Hy...yes you can eat but the method of preparation should be different. 1.Potatoes should be baked or should be heated on stove like corn. Than it can be eaten in moderate quantity. 2. And rice should be eaten in the form of ganji, the quantity of water should be double the quantity of rice and the rice which are used in preparation should not be polished rice.it should be avoided in night. नमस्ते गौरव जी आसन (Posture) पर ध्यान दें। उनका मेरुदंड (spine) हमेशा उठते सोते बैठते खाते पीते हुए सीधा होना चाहिए। इस बीमारी में आहार और आसन (posture) का अहम भूमिका है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए या व्यक्तिगत सलाह और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मुझसे सीधे सम्पर्क करें। धन्यवाद।

नमस्ते शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। निष्कासन (elimination) सुचारू रूप से नहीं हो रहा है।अत्यधिक अम्लीयता (acid) बढ़ गया है। शरीर सही माध्यम से विषाणु (toxic) तत्व को नहीं निकल पा रहा है। आहार शुद्धि से हाज़मा भी ठीक हो जाएगा और पाचन तंत्र (digestion)साफ़ भी रहेगा। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100 ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते + पुदीना 10 पत्ते पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1 रोटी लें, 8बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास (fasting) करें। केवल नारियल पानी पर रहें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। एक टब में नाभि तक पानी भर कर 20 मिनट के लिए उसमें बैठें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

What problems do you have ? Acidic foods from animals ( diary meat eggs fish) sugar wheat maida fried and oils used for cooking make the GUT absolutely unhealthy. Go off all these and lead a healthy life with raw fruits veggies and greens till dinner and for dinner millets without any oils.. you will start feeling better. It’s best to also start enema for a month once you start on raw as the old junk will mix with new and make u feel bloated

You can get the nutrition of milk and curd from other ways also . You just need to make sure you are meditating ,doing yoga following healthy diet free from animal products on a daily basis. Dear Kalyani, they are all caused due to toxemia. Toxic accumulation over a period of many years. One would have led to another. When undigested matter accumulates, we have all unwanted virus and bacteria coming to feast on it - scavenger variety. They also release their own poop and pee which cause harm to the body. They also infect many organs. The defence system of your body will continue to weaken because of the toxins and improper functioning of your own cleaning organs. Hence the issue. We suggest you go on a whole food plant-based diet also a lifestyle forever and include a lot of raw natural fresh life-giving foods like fruits veggies greens nuts and seeds. Don’t consume anything that is partial like oils which have been stripped off the fibre. So start your day with a big glass of cucumber juice, followed by some yoga / pranayama ( go to a class and start this), come back and have a green juice made with green leaves and another watery vegetable like ashgourd, next for lunch big bowl of seasonal fruits available around your place. Start taking enema daily after your morning potty to clear old junk. Hello Sumeet ji, Very good questions you have posted. Let me take this opportunity to address your question. People when not adopting a proper and dicipline diet and life style they tend to fall sick. How it appears, Intially first symptoms we face Indigestion issue, Hair fall Constipation Nausea Flatulence Heaviness of body Lack of appetite Not sleeping on time Depression Eating more Junk food No Physical activity etc. When System is not removing its waste, or detoxifying on it own, from their health gets spoil. If you do not complete 8 hours a sleep, Internal organs are getting affected which tends to happen health loss. How to Over this Problem by follow Healthy life style from Day 1: 1. Morning once you wake up have an habbit of drinking water in empty stomach either 1 glass or half litre or 1 litre. 2. Usually many of us facing bleeding gums, toothache, cavity etc even we brush up properly. But actual reason is, we need to brush up at night more important then morning.
