Nose bleeding medically is called as epistaxis.Causes could be many including dry heated indoor air, respiratory infections, irritants etc which can be cured by various methods:- Cold compress:-Holding cold compress against the nose can help to prevent the bleeding. Pinch the nose and along with this nutritional adequacy should be taken into consideration  like Vitamin K rich foods(eg kale, broccoli, spinach, cabbage etc) And Vitamin C rich foods. Saline water would be beneficial too. Cayenne pepper also regulates the blood flow  Nettle leaves are the best herbal remedy  Stay hydrated along with that immediate action could include putting water on hair.

Tanning is a natural phenomena and that's why it can definitely be cured naturally like application of few thing like:- 1)Lemon juice and honey as lemon has a bleaching effect which removes the tan quickly 2) Apply potato juice to the skin and slightly massage it. Practice this for 15-20 days. 3) Cucumber extract works too. 4)Bengal gram flour and turmeric as turmeric is an excellent skin brightening agent and Bengal gram flour will lighten the skin. 5) Even honey and papaya shows real positive effects as papaya has various natural enzymes which has bleaching effect and brightens the skins.  Apart from these make sure you get all the important vitamins and minerals to heal it from internally. हेलो हसन तौफ़ीक जी,  कारण - पाचन क्रिया का स्वस्थ ना होने से आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) होता और वह फेफड़ों में संक्रमण पैदा करता है। शरीर में मौजूद मिनरल दूषित होकर कफ में परिवर्तित होते जाते हैं और ऑक्सिजन की मात्रा में आती है। समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है। प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।  5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।  लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी,  प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

That is why correcting the complete diet and health helps in the treatment of your problem. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal will help in treating any digestion issue. As tomato helps in balancing the acid-alkaline base of the stomach. In the morning empty stomach consumes one piece of dates, this helps in keeping the digestive tract clean and healthy for the whole day. Hello Mugur,  Maybe it is a long term effect of prolonged exposure to chemicals and adulterated food and air, which have gathered all the levels of toxicity. Our lungs hold our body together with the supply of oxygen in our body which becomes constricted due to continuously not breathing fully. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places. Hence, our lungs become the target and the breathing problem starts.  What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.  The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. First understand that if a person is on diet already them being on less food could trigger the craving so - Don’t ask them repeatedly to eat. -provide them a balanced healthy food on time. -Don’t force them to have cheat meal in parties,instead help them in picking healthy ones. -Motivate them to follow the diet plan strictly,if they are hungry in between ask them to have fresh fruits , fruit juices,salads,nuts.

The clever term used is ''Juvenile'' diabetes, showing it was not there ere long Why should children become diabetic? It is a serious question. Nobody seems to realise the gravity. Why on earth, children should be afflicted by this. There are four possible reasons.;- 1. Born with a weak pancreas and / or liver 2. Indiscriminate feeding of children with heavy starches and sugar; unhealthy and filthy baby foods. 3. Inoculation, vaccines and drugging during acute diseases, like, fever, cold diarrhoea measles, etc. 4. Psychological disturbances; 1. Congenital;-- when one becomes sick he usually searches for causes[ THOUGH THE CAUSE IS WITHIN HIMSELF] When none could be found, he usually finds his parents or grandparents afflicted with similar disease and he ''consoles'' himself saying that he has inherited the disease. This is far from the truth. No disease is inherited. The placenta does not allow any poison to get into it.. [ OF COURSE MODERN KILLER DRUGS DO PENETRATE THE POWERFUL PLACENTAL BARRIER] If the Langerhans --the part of the pancreas which produces insulin --is originally defective, the child mat develop diabetes in early stages. 2. INDISCRIMINATE FEEDING;--Parents, in general, do wish their children to grow fast and fat. This is more due to the wrong propaganda by baby food manufacturers through, various form of advertisement. The human child is not intended to grow as fast as some animals whose life span is far shorter A human being is designed to grow in 20--25 yrs. while a cow grows fast in 2-3 yrs., We give a lot animal products [ milk, meat eggs, fish ], STARCHES & SUGARS TO CHILDREN. IN THE BEGINING, THE VITAL ORGANS DO PROTEST through acute diseases, which are suppressed by heavy drugging. The vital organs get completely exhausted. Diabetes in children is due to exhaustion of pancreas and liver in dealing with huge intake of starches and sugars & other devitalizing baby foods. 3, Most importantly, a no. of so-called preventives [ prophylactics ] ARE given to children right from birth [ THINKING THEM TO BE A PANACEA ] All of them are dirty and nothing else. They may damage one or more vital organs. But if 100% NON-STARCHY vegetables, like leafy vegetables, germinated grams, a small quantity of milk of coconut or milk prepared by sesame or melon seeds prepared at home etc, are given the child can live a reasonably healthy life. If instead of that, insulin, or other drugs are administered and rice, wheat etc, are consumed. May prove inimical.  Along with diet reform a few leaves of BILVA, AND 2 OZ. हेलो,   कारण -  बाल हमारे शरीर का हिस्सा है। बालों में पोषक तत्व की कमी, ठीक प्रकार से ऑक्सिजन का संचार, और पेट में प्रदाह (inflammation) के कारण बाल झड़ते हैं।  बाल असमय पकने लगते हैं। अन्य समस्या होती है। समाधान - सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। जीवन शैली -   हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है। सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।  कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी,  प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Sachit,  High blood pressure is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc.  Drink plenty of water. Having raw garlic two hours after your meal, an empty stomach will be helpful in treating high blood pressure. A diet rich in potassium like coconut water, bananas, etc is recommended for a good flow in blood vessels. Our body works best in an alkaline medium. It is therefore important that you consume foods that are alkaline in nature. This includes raw fruits, vegetables, sprouts, microgreens, nuts, and seeds. Another essential aspect is exercise. Our bodies are designed to move. It is therefore essential to perform some kind of physical activity for overall wellbeing. Apart from making the below-mentioned lifestyle changes kindly soak your feet in a bucket of room temperature water and allow your feet to soak into it. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
