Namaste, Make a juice of 3-4 garlic cloves, 10-12 basil leaves, and one fourth cup of of wheat grass. Have once a day. Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. Mix 1 gm of garlic paste with a glass of buttermilk. Drink this buttermilk twice a day. Grind 10 gm of roasted watermelon seeds. Add the powder to 2 cups of water and boil for about 15 minutes. Strain the liquid and consume daily in the morning and evening. Avoid meat, eggs, table salt, pickles, tea and coffee. Breathing excercise like pranayama will help.

Namaste, I felt your digestive system is having some bowel syndrome. So often you may have Nausea if any. please do change your diet and lifestyle and let see how it works.. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fruit juices should be consumed to reduce the amount of inflammation in the lining of the stomach. Avoid consumption of Coffee and tea if any. Drink ginger tea or chew raw ginger to reduce Nausea. Prepare tea by boiling one teaspoon of flaxseed in a cup of water. Drink it at night. Hello Akanksha 1 One logic that I understood was that human beings are the only species in the whole of the world who is consuming the milk of another mammal after weaning from his mothers milk. 2 Every mammals milk composition is such that it supports the growth of its own species as per their natural laws. Like a human child takes longer time to grow and become independent. but a calf grows faster and become self sustaining much before a human child could become. 3 The other reason that appealed to me was the cows are kept tied and they are reared only for their milk, meat, leather etc. Any animal that humans are able to use for their purposes end up losing their freedom. I wouldnt enjoy being tied and kept in confinement as a living being. I am sure the cow doesnt enjoy that too. Every animal is free to walk the earth. No species has a right to take away that right from any other species. 4 The cows are injected and arfificially impregnated so that it can produce calves and milk. The bulls are sent away to the slaughter houses as soon as they are born as they dont reproduce or produce any milk. 5 You may have noticed very often kids are diagnosed as being lactose intolerant when they are taken to the doctors in their childhood with stomach complaints. This too is a clear cut indication that the cows milk is designed to be digest by a calf and not by a human being. 6 The way cows are fed in the western countries from farms, to make them fatter and make them produce more milk, has turned into a major environmental hazard.Large forests have been cut down to make place for planting grasslands for the cows feeds. Hello Deepthi Ji, Dandruff is a huge problem if not handled correctly, I had the same issue but cured it completely with the help of coconut oil as a carrier mixed with tea tree essential oil(few drops). I would advise you to use cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Aloe vera also does wonders in such conditions as aloe vera has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It will decrease inflammation and thereby itching too. Apply fresh aloe vera onto scalp and leave for sometime than wash it with some natural shampoo. Good luck :)

Your son will be all fine. You need to be careful about what he is eating. Coughing is a sign that the body is throwing out the accumulated toxins. Stop giving any diary products, packaged items like chips, biscuits, namkeen etc.etc. If possible less wheat you can add more brown or red rice. The quality of food matters as opposed to quantity bararinde. Can you describe her daily food intake ? Is she on diary meat eggs oils ? These can make anyone fat. The diary is pure sugar and unwanted animal fat. Meat is also fat meant for the animal and it cannot become our food. My kids now 13 and 10 are on a vegan diet since 2015 and even though they have the same kinds of foods, one is plump and one is lean. My older one is leaner and she snacks more on raw compared to my younger one. Even if any cooked grains are eaten more than needed, it becomes fat as body stores it for later crisis situations. They are both on a fruit breakfast , off sugar for 2-3 yrs now. So instead of becoming obese one of them was on the heavier side. But my focus was not to make her thin or fat, but to focus on healthier eating habits. So recently during summer, I switched them slowly to a raw food dinner. They are on one cooked for school which is an organic oilfree whole food plant based lunch, they come back and have some healthy oilfree grainfree cooked like steamed Chana coconut lime mix / peanuts ans dates / poha / some savouries that I make without oils and things like this. For dinner they have raw. With every progress I made, they became healthier and they don’t fall sick or eliminate toxins so often anymore. My younger one is also losing weight. She also plays basketball thrice a week, but positive foods that have life in them, being life into the organs to function properly. It’s not too late, kids lifestyle can only be corrected in younger age. You must strive ur best and not give up on this. You will face questions from family/ friends /others , but believe in the right foods and stick to it. Explain to kids the ethical aspects and health aspects of quitting animal foods .. they understand. My kids became diary free and it took me one full year to clean their diets. Hello Mehak Ji, Brittleness in the nail may be caused by trauma, such as repeated wetting and drying, repeated exposure to detergents and water, or some time using of nail polish remover which cause such side affects too. To overcome this, use vegetable oil like coconut oil and bursh it on affected part during bed tine and wear glouse. Morning wash it. Try to avoid soaking hands too much in water and detergents.
