I am taking clean diet. 11 am i eat fruits , 1pm i eat little cooked food less of all the spices and oil ghee or any dairy product, 5 pm a plate of fruits and 7 pm raw veggies. I completely avoid animal products but then also i am not getting results in varicocele. I take enema every day then also my constipation problem is not solving. What to do please suggest me?

Hello friends, I am 58 yrs. Old and have sensitive skin. Some eruption occurred about 5 weeks back on my left leg and there has been continuous oozing out of some sticky substance like pus which hardens over time but then pus again starts. I was on raw diet for 7 days and have changed my lifestyle in tune with nature cure but the pus persists and I feel lot of pain and itching sensation. Pl suggest, the way forward. Migraine is caused majorly due to a bad GUT or stomach / indigestion. Acidic foods like dairy meat eggs fish, sugar, maida, coffee tea, oils in cooking, eating out day in and day out for years together kills the health of the digestive organs. Hence you have loosemotions which are body’s way of eliminating junk from your body which you suppressed with medication. Hence body tries to find a way to keep doing it till you get tired .. but it won’t. Suppressing migraine with medication is always a temporary solution. Instead when migraine hits, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine is organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat Medications Packaged foods Sugar Refined oils and polished foods Ready to eat foods Fried foods All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. Toxaemia or toxicity in the body is the cause and lifestyle changes have to be done to include more fruits and veggies and only 30% of dinner to include grains and 70% vegetables. I am a 45 year old female with 2 children. About 5 months ago developed ulcerative colitis. I am on treatment for this. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid about 13 yrs ago. If any disturbance happens in the nerves that go to legs, it causes tingling, numbness, and some other sensation. You are getting numbness after sitting for few minutes. This is due to the compression of the nerves which are in the legs. Stretching exercises and physical activities - focus on your legs and spinal region. This will help you to get good nerve and blood supply. Posture correction: avoid sitting in cross legged position, it may cause nerve compression. Avoid sitting or kneeling for longer period. Avoid wearing tight clothes and socks. Check your blood glucose level, high blood sugar can also cause tingling and numbness on your feet. Take proper healthy diet. Consume more fruits and vegetables. Especially broccoli, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables which are rich in Vitamin B complex. हेलो, कारण - पाचन क्रिया का स्वस्थ ना होने से आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) होता और वह फेफड़ों और गले में संक्रमण पैदा करता है। शरीर में मौजूद मिनरल दूषित होकर कफ में परिवर्तित होते जाते हैं और ऑक्सिजन की मात्रा में आती है। समाधान - उज्जायी प्राणायाम, अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट और गले पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। बेल पत्ते का जूस से फ़ायदा होगा। जीवन शैली - आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Neem is considered to be most effective when it comes to acne, turmeric has anti-bacterial properties. Make a paste of neem leaves by boiling them so that they get cleansed, add some turmeric and make a thick paste out of them. Sleep on your abdomen and let the paste do its work. Hello, Lumbar spondylosis is wear and tear of the spinal cord and it increases as the age increases. It usually doesn't show any symptoms But it can associated with pain sometimes radiating to thighs and legs and muscular spasm or muscular weakness. It can be also associated with stiffness and pinning sensation as well. Firstly i suggest making a regular yoga session atleast 30 min a day in the guidance of an expert yoga practitioner. Include wholesome food diet having high calcium, fibre and rice in proteins such as beans, green leafy vegetables like spinach, bitterguard, cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, radishes, cauliflower, drumsticks. Include amla, garlic water or green juice early in the morning and evening. Third, massage the affected area with mustard oil mixed with camphor in it. Heat the mustard oil and add little amount of camphor in it, let it melt and apply on the painful area and massage for few minutes if possible. You can also use cold ice pack application on the affected area cover it with towel and let it sit for 5- 10 min. Lastly, i advise you to correct your posture while sitting and lying down on bed as well. Don't use bouncy mattresses and heavy pillows should be avoided. Try to sleep on hard bed with firm mattress. Namaste How did you clear your fever? Did you let it run its course? If not then you may have suppressed the fever with medications and in turn supressed the toxins which was being eliminated by the body with the help of the fever. Thats the reason that you feel drained and tired. You feel enervated as the vitality has been suppressed. What could you do to help your body complete the process of eliminating the toxins? Remove all those things or habits that tax or drain your vitality and change to a more supportive lifestyle and food habit which could help your body remove the toxins and free up your vitality to flow freely without any obstructions. Where do you start? Start with rest. Rest at all three levels.Physical, Mental and physiological. Physiological rest will mean giving rest to your internal organs by eating only species specific food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Muscle spasms occur when the nerve with electrical signals /connection touch the muscles during an improper movement when the muscles are not yet strong enough to take the weight you are pushing it for. These spasms take time to relax. You can’t rush it. Go on a complete juice diet for couple of days 3-4 lts. Also for better musclular health in future, follow a high raw, whole food plant based lifestyle. Any animal food will overload your body with toxic deposits and also cause more inflexibility.
