My husbands granny suffered from it and we have seen how it consumed her last few yrs. Sending these few lines in her memory.. Prevention - yes prevention is definitely possible bcoz these problems take yrs to develop in our body and while we are young and forgetting small things, we may just be developing the condition assuming it’s just the age catching up on us. But the fact is, brain develops plaques that inhibit communication. These are protein deposits that don’t serve us. They are like road humps initially and then form deadend walls. Following are the yogasanas and exercises you can practise daily so as to maintain a healthy heart; • Start your day with a morning walk, jogging or brisk walking. • Practice asanas such as Ustrasana ( camel pose ), bhujangasanaaaa ( cobra pose ), setu bandha savangasana (bridge pose), janu sirsasana ( head to knee forward bend ) tadasana, suryanamaskara( avoid dynamic) all these asanas are good practise for maintaining a healthy heart functions. • Maintaining or practising a Meditative postures such as sukhasana or padmasana itself boost your heart function. • Every other pranayama can be practiced but kapalabhati and bhastrika are strictly contraindicated if you have any heart disease.

I need help, I stopped using shampoo and conditioners in April this year. I started using reetha, amla and shikakai along with bringraj and brahmi. I use soak them overnight and boil them next day, then seive them. I was assuming that my hair would be damn good, but I am suffering terribel hairfall after using this natural shampoo. Hello User, Bloating indicates that the digestive function is improper. The reason for improper digestive function may be wrong type of food, wrong timing of having food or lack of physical activity or a disturbed circadian rhythm. Whenever we eat something which is difficult to digest for our digestive system, it leads to problems like bloating, stomach ache, bloating, acidity, etc. Vaginal infections or urinary tract infections can also be the reason for frequent bloating. The reason for any kind of infection is the accumulation of toxins in our body. Accumulation of toxins results in the reaction of the body's immune system which leads to infection. Urinary tract infection may result due to following reasons - Urinating in unhygienic conditions. Unclean undergarments. Not maintaining the cleanliness of genitals. Not drinking enough water. Controlling the urge to urinate. Some tips Take some neem leaves and boil them in water. Also, rotate fitkari (alum) in this water. Then, use it to wash the private area after urinating every time. Maintain personal hygiene. Whenever you have an urge to urinate, never try to control it. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Have salads, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables. Drink coconut water. Autoimmune disorders are disorders in which the body's immune system attacks its own cells, tissues and organs because it fails to differentiate between the body's cells and foreign cells or agents. This attack of the immune system on its own body cells results in several autoimmune disorders like myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, sclerosis, lupus arythematous, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. Improving the lifestyle, diet and adding following things in your routine will help to cure it naturally. Diet Adding the following foods in the diet will help you to cue the problem. Include turmeric, coriander, ginger and cumin in your diet. Have fresh vegetables in your diet. Include sweet gourd, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin, bitter guard, onion, garlic and broccoli in your diet. I suffered with diarrhoea and blood in stool and the doctor started giving me antibiotics and the blood stopped but after some time again started coming. I have changed many doctors who told me different problems, but in December 2019 I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and the doctor started my steroid wysolone40mg and mesacol od 1. 2g twice,I started and the blood stopped, I m also started gaining weight but when I laeve the dose of steroid the blood comes in it's flare up.
