I am 29. My bp was 150/100 due to high stress level and anxiety and lack of exercise. I have taken medication for 2 months. After that i stopped medicine and started playing games and exercise in my life style and healthy diet and my bp was surprisingly got low for remaining 2 years. But now again due to stress and less exercise my bp level is around 115-150/65-90. Should I take medication or it will b ok if I follow same which I used to do prior?

Namaste kamalkant kar A healthy lifestyle and food habit is a permanent solution to your health issue. And remember one thing.... a healthy lifestyle is not something you can follow for some time and expect the results to last lifelong. It’s an everyday thing, to be followed always. Medication can only keep your blood pressure under control artificially. Which can not be a permanent solution to any health issue. And if consumed for too long it may end up in landing you into more complicated health issues. So healthy lifestyle and food habits are the solution to a better health and long term health Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Cold is also an elimination. Stay on a high juice ( veg juices and fruit juices made at home fresh without any additives) diet ( juices for all morning) There are many factors that can lead to respiratory issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammate the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to a viral activity. See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This overtime causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the gut, the intestinal walls the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produces excess mucus. Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues. Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach - 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice - Followed by Green juice or fruit / any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered - More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure juice Afternoon from 12 :- - A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone - Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine. - Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free - millets rice quinoa , oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies - Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) . Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also - See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. It’s v imp for healing - Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. - Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster What to Avoid :- - Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils , coooking with oil, medicines - Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Hello, I am 22 years old. From past 6-7 months I started following healthy diet and regular workout. I am also doing pranayam in morning. I have achieved fat loss from my entire body. Hello, It is very nice that you are adopting good eating habits and doing regular exercise. Sometimes, people do workout and yoga on a regular basis but there is lack of correct exercise or yoga asana. For example, kapalbhati pranayam is very effective for belly fat but you may not be doing that and performing some other asana or pranayam and this can be the reason that you are still having belly fat inspite of doing exercise or yoga. Belly fat or accumulation of excess fat in any part of the body is the result of a sedentary lifestyle and wrong food intake like eating deep-fried foods, having a high fatty diet, etc. So, to get rid of the belly fat, this extra fat has to be removed. For this, the following tips will be helpful. Diet to be taken Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Soak cumin seeds overnight. Boil the water in the morning, add a slice of ginger and honey to it and then strain it and drink. This drink will be helpful to remove the extra fat. Always have natural plant-based raw foods. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have a good amount of water throughout your day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid Avoid spices and spicy foods. Avoid sugar, maida, wheat, white bread. Avoid all the packaged food items, deep-fried foods, processed foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid dairy food items. Exercise Exercise is equally important as diet. Start your morning with a walk or jogging of 30min. Do plank for 5minutes. Perform yoga like suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, pashchimottan asana. Do pranayam regularly, specially bhastrika and kapalbhati pranayam. Sleep Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

Hi, Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables. Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss. Thanks.

I am very thin, how to get healthy?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
06:08 PM | 07-01-2020
It is the mixture of diet and exercise which will make you thin to fit. It is time to include lots of things in your daily routine so that not only your muscle starts building but your flexibility of the body improves. A healthy plant-based diet includes a lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits, seeds and minerals which helps you in muscle building with a lot of fruits. Have a good amount of water together and include sweet potatoes, beetroot and legumes which are again sources of vitamins and minerals. Then it is time to make exercise in your routine like suryanamaskar, squats and pushups to bring toning in the muscles. This will help you for sure. Thank you

It is a good start that you have already taken a step towards a healthier lifestyle, it is the time that now you make some major improvements in your diet so that you can reap a lot of benefits from a plant-based diet. Start your day with, warm water as this will help in giving your stomach a good wash have at least 2-3 glasses of it. It will even give you GUT a good cleanse to start the day. Your breakfast should include a whole grain roti which will give you energy with a good amount of calories, some protein-filled substances like legumes, soy or sprouts. Before hitting the gym or going for cardio exercises have some nuts or fruits as this will give instant glucose for exercising. For BP you can have raw garlic in the morning with water this will make blood vessels to dilate and blood pressure will get normal. Eating more potassium-rich food like banana and coconut water helps a lot in combating High blood pressure. With the consumption of these things, it will help in your problem with High Blood pressure. Thank you
My husband has diabetes (type 2) for last 10 years and hypertensive for last 20 years. He gets mouth ulcers frequently. This is a problem since childhood but now aggravated. How can i take special care for diet to keep him and his heart healthy?

Please tell him to exercise daily. He should do light exercise, based on his comfort. Deep breathing is very good as it helps eliminate toxins through breath. Also sufficient amount of oxygen reach all the cells of the body & that promotes cellular health. If cells are healthy, they can do all body functions properly & then we are healthy.

A fully grown adult living a normal life requires 3 to 5% of protein daily. This is about four almonds, three walnuts and 30 grams of sprouts. Protein loss is a myth. No medication or any other supplement is required. With the mushrooming of Gym and exercise centres, the protein myth is made use by the owners to entice customers to sell protein shakes. In fact these shakes are hazardous to health.

My question is on cereals... Which cereals are good and which ones are loaded with sugar? Also, which is better museli or oats. In the market we have products like baggery oats and museli.... Are they healthy? Please suggest.

Cereals are tough on vitality conservation. Ideally we should never exceed 10% (consumable) of our meals with semi-concentrated foods including cereals. It means, altogether potato, legumes, grains including cereals etc. should not be more than 10% of our total meals of the day measured in consumable weight only after cooking/steaming. 85-90% of our meals should consist fruits and vegetable, primarily, in raw form to attain optimum vitality conservation. That 10% is, again, not dependent on the cereals primarily. Hence, you may choose to ignore the botheration about the types of cereals to attain better health state. There is not superfood exists. Even if you stop consuming cereals you will end up conserving more vitality* and a better health.. You may also check our recent article on the above* terminology, in case you are new to Nature Cure science. Hello Monica, The minute we start giving benefit to us and start understanding our emotions, our healing starts. You have already specified that you are a housewife taking care of two kids which already signifies that you are so strong and taking care of so many things beautifully, your strength is in you. We just need to enhance it by giving you more tips on loosing weight and a healthy diet which will just help you to feel what you really are, confident and strong women. It is both amalgamation of mind and body which will help you in feeling more energetic. t is time to go light on your body and cut down any food item which is making your body sluggish, the tamasic diet makes our metabolization slow and does not allow the correct nutrients to reach our body. Taking the right amount of protein, you can also help in muscle building and reduce unwanted fat accumulation. Your body needs a lighter type of food to regain its natural process and that is how we can help you. By following a natural way we can definitely treat the cause. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much of water is needed in the body. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed out to shed the extra kilos. Start the day with glasses of warm water, at least two. Vegetable juice with one cucumber, coriander leaves and one inch of ginger blended together will help in reducing unwanted fat. Have, for your breakfast a bowl of sprouts with one teaspoon of turmeric and rock salt. It will accelerate the body's digestion. Your mid-meal around 11, should include fruits that are rich in antioxidants and help in increasing metabolization like orange, mosumbi, berries, etc. Continue with one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Have a glass of apple and beetroot juice with beetroot. After an hour you can munch on like 4 almonds and 3 dried apricots and 2 walnuts. This will give you healthy hair and increase vitamins in your body to get an ideal physique. In dinner continue with one soup bowl like tomato or mix vegetables. Continue this diet for a month it will be helpful. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of energy. 1. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily. 2. Do a run with a speed of 5-6 km in 30-40 minutes in the morning and you can also choose swimming. These things will help in hastening the process of getting an ideal weight. 3. Suryanamaskar helps in giving the body required stamina and strength, do 12 sets every morning. 4. Crunches and Squats will help in reducing extra belly fat and tone thighs. you can do 15-10 times each at one time. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on you and your exercises will be fruitful. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. A powerful method is of visualization, imagine yourself while relaxing to have the desired body, feel the same, and see yourself with toned up physique. This will not only help you in beating the stress but also have strong self-esteem. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. All the inflammatory process will be treated well once you feel healthy. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you
