I have my right shoulder dislocated twice in my lifetime. So it always feels weak and loose than the left one. Also it pains while lifting something heavy. What should I do to make it strong and stop that pain from coming?
Mehak

Don't repeat the action that caused your injury, and try to avoid painful movements. Cold compress or even heat therapy can work out with some moderate exercise regimes and activity modification. Try to give rest to the affected part and restrict your spectrum of movement and avoid lifting heavy objects till it gets fine. Consultation to a doctor if the problem continues is mandate.

One of my friend sweats a lot and her sweat is odorous too. Kindly suggest something to control that odour as it becomes really unpleasant sometimes.

Namaste When the sweat is very odourus it means there’s lot of toxins in her body. It is very easy to get rid of this situation. What can you do externally? ( these are short term solutions) 1 Let the skins pores function normally. Keep the skin chemical free ( no chemical based soaps shampoos or moisturisers) 2 Go for sun exposure in the early hours every morning with least clothes or no clothes on. Sweat as much as you can. Don’t over do it. Just be in the sun as long as you feel comfortable. 3 Learn to use a dry brush. You can look for how to use it on you tube. Dry brushing improves blood flow to the skin, helps remove dead skin and activates the lymphatic system ( this will help the body to move out the toxins faster) 4 In place of soaps or shampoos use herbal bath powders like orange peel powder with moong dal flour or any “ubtan” combination. Do not forget to add lemon to it as that will act as your deodorant. 5 Rub a slice of lemon under arm pits and other areas as a deodorant. 6 Cold presses coconut oil can be used as a moisturiser after shower and before going to bed. What can you do internally? ( this is more important for a long term solution) 1 Check your bowel movements. Regular evacuation is very very important. Eliminating more than the quantity of food you have consumed is important. 2 Go off animal based food. Remove dairy from your diet. Eat maximum fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables the most. The least they are processed the best. 3 More than what you eat is important to see that you have digested, assimilated the nutrients and eliminated the waste. So give your body ample time between meals to complete the process of digestion . 4 Start your first meal as late in the morning as possible with any one type of fresh juicy fruit. This will keep you well hydrated and your stomach will be happy. 5 finish your last meal just before sunset. Your last meal could be a large salad with lots of greens and veggies with some sprouts or little nuts. Letting your stomach rest for more than 12 to 14 hours will give it enough time to process all the foods consumed during the day and clean and eliminate the waste. This way your body gets enough time to repair and cleanse and heal. 6 Eat only when hungry and when in a peaceful state of mind or happy state of mind. Never over eat. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature cure practitioner Kayakalp

Make a paste of turmeric with water and put it on any big green leaf ( pepal leaf or if you have spinach at home) spread the turmeric paste on the leaf and put it on your knee and elbow and you will be relieved of the pain. Also you can drink any vegetable juice with a pinch of turmeric for fast healing. Take care

Keep yourself mainly on liquids(like taking cinnamon with boiling water to make a tea which can be altered with cumin and cloves) and good amount of water to keep the digestion process at ease. Avoid difficult to digest foods like:- 1)Fried or fatty 2)Creamy 3)Salty or heavily preserved One can also go for BRAT diet as well should take ample rest.Along with that taking a very ripe banana or a shot of Apple cider vinegar Or drinking mint infused water will work.
My eyes have become red & frequently watering. I can see blurred rainbow colours on the upper part of my vision when looked on any light in the evening. Iam 45 years now.. What care I should take?
Ankur
11:10 AM | 11-06-2019
I am assuming it is your eye. Based on the limited information, it is difficult to ascertain the cause. In the short term you can do two things: First, cucumber poultice - put grated cucumber on your closed eyes for 4-5 minutes. Do this every couple of hours Second, put a few drops of pure rose water in cool purified water and wash your eyes once every 2 hours. You can alternate between both options. Please see a competent doctor if symptoms persist.

Smitha Hemadri

Ideally gallbladder stones form because of years of oil and greasy foods that were eaten over his entire lifestyle. If it’s an immediate need, start drinking diluted lime water 1-2 lts If this is something they can wait for a week, remove all cooked from his diet , all diary , all man made sugar salt and processed foods, all grains and keep him only on the following Lime water in abundance Tender coconut in abundance Fruits like melons oranges moosambi juice pineapple in addition to a lot of greens. Vegetable juices like ashgourd juice with mint also in abundance To prevent this condition in future, keep him on a leafy green juice early morning , fruit diet till 12pm, salads in the afternoon and an oilfree millet dinner. No excess salts Remove the following from his life forever Diary Meat eggs fish Sugar Fried foods and all the so called traditional foods that people love to eat No store bought ready to eat Wrap a cold towel around his stomach for 20 mins and cover it again with a woollen cloth that ensures that the cold water cloth remains cool. His liver has overworked all his life and has been burned and his bile has reduced significantly. That’s why all the toxins are collecting in the gallbladder without the turpentine effect of the bilirubin on the toxins that has to be released like water if it was in a good shape. It will take time to get back to shape, but if he starts that journey towards health, give it a year. If he slips back to his old lifestyle, other complications will follow Be blessed
My wife is suffering from low hemoglobin. Please let me know what diet is recommended.
Mehak
02:08 PM | 07-06-2019
Iron deficiency is the most common cause of low hemoglobin levels that's why it is important to have a combination of both iron and vitamin C as the latter is a carrier rich molecule that can be used for better absorption of iron like intake of oranges, lemon, papaya, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit and tomatoes. Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells and a folic acid deficiency automatically leads to a low level of hemoglobin Some good food sources of folic acid are green leafy vegetables, sprouts, dried beans, wheat germ, peanuts, bananas, broccoli and beetroot also along with an apple or pomegranate everyday. Nettle is a herb that is a good source of B vitamins, iron, vitamin C and thus helps to balance the levels. Avoid iron blockers like tea ,coffee, wine and cola drinks. Exercise and eat a balanced diet.

This response is in line with the Pure Nature Cure (PNC). In PNC, the remedies are never recommended. In PNC, the causal analysis is opted always. To know more about PNC, you can study this series. Hi Charu, If you are not sensing emergency with your problem, you must explore Pure Nature Cure where the symptoms are not treated but the CAUSE is analysed and addressed. With a sense of emergency, our cognition is not open to understanding. Pure Nature Cure needs understanding, it is not prescription based approach. The problem that you are suffering from is due to the accumulation of toxin in your body. This happens when we deplete our vitality unnecessarily which may happen knowingly or unknowingly! Depletion of VITALITY in the body reduces the waste disposal from the body and we suffer the state of TOXAEMIA which means the accumulation of TOXIN in the body. The places of accumulation differ, from person to person. But the cause is the same for all! The problem can only be CURED only by conscious conservation of VITALITY, which will throw the toxins from the body through effective elimination. Medicine or surgery will SUPPRESS the problem giving you instant relief. As a result, the symptoms will appear again in some other forms since the CAUSE is not addressed, in the process. Please get yourself analysed by a Nature Cure practitioner, preferably a diagnostician and opt a regime of CONSCIOUS, CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY. Thank you...
This summer am feeling fatigued a lot... I eat 2 cooked meals only, eat a lot of fruits and veg juice daily. But still low on energy many days... Does this mean i need to further up my raw portion... Some ideas would be helpful!

These are the foods that are milder and not excessive in flavor (spicy, hot or salty). Therefore, the use of stimulants such as coffee, tea, alcohol and tobacco should be minimized. Cold and iced drinks should be avoided, especially, during or after meals so as to maintain the Jatharagni (digestive fire). However, warm water or herbal tea can be used during the meal. If you are suffering from problems of fatigue, avoid excessive or physically demanding exercises. Always exercise at half of your stamina. Yoga can be beneficial. Breathing exercises (Pranayama) can also be helpful. Breathe deeply and rhythmically to strengthen the respiration system. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. The fresher your food is, the more nutrients you’ll get into your body. Manage good sound sleep. Avoid sleeping at day time. Manage stress level.
Is anyone going through adenomyosis, chronic pain during menstrual cycle?
Smitha Hemadri
10:01 AM | 31-05-2019
Adenomyosis is a condition where the uterine lining also encroaches the muscles of the uterus and hence this extra growth leads to all the symptoms that are being experienced. We have not got a similar case here, but in nature cure the cause for all the issues is a toxin body where it accumulates the toxins that does not see a channel for release. The condition when Adenomyosis happens is also due to the cause that there is a high estrogen build up in the body. There is more than what the organs have naturally produced for you as a female. When there is an extra Harmone, this build us in the liver and clogs it. Overtime when liver cannot take the brunt of things, it channels it to the uterus. You must know that the liver is one of the sewage systems in the body. It takes all the toxins we eat , it takes a hit and filters all the junk our tongue enjoys. So it tries to hold extra estrogen, extra fats and all the extras that the body is not designed to handle.. in a hope that it will balance out one day and it will find a proper channel via the intestines and colon to release it , but when it can’t in this case, the uterus takes a hit. Many conditions like fibroids are also another form of abnormal growth. Nature of the growths can be anything, but the growth is abnormal. This is not an autoimmune issue where body’s estrogen is attacking the body only. It’s trying to protect you from other complications. The extra estrogen potentially could be coming from animal products that are pumped with female harmones - diary, eggs, meat, plastics, medications that you are taking to control this issue. Wherever there is toxins, there are pathogens scavengers attacking the body to feed it. Unless we remove the root cause and remove the toxins from building more, pathogens won’t die and will inflammate the uterus even more and cause all complications. Solution Drink 250ml cucumber juice upon waking Drink a banana smoothie with spinach and other greens like coriander mint and dates with lime and ginger Continue to have fresh juices rest of the morning without any sweetness added Have a big bowl of fresh seasonal fruits for lunch like banana mango papaya etc Have a bowl of veg salads with some lime and if u can avoid salt that will be great Have a oilfree cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% veggies that are again oilfree Please avoid all forms of oils and grease from your life going forward The foods to avoid Oils Wheat and other gluten foods Sugar Jaggery ( to be used if needed only in moderation say one spoon only) Packaged foods from outside from covers ready to eat Refined oils and foods Polished grains Eggs Meat Fish and seafood Diary of all forms including ghee If you strictly follow this, you might see healing in 1-3 months, but again the full timeline depends on the creator and your body and how long the problem is.. but you will definitely see progress. I know if people who have healed from pcod successfully on this lifestyle. Maintain this as your main lifestyle. Be blessed
Can someone please let me know what is the recommended manner for sun gazing so that one gets max benefit for the eyes.
Ankur

Please remember we need sunlight not heat. So , gazing word is misleading. Best time is 30-40 mins around sunrise and sunset. Just see sun for a minute and close your eyes. Please do it 3-4 times. Seeing Sun through green leaf is safe and easy so try it

As said above by others, on immediate basis- rest and diet would help. In the long run, he may get relief through walking, swimming and cycling with back upright! Swimming has been best esp free style. In very acute siutation, my recommendation is not to get into difficult yoga asans but try simple excercises like Shalabhasana to begin with. Hot fomentations, alternate sponging or radio heat also helped me. On diet, salads of raw vegetables ideally (such as tomato, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, radish, lettuce) or lightly cooked or steamed veggies with lot of raw fruits (except banana) help in faster healing of strained muscles and tissues. Whole wheat chapaties and sprouts also help as Proteins and Vit C are necessary for the development of healthy bone matrix. In the long run, Vit C, Vit D, Calcium, Phosphorus, trace elements are very important in building stronger back. My Yoga teacher also recommended that I stay away from fatty and spicy foods, sugar and condiments and reduce on my tea or coffee, at least when the problem is in acute situation. Hope this was helpful!
Hi… how can i keep the house mosquito free? Please suggest some natural ways. Any tips for protecting kids?
Mamta Arya
11:08 AM | 16-11-2018
Use citronella at the entrances of the house. That's where they come from. When we enter the house, some mosquitos trail in. Otherwise all our windows have net. It's the open doors that is the biggest source. They enter during the day and hide in corners. You can also make small potlis of camphor and clove and leave them in corner (out of reach of children ). The camphor prevents them from hiding there.
What are some good options for kids’ breakfast??

Here is what I give to my child first thing in the morning - 3 dates, 2 figs, 15 black raisins, 5 almonds and 3 walnuts all soaked (this is for 2 glasses of the drink) Blend all the above with a glass of water. No need to add honey or sugar or any sweetener.
Hi! I have observed in most of the recipes on Wellcure, vegetables are steamed instead of being pressure cooked. Is pressure cooking harmful? How about stir frying?
Smitha Hemadri
01:07 PM | 15-03-2019
Cooking openly in a vessel and steaming it is much healthier than pressure cooking. Steamed veggies are next best to having raw foods. Steaming means we expose the veggies to steam and they get cooked vs cooking under pressure. Pressure cooking is so much a part of Indian cooking system where things like Opos and other pressure cooking has come into picture to make life simple. Steaming under moderately low temperatures in a vessel with lid covered is best. When you cook it in the right containers, they take longer to cook and retain some of the essential nutrients too. The amount of loss of positive food factors like vitamins organic minerals etc differs with diff styles of cooking. The following are the methods in the order of their goodness. 1) baking in a closed oven with a cover over the vessel. Baking can happen in an oven or a mud based oven etc 2) steaming in a closed receptacle 3) boiling with minimum of water needed, the escape of vapour being controlled by a closed lid like a pressure cooker without a whistle These are called conservative methods of cooking Roasting and frying with grease is not recommended. You can however use sprinkles of water and keep closing a lid to cook the veg in less water thereby appearing it to look like fried. But using oil ghee etc is definitely not ok from a health perspective Cooking in the type of container also matters. Prefer steel , cast iron, soapstone, clay, glass bakeware can be used. Hope this helps
