am becoming lin and thin. Namaste, I felt your digestive system is having some bowel syndrome. So often you may have Nausea if any. please do change your diet and lifestyle and let see how it works.. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fruit juices should be consumed to reduce the amount of inflammation in the lining of the stomach. Avoid consumption of Coffee and tea if any. Drink ginger tea or chew raw ginger to reduce Nausea. Prepare tea by boiling one teaspoon of flaxseed in a cup of water. Drink it at night. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day work it out.

Hello Vaidehi, Try this, Soak coriander seed in water for a night and boil it and strain and drink it as first thing in the morning when you wake up. Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia. Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. Hi, my daughter is 1 year 8 months old. She is breastfed while I am at home (while not at office). She drinks 1 small cup of cow milk in a day. She also eats ghee, butter. When ever she says she is hungry give her one of her favourite food so that she doesn’t think about milk. The fouvorite foods must be healthy food too. 2 you can slowly introduce her to nut milk. The quality of food matters as opposed to quantity bararinde. Can you describe her daily food intake ? Is she on diary meat eggs oils ? These can make anyone fat. The diary is pure sugar and unwanted animal fat. Meat is also fat meant for the animal and it cannot become our food. My kids now 13 and 10 are on a vegan diet since 2015 and even though they have the same kinds of foods, one is plump and one is lean. My older one is leaner and she snacks more on raw compared to my younger one. Even if any cooked grains are eaten more than needed, it becomes fat as body stores it for later crisis situations. They are both on a fruit breakfast , off sugar for 2-3 yrs now. So instead of becoming obese one of them was on the heavier side. But my focus was not to make her thin or fat, but to focus on healthier eating habits. So recently during summer, I switched them slowly to a raw food dinner. They are on one cooked for school which is an organic oilfree whole food plant based lunch, they come back and have some healthy oilfree grainfree cooked like steamed Chana coconut lime mix / peanuts ans dates / poha / some savouries that I make without oils and things like this. For dinner they have raw. With every progress I made, they became healthier and they don’t fall sick or eliminate toxins so often anymore. My younger one is also losing weight. She also plays basketball thrice a week, but positive foods that have life in them, being life into the organs to function properly. It’s not too late, kids lifestyle can only be corrected in younger age. You must strive ur best and not give up on this. You will face questions from family/ friends /others , but believe in the right foods and stick to it. Explain to kids the ethical aspects and health aspects of quitting animal foods .. they understand. My kids became diary free and it took me one full year to clean their diets. You need to feed her healthy sugarfree fruit based food that are raw and bubbling with life.. put her in activities or sports. Kids need to play and sweat. Read the journey of my kids here .
