हेलो, कारण - दवाइयों से शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा बढ़ जाती है। खान पान में पोषक तत्व की कमी, ग़लत आसन (posture), वज़न का बढ़ना भी एक कारण हो सकता है। कोई भी दर्द का कारण पाचन तंत्र में inflammation होता है। समाधान - दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। (बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। ये respiratory system के लिए बहुत लाभकारी है) दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Namaste Orange Orchid Have you ever thought as to why one gets fibroids and why does it lead to irregular periods?Well both fibroids and irregular periods go hand in hand. And the reason behind is just one. Thye reason is nothing but toxins or encumberance or accumulation of foriegn matter. And how did that come to happen? The explaination is very simple. Look back on your life from your childhood. Have you ever had packaged foods or processed stuff bought from the counters of the super market? Have you consumed milk and milk products regularly? if yes do you know the source of all your dairy products? Have you ever consumed meat, eggs or fish? I could ask you many such questions and you will realise the reasons behind your health issues. but how does these habits effect us? when we consume stuff that is not compatible with our normal natural diet our bodies have to work more than over time to try to digest it, seoarate the chemicals and toxins from it and try to eliminate the regularly. Migraine is caused majorly due to a bad GUT or stomach / indigestion. Acidic foods like dairy meat eggs fish, sugar, maida, coffee tea, oils in cooking, eating out day in and day out for years together kills the health of the digestive organs. Hence you have loosemotions which are body’s way of eliminating junk from your body which you suppressed with medication. Hence body tries to find a way to keep doing it till you get tired .. but it won’t. Suppressing migraine with medication is always a temporary solution. Instead when migraine hits, just switch to plain vegetable and fruit juices for the entire day and sleep in a dark room. The underlying causes for migraine is organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat Medications Packaged foods Sugar Refined oils and polished foods Ready to eat foods Fried foods All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. U can add veg or fruit juices .. continue to drink 3-4 lts. You won’t be dehydrated while body throws junk outside. - DONT MEDICATE. Juices will keep you hydrated and also body’s job of throwing junk will happen successfully. - Don’t take any cooked foods or any solid foods. - Next few times, rest and avoid straining during this time. Follow this as a lifestyle to avoid migraines and such issues in future:- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Keep drinking multiple juices till 12 Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. नमस्ते, भोजन में अधिकतर अम्लीय पदार्थ जैसे -चाय, चावल ,चीनी , अचार, मिठाइयां, नमक -नमकीन मांस मैदे से बने भोज्य पदार्थ, अनियमित दिनचर्या, गलत तरीके से बैठने की वजह से भोजन का पाचन अवशोषण व उनका निष्कासन सही तरीके से नहीं हो पाता, जिससे दूषित होकर वहीं पर सड़ने लगते हैं जिससे रक्त अम्लीय हो जाता है जिससे कई तरीके की समस्याएं दर्द, गैस प्रारंभ हो जाते हैं । नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें, इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, शरीर को आराम मिलता है। प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ निकलते हैं । प्रतिदिन प्रातः सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में व्यतीत करें इससे शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की प्राप्ति होती है, रक्त संचार बढ़ता है ,हड्डियां मजबूत होती है। जूस-खीरा, लौकी ,नारियल पानी या अनन्नास के जूस का सेवन करें। भोजन -हल्के, सुपाच्य 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करेंं ,इससे भोजन पाचन आसानी से होता है , शरीर में अम्ल व क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है। मिट्टी घड़े के घड़े में रखे जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती है, शरीर के सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं । उपवास- सप्ताह में 1 दिन रहे इससे शरीर के रंगों से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं उनकी कार्य क्षमता बढ़ जाती है । जब भी कहीं बैठे रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें। प्रतिदिन खाली पेट एक लहसुन की एक कली निगल लिया करें इसमें anti inflammatory , antibiotic गुण होता है ,जिससे दर्द में आराम मिलेगा। निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, चीनी और मैदे से बनी हुई चीजें , मसालेदार भोज्य पदार्थ ,क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या ,चिंता ,तनाव ,रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पढ़ने मोबाइल ,टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग ,पीठ के बल सोना,देर तक एक ही अवस्था में बैठे रहना, झुककर वजन समान उठाना।

नमस्ते , अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान की गड़बड़ी की वजह से भोजन का पाचन अवशोषण व मल का निष्कासन न होने की वजह से, ऊंचा तकिया लगाने, क्रोध, ईर्ष्या ,चिंता ,तनाव की अवस्था में रहने ,पर्याप्त नींद न लेने वाले लोगों को इस तरह की समस्याएं आती हैं। नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए आवश्यक है ! प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नीबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें, इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं । खीरा, लौकी, एलोवेरा के जूस का प्रतिदिन सेवन करें । भोजन- 80% फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है! जल का सेवन- जब भी प्यास लगे मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है । उपवास -सप्ताह में 1 दिन उपवास रहे दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, आंतरिक अंगों की कार्य क्षमता बढ़ जाती है। हाथों का योगिक सुक्ष्म व्यायाम - मुट्ठी को खोलें - बंद करें, मुट्ठी को चारों तरफ दक्षिणावर्त वामावर्त दिशा में घुमाएं ,हाथों को मोड़े -फैलाएं ,दोनों हाथों की अंगुलियों को कंधे पर रख ले दक्षिणावर्त- वामावर्त दिशा में गोल गोल घूमाए (अवधि प्रत्येक 10 बार) गर्दन का योगिक सूक्ष्म व्यायाम- गर्दन को ऊपर नीचे दाएं बाएं दक्षिणावर्त वामावर्त दिशा में चारों तरफ कब आए ( प्रत्येक पांच बार) प्रसन्न चित्त रहें, खुलकर हंसे। निषेध- जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ ,चीनी, मैदा ,नमक ,नमकीन से बनी हुई चीजें, डिब्बाबंद ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या ,चिंता, तनाव, रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।

Namaste Firstly we need to understand why one suffers from PCOD. Our Body eliminates toxins through various channels like the skin, kidneys, lungs etc. For women toxins also get eliminated during mestruation cycles. With a unhealthy lifestyle and food habit theres lot of toxins being produced and accumulated in the body. the speed of elimination is way too slow than accumulation. So whats happenning is the blood, lymphatic system, etc are getting over laden with toxins. And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. Thant’s why one gets issues like PCOD, fibroids, etc. As the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that the cysts are something that you don’t need in your body you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them. What are the lifestyle changes that you can make to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. The breathing works like a pump on your lymphatic system, by helping move the toxins towards the lymph nodes and further move towards elimination. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. Hi, Our body is a complex network System made up of nerves. Nerves travel all over the body and help to transmit signal from brain to each and every cell in our body and vice-versa. If any disturbance happens in the nerves that go to legs, it causes tingling, numbness, and some other sensation. You are getting numbness after sitting for few minutes. This is due to the compression of the nerves which are in the legs. Stretching exercises and physical activities - focus on your legs and spinal region. This will help you to get good nerve and blood supply. Posture correction: avoid sitting in cross legged position, it may cause nerve compression. Avoid sitting or kneeling for longer period. Avoid wearing tight clothes and socks. Check your blood glucose level, high blood sugar can also cause tingling and numbness on your feet. Take proper healthy diet. Consume more fruits and vegetables. Especially broccoli, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables which are rich in Vitamin B complex. Take dates, drumstick leaves, and other iron rich vegetables and fruits. Anaemia also causes these symptoms. Regularly take alternate hot and cold foot bath. The underlying causes for migraine and backaches are organs not doing its job. Reason for that is accumulation of toxins in the body due to an inefficient and unhealthy lifestyle. Consumption of animal products - dairy eggs fish meat Medications Packaged foods Sugar Refined oils and polished foods Ready to eat foods Fried foods All these seem to be harmless while we continue to consume them , but what goes in has to come out. If it has to come out then, the work has to be done right from your gut. But when they are not able to recognize the food we put into the body because it’s unnatural, the digestion is usually inefficient and blood continues to carry toxins and deposits it in multiple places as it circulates. Since we are consistently not allowing anything to come out of the body and suppressing it with meds, it stays inside like a volcano. Sometimes little triggers like lack of sleep, lack of eating when stomach is hungry or empty can cause migraines but that’s not the root cause. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. I have successfully treated many patients of stomatitis (mouth ulcers) and cough and cold. Please follow as:- For cough and cold:--Dear Health seeker, any dis-ease is an outcome of toxins, encumbrances,filthy matter invading the whole body. In pure nature cure all out efforts are made to cleanse the body through 4 eliminating organs that is by lungs,skin,bowels ,and through urination.What happens is that for most people all these organs are not allowed to perform to their optimum best, almost all eliminating organs work at the lowest levels simply because of our unhygiec lifestyle . हेलो, आँखों में प्रदाह (inflammation) के वजह से ऐसा हो सकता है। आँखों की समस्या मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है।आँखों का व्यायाम करें। आँखों को दाएँ से बाएँ और बाएँ से दाएँ करें गर्दन हिलाएँ नहीं। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। अब आँखों को ऊपर से नीचे और नीचे से ऊपर करें गर्दन को हिलाना नहीं है। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें।घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में घुमाएँ फिर आँखों को बंद कर के आराम दें। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। जल्दी जल्दी आँखों को खोलें बंद करें 5 बार फिर आँख को बंद कर के खोले अब त्राटक क्रिया करें।अपने नाक के सीधी दिशा में एक मोमबत्ती जलाएँ। एक हाथ की दूरी रखें अब उस लो को देखें 5 मिनट तक फिर देखें फिर आँख बंद करके आराम करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करें। उसके आँख पर गुलाब जल की गीली पट्टी रखें। उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया पत्ता का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट बाद हटा लें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
