How to cure vitamin D deficiency
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
09:02 AM | 23-06-2019
Namaste There just a couple of things you need to do to cure vitamin D deficiency. 1 Get sun exposure everyday day. As much directly on the skin as possible. If you have enough privacy, you may lie down nude on a mat and stay that way as long as the sun doesn’t irritate you. Once you feel enough then turn on your stomach and expose your back. Stay that way as long as comfortable. Do not forget to keep a wet towel on your head during this practice. And please do it in the first two or last two hours of suns rise or sun set. Continue this practice till your vitamin D levels become normal. And continue it for further assistance. 2 Eat maximum raw fresh local seasonal fruits and vegetables. 3 Keep your bowels active and clean. 4 Do some simple yoga or excercise everyday. Suggest any natural remedies for menstrual cramps.?
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
02:56 PM | 21-06-2019
Menstrual cramps is a very common issue today. And the reason for it is nothing other than our faulty lifestyle. For women uterus also works as an eliminatory organ and it tries to remove toxins during the menstruating cycle. When there’s pain and cramps during menstruation we can understand that there are toxic deposits which are not normally supposed to be there in your system. Analyse your food habits and lifestyle. Remove all unhealthy foods, processed, packaged food, dairy meat etc from your diet. Remove sugar salt and maida completely from your daily routine. Consume only fresh fruits veggies and greens majorly. Let your diet be 50% fruits, 35% vegetables, 10 % grains and sprouts and 5% of nuts. Stay as much as raw as possible. Stay well hydrated. And the best way is to stick to large quantities of juicy fruits. Monitor your bowel movement. Constipation at all levels will aggravate your issue. Stay happy and relaxed. Sleep well. Get enough sun air and grounding exposure. Last but one of the most important things will be to practice yoga. Yoga will help activate your sluggish lymphatic system and assist in eliminating old accumulated toxins. Yoga also improves the function of your glands resulting in better functioning of your body. Health is in our hands.... Be happy be healthy Swati Dhariwal Kayakalp

I have my right shoulder dislocated twice in my lifetime. So it always feels weak and loose than the left one. Also it pains while lifting something heavy. What should I do to make it strong and stop that pain from coming?

Don't repeat the action that caused your injury, and try to avoid painful movements. Cold compress or even heat therapy can work out with some moderate exercise regimes and activity modification. Try to give rest to the affected part and restrict your spectrum of movement and avoid lifting heavy objects till it gets fine. Consultation to a doctor if the problem continues is mandate.

How do you cure a sore throat
Mehak
05:30 PM | 15-06-2019
A sore throat occurs as part of your body's immune response to viral or bacterial infections. Your natural immune response leads to inflammation and swelling of the mucous membranes in the throat. Fortunately, there are several natural remedies that may provide relief, including some that are supported by scientific evidence. 1)Apple cider vinegar is a natural health tonic that's been used in folk medicine remedies for centuries. Its main active ingredient, acetic acid, helps fight bacteria. 2)Gargling with salt water is a well-known natural remedy to get rid of a sore throat. 3)Honey is a delicious sweetener that is often used in combination with other natural ingredients to soothe a sore throat like warm water and apple cider vinegar. 4)Ginger is a spice with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects that may help relieve throat pain. 5)Cinnamon is a fragrant and delicious spice that's high in antioxidants and provides antibacterial benefits and can treat it. 6) Intake of plenty of fluids which can also include peppermint tea or chamomile tea
One of my friend sweats a lot and her sweat is odorous too. Kindly suggest something to control that odour as it becomes really unpleasant sometimes.
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
04:28 PM | 12-06-2019
Namaste When the sweat is very odourus it means there’s lot of toxins in her body. It is very easy to get rid of this situation. What can you do externally? ( these are short term solutions) 1 Let the skins pores function normally. Keep the skin chemical free ( no chemical based soaps shampoos or moisturisers) 2 Go for sun exposure in the early hours every morning with least clothes or no clothes on. Sweat as much as you can. Don’t over do it. Just be in the sun as long as you feel comfortable. 3 Learn to use a dry brush. You can look for how to use it on you tube. Dry brushing improves blood flow to the skin, helps remove dead skin and activates the lymphatic system ( this will help the body to move out the toxins faster) 4 In place of soaps or shampoos use herbal bath powders like orange peel powder with moong dal flour or any “ubtan” combination. Do not forget to add lemon to it as that will act as your deodorant. 5 Rub a slice of lemon under arm pits and other areas as a deodorant. 6 Cold presses coconut oil can be used as a moisturiser after shower and before going to bed. What can you do internally? ( this is more important for a long term solution) 1 Check your bowel movements. Regular evacuation is very very important. Eliminating more than the quantity of food you have consumed is important. 2 Go off animal based food. Remove dairy from your diet. Eat maximum fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables the most. The least they are processed the best. 3 More than what you eat is important to see that you have digested, assimilated the nutrients and eliminated the waste. So give your body ample time between meals to complete the process of digestion . 4 Start your first meal as late in the morning as possible with any one type of fresh juicy fruit. This will keep you well hydrated and your stomach will be happy. 5 finish your last meal just before sunset. Your last meal could be a large salad with lots of greens and veggies with some sprouts or little nuts. Letting your stomach rest for more than 12 to 14 hours will give it enough time to process all the foods consumed during the day and clean and eliminate the waste. This way your body gets enough time to repair and cleanse and heal. 6 Eat only when hungry and when in a peaceful state of mind or happy state of mind. Never over eat. Keep yourself mainly on liquids(like taking cinnamon with boiling water to make a tea which can be altered with cumin and cloves) and good amount of water to keep the digestion process at ease. Avoid difficult to digest foods like:- 1)Fried or fatty 2)Creamy 3)Salty or heavily preserved One can also go for BRAT diet as well should take ample rest.Along with that taking a very ripe banana or a shot of Apple cider vinegar Or drinking mint infused water will work.
My eyes have become red & frequently watering. I can see blurred rainbow colours on the upper part of my vision when looked on any light in the evening. Iam 45 years now.. What care I should take?
Ankur
11:10 AM | 11-06-2019
I am assuming it is your eye. Based on the limited information, it is difficult to ascertain the cause. In the short term you can do two things: First, cucumber poultice - put grated cucumber on your closed eyes for 4-5 minutes. Do this every couple of hours Second, put a few drops of pure rose water in cool purified water and wash your eyes once every 2 hours. You can alternate between both options. Please see a competent doctor if symptoms persist.

Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,

Namaste If you are having stomach aches it means it is not happy with what ever you are consuming. What ever the type of diet and what ever the purpose of your diet may be - the food that is best for your body has to be food which is full of life. The least it is processed the more the body will be happy to receive it. Why do we eat? It is basically to provide ourselves of energy. And we also get energy through other sources too which are equally important for our day to day well-being. The other sources of energy are the sun, fresh air, water through fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, and grounding. So see to it that you get enough exposure to all these sources too. The ideal food for our body would be fresh, seasonal, locally grown fruits and vegetables,. Grains and nuts too in a smaller quantity. The body is happy to start its first meal of the day as late in the morning as possible after it has finished its daily cleansing process. And the first meal would be any seasonal sweet juicy fruit. The minute you have it your body will feel happy and hydrated. Just listen to your body. See how it feels after each meal or food you have consumed. You may have your last meal before sunset and that could be a large bowl of salad with lots of vegetables, greens and some sprouts. This way your body will have ample time to process all that you have consumed and assimilate it and remove the waste too in time. As for the whey protein ... it is man made not god made. And it is devoid of life. So it is not ideal for human consumption. Nature has provided us with all that we need in beautiful and colourful packages in forms of fruits and vegetables. They are well equipped to provide you with all the necessary nutrients your body will need. Just a small test to see what is human specific food- keep a bowl of whey protein in front of you. And a bowl filled with fruits. Just check which bowl appeals to all your five senses. And do reply here As for your stomach ache when ever there’s pain, give it enough rest by not eating anything other than just water, that too if thirsty. Until your stomach starts feeling good again. What is the natural remedy for IBS
Swati Dhariwal MA, ND,
06:13 PM | 06-06-2019
Living life as per your body’s nature is the best way. Listen to your body. The body has its own intelligence which may not give instructions that match those of your minds. So change your lifestyle and try to follow what your body says minutely. 1 Try to give your intestines as much rest as possible. The name itself suggests that it has been over used and it seems to be irritated. So eat only if you are genuinely hungry. You will know that you are genuinely hungry when you can enjoy the simplest of fruits or vegetables. Start your first meal as late in the morning as possible. Slowly slowly push it further everyday. Eat as much raw fruits and vegetables salads and greens. Finish your last meal before the sunset. So that your body gets enough time to process all that you ate in the day and relax. Only when you give your stomach some resting time will it be able to heal itself. So eat when you are hungry. Don’t over eat. 2 Sleep well at night, and be well rested. When you sleep is the time when your body can recharge, cleanse and heal. If you feel tired in the day do not hesitate to take a nap. 3 Align your life with nature. Sun fresh air and earth must be a very integral part of your daily routine. 4 Monitor your bowel movement. It will reflect on the well being of your digestive system. As you rest more and more the bowel movement will get back to normalcy. Rest your mind, rest your stomach and rest your body. That’s enough for you to heal. Whats are the benefits of eating brown sugar over white sugar?
PSYsolution by Kalyan
07:34 AM | 06-06-2019
This response is in line with the Pure Nature Cure (PNC). In PNC, the remedies are never recommended. In PNC, the causal analysis is opted always. To know more about PNC, you can study this series. Hi Subham, There is no benefit from either! We could arrive at the point that brown is better than white due to its less processing. But the fact is brown might be less harmful than white and both are harmful in terms of consuming our VITALITY. Poison is always a poison and cannot be recommended, whatever the intensity it may carry in it. The sweetness, directly from Nature takes the least VITALITY in the digestion and assimilation process. Hence, please opt the unprocessed forms of sweetness, as much as possible. Thank you...

This response is in line with the Pure Nature Cure (PNC). In PNC, the remedies are never recommended. In PNC, the causal analysis is opted always. To know more about PNC, you can study this series. Hi Charu, If you are not sensing emergency with your problem, you must explore Pure Nature Cure where the symptoms are not treated but the CAUSE is analysed and addressed. With a sense of emergency, our cognition is not open to understanding. Pure Nature Cure needs understanding, it is not prescription based approach. The problem that you are suffering from is due to the accumulation of toxin in your body. This happens when we deplete our vitality unnecessarily which may happen knowingly or unknowingly! Depletion of VITALITY in the body reduces the waste disposal from the body and we suffer the state of TOXAEMIA which means the accumulation of TOXIN in the body. The places of accumulation differ, from person to person. But the cause is the same for all! The problem can only be CURED only by conscious conservation of VITALITY, which will throw the toxins from the body through effective elimination. Medicine or surgery will SUPPRESS the problem giving you instant relief. As a result, the symptoms will appear again in some other forms since the CAUSE is not addressed, in the process. Please get yourself analysed by a Nature Cure practitioner, preferably a diagnostician and opt a regime of CONSCIOUS, CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY. Thank you...
While performing hala asana, I got my stomach muscle stretched due to which I'm unable to continue with yoga. Suggest some remedies for this.
Smitha Hemadri
06:57 AM | 05-06-2019
Any asana has to be done step by step and not for the sake of doing it. For halasana to happen, you must have done all the bending exercises regularly without bending your knees and not have a pull/ pain. If you have directly gone to halasana and stayed in that pose longer, any muscle can stretch. Either way, it’s best to leave the body to rest and wait to do anything till it restores normalcy on its own. They relax. Have raw fruits and veg juices to hydrate the body and let the muscles loosen up. Don’t force the muscle to loosen using some oils etc because sometimes a wrong massage can worsen it. Wait with patience and it will be ok. Don’t do any asana till it is ok. If you have been suffering with some conditions, apply caution before you do such asana. Best is to perfect the art of consistently doing surya namaskara for 30 mins and enjoy the fatigue it causes. That flexibility can overtime be used for doing others imo.
How can I get rid of teeth moulting due to flourosis?
Mohan M
05:50 PM | 04-06-2019
During our grandparents days this kind of problems are very very rare or unusual Because they never used Tooth paste or powder which is chemical involved. If you notice their tooth and gums are so strong, never had cavity issues or any dental fluorosis. Now lots of toothpaste companies are growing up, oral wash, dental hospitals are more like tea shops in every street. If we brush our teeth with neem stick or baniyan tree stick this dental fluorosis problem will slowly disappear. Start brushing with this stick weekly once then slowly increase the days. also you can use banana skin, by rubbing on the teeth which not only reduce the white spots but also increase the whitish of the teeth from the yellowish. Try and share your feedback. Thanks.
