Eczema can be completely cured. Your skin may be dry. That's why you are likely to be suffering from eczema. Apply coconut oil immediately after taking bath on the areas affected by eczema. If you have smoking habit stop it. Remain away from pollution /dust or use a mask when ever you happen to be in that area. A cold pack (wet cloth) around the chest region for 20 minutes in empty stomach may help you. Fasting in juices may help you to clean up the toxins/allergies in the lungs.

Akhil, my father suffered from similar issues which did not get diagnosed properly. That eventually became hernia and chronic constipation, prostrate inflammations, extra growth on his penis etc etc. the entire body became toxic leading to cancer and death. Not trying to create the fear, but helping you with the awareness that constipation is not a big thing to heal from when the body is fed the right fuels. When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and food that was not digested properly in the stomach before coming into the colon, it putrefies in the intestines. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydrochloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and ineffective weak bile, the food does not get digested properly and moves into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them. Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. Inflammation can happen in any part of the body. Weather changes are just a trigger. Winter causes alkalinity in the body inducing elimination. It’s a pressure that is created from inside.
