IBS A common gastrointestinal disorder involving an abnormal condition of gut contractions (motility) and increased gut sensations (visceral hypersensitivity) characterized by abdominal pain/discomfort, gas, bloating, mucous in stools, and irregular bowel habits with constipation or diarrhoea or alternating diarrhoea and constipation. Symptoms tend to be chronic, intermittent and to wax and wane over the years. Although IBS can cause chronic recurrent abdominal discomfort, it does not lead to any serious abdominal organ problems. SYMPTOMS Pain and Cramping. Abdominal pain is the most common symptom and a key factor in diagnosis. Diarrhoea. Diarrhea-predominant IBS is one of the three main types of disorder. Alternating Constipation and Diarrhea. Changes in Bowel Movements. Gas and Bloating. Food Intolerance. Fatigue and Difficulty Sleeping. Gastritis is an inflammation of the protective lining of the stomach. Acute gastritis involves sudden, severe inflammation. Chronic gastritis involves long-term inflammation that can last for years if it's left untreated. You have not mentioned much details about the pain like type of pain whether pricking or dull etc and not mentioned about since how long the pain is present. As per your complaint just application of wet cloth or a mud pack on empty stomach for 20 minutes daily should give you some relief. Oil bath once in a week also would help you. Have lot of fruits/vegetables in real form would help you. Avoid milk/tea/coffee and spicy foods.

I have Patelous Eustachian Tube. My Eustachian tubes open with crackling sounds whenever I swallow anything or whenever I move my jaw because of which I always feel the sense of fullness in my ears and my head often gets heavy. I have tinnitus in both of my ears. All of my conditions get worse whenever I do some exercise. I do jalneti everyday which ain't giving benefit as such. Bhrahmi kriya etc make my symptoms worst. If your Patulous Eustachian Tube is physical disorder is by birth, it is hard to say if it will be closed. This is a condition where its intermittently open which normally must be closed. The tinnitus is also a side effect of this issue. The primary function of the Eustachian tube is to ventilate the middle ear space, ensuring that its pressure remains at near normal environmental air pressure - That's why the sounds when air pressure is not regulated. Bramari also creates pressure and hence it bothers it more. The secondary function of the Eustachian tube is to drain any accumulated secretions, infection, or debris from the middle ear space. So its quite possible that you will develop infections quickly due to fluid retention. This is a physical defect Shekhar. This may not be a lifestyle issue that can be corrected the way you are trying. What best you can do imo is to attempt to fix your lifestyle to as ideal as possible so that the body closes this automatically. Messing with this with more air pressure or attempting to bring nethi may not help imo. We must hope the body to fix this. If it can't fix, it can atleast bring some mitigation to the problems you are facing. Only time can tell how it will help. But body can do wonders. If you did not have this as a child, then the chances of recovery are high. This is what i suggest - The more you bring in fruits, veggies greens into your all-day meals, the better for your body. 1) 500ml cucumber juice upon waking and 2 more litres of fresh veg or green, fruit juices in the day 2)Only fruits for breakfast 3) salads for lunch with lots of greens ( both juiced and whole green leaves) 4) millet-based gluten-free oil-free dinner. Replace with more raw for better results 5) vegan non-fluoride toothpaste 6) use clay /iron/steel/ glass for cooking and no other material must touch ur food 7) try to go organic to avoid heavy metals in pesticides 8) avoid cooking with oils 9)elimination of all animal products dairy eggs meat fish in all foods 10)no ready to eat foods from packets 11) no refined flour or oils 12)early morning sun exposure for 1 hr daily 13) have early dinner and sleep early 14) Exercise only as much as you can and figure out what works for you and continue that. Hi there, Cervical spondylosis is nothing but wear and tear of the spinal discs which is very common and worsens as the age progress. It is also referred to as degenerative arthritis of the spine and is common with every individual but only some people experience pain and associated symptoms on the back and neck. It can lead to disc herniation or prolapse which can further cause radiating pain, tingling sensation and other symptoms of nerve damage. • Degenerative disc diseases comes naturally as the age progress mostly due to wear and tear of the tissues and cells. However with a healthy diet and improving the daily lifestyle habits one can prevent it from worsening or aggravating. • Prolonged sitting and working on your PC or mobile phones can cause slip disc. Make sure that you get up and stretch periodically. Maintain correct posture while using your gadgets so that you may not worsen the condition. • Avoid lifting heavyweight. I was diagnosed with ulcer with h pylori positive,and gastric problem. I took medicines for ulcer one month and ppi medicine for two months. Now after stopping medicine acid reflux is happening. Excess sweating also called hyperhidrosis or Palmer hyperhidrosis is excess sweating on the palm to be specific. Anything miscommunication to the hypothalamus can activate the endocrine glands under your palm to think the internal temperature has raised and secrete water to the skin surface as heat has to be removed by evaporations. Typically these issues are caused due to excess toxaemia in the body and viral neurotoxins can impact the central nervous system to send mixed messages. Some of the key causes are excess caffeine, excess spicy and salty goods, nicotine or side effects of medicines. Such issues start in early childhood and continue through adulthood sometimes affecting other organs too. Although this is not a serious issue, it can cause discomfort to lead a life especially when hands have to hold on to objects. Below is a lifestyle that can be followed for your issue which will get better as the body starts cleansing. हेलो, त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का ज़रिया है। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है। सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

I am very much worried about my health. I always google symptoms of various diseases, obsessed about my health. I get muscle twitching, chest pain, severe headache, sharp pains in the muscles.
