Hello, Skin pores occur due to lack of water intake as you neglecte your body's sufficient intake of water our body start's loosing its ph level. It makes our ph more acidic which cause our to become dry due to lack of moisture production through our secretory glands. I highly suggest you to increase your water intake upto 3 liters per day. Ive application twice a day will help shrinking the pores apply it for 4-5 min daily for food results. Wash your face twice in a day and in night before sleep to wash out all the dust and impurities which can be accumulated in the pores. Use Aloe Vera gel daily in the night for general application on face. Use multani mitti or mud pack on face at least twice a week keep it for 20min and wash it afterwards. Clean your face with rose water daily twice or you can keep rose water in a spray bottle and can use it anytime in a day for 4-5 times to keep your skin hydrated. Hello, Atrial septal defect is commonly known as ASD. It is a congenital birth defect. In simple terms it is a hole in the wall between the two upper chambers of your heart. It should not be taken lightly as this condition can be life threatening. In these cases the blood mixes with deoxygenated blood and it is pumped to the lungs, even though it's already refreshed with oxygen.If the atrial septal defect is large, this extra blood volume can overfill the lungs and overwork the right side of the heart. Small hole cannot be detected until some major issues are caused but large hole can be life threatening one must consider a cardiologist. Healthy lifestyle can maintain a good life span. So i highly suggest you to maintain a healthy eating habits and maintenance of good Physical health rather than finding a cure for it. Natural way of living can improve life span but cannot guarantee a cure. Limited intake of foods rich in saturated fat and cholesterol. Limiting bad fat is good for your heart as it reduces the risk of thickening of blood vessels by plaque formation and also keeps blood pressure in check. Limit your salt intake and use spices in a limited quantity. Avoid red chilli and green chillies use black pepper instead. Include alot of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Bulging Disc- A common spinal injury due to sustained injury in inter vertebral disc. Commonly occurs in lower back-lumbar region, Thoracic region- upper middle back, and cervical region (neck area). It is also known as slipped disc or protruding disc. Symptoms: Loss of Bladder or Bowel Function Reduced or altered sensation- numbness, prickling sensation etc. Weakness in your limb muscles- weakness in arm, hand and leg. Pain in spinal area Aim of the treatment is to restore normal joint alignments of spine and range of motion (ROM), spinal and back muscle strength and endurance. Treatment: Posture correction, muscles strengthening exercises, breathing exercises. Improving abdominal and neck muscle core strength by practising regular exercise and Yogasanas. Hot and cold application to reduce pain and prevent inflammation: cold compress or ice pack, on the back helps to reduce pain-numbing the area and prevent/reduces the swelling. Hot application by using a heating pad or hot fomentation bag helps to soothes and relaxes aching muscles and increases blood flow lead to healing. Regular intake of fruits and vegetables helps to improve antioxidants, requires vitamins minerals etc, which are necessary to reduce inflammation and for healing. hii, Nothing hurts more than unhealthy body. First of all if you really love your life then you should take care of your body in right way. Dont Eat for pleasure .we have cravings for glucose sweets becoz when our our brain dont get enough energy they send you a signal in form of cravings, so first you should take care of brain health also for that you should learn to relax your mind n body choose healthy food n chew it more times so that your brain can get the signal n your digestive system can properly to convert the food into energy. stay away from that food which are highly acidic starchy and undigestive . Stay away from refined sugar ,flour ,boiled potato ,non veg,salt,oils,butter,peanut butter. start eating lotus seeds ( makhana) use musrard oil or seeds in your diet, eat pinaaple (little amount), citrus fruits,plum,peach,kiwi, strawberry,salads, green leafy veggies, Do breathing exercise stretching,n meditation. walk barefoot into green grass can help you a lot .
