Hi, Our body is a complex network System made up of nerves. Nerves travel all over the body and help to transmit signal from brain to each and every cell in our body and vice-versa. If any disturbance happens in the nerves that go to legs, it causes tingling, numbness, and some other sensation. You are getting numbness after sitting for few minutes. This is due to the compression of the nerves which are in the legs. Stretching exercises and physical activities - focus on your legs and spinal region. This will help you to get good nerve and blood supply. Posture correction: avoid sitting in cross legged position, it may cause nerve compression. Avoid sitting or kneeling for longer period. Avoid wearing tight clothes and socks. Check your blood glucose level, high blood sugar can also cause tingling and numbness on your feet. Take proper healthy diet. Consume more fruits and vegetables. Especially broccoli, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables which are rich in Vitamin B complex. Take dates, drumstick leaves, and other iron rich vegetables and fruits. Anaemia also causes these symptoms. Regularly take alternate hot and cold foot bath. हेलो, कारण - पाचन क्रिया का स्वस्थ ना होने से आँत में प्रदाह (inflammation) होता और वह फेफड़ों और गले में संक्रमण पैदा करता है। शरीर में मौजूद मिनरल दूषित होकर कफ में परिवर्तित होते जाते हैं और ऑक्सिजन की मात्रा में आती है। समाधान - उज्जायी प्राणायाम, अनुलोम विलोम, आंतरिक कुंभक और बाह्य कुंभक करें। सर्वांगआसन और सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दुध या दुध से बना कोई चीज़ ना लें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट और गले पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। बेल पत्ते का जूस से फ़ायदा होगा। जीवन शैली - आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Neem is considered to be most effective when it comes to acne, turmeric has anti-bacterial properties. Make a paste of neem leaves by boiling them so that they get cleansed, add some turmeric and make a thick paste out of them. Sleep on your abdomen and let the paste do its work. Something’s come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective, Have fruits till noon Salads innthe afternoon for lunch Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Hello, Lumbar spondylosis is wear and tear of the spinal cord and it increases as the age increases. It usually doesn't show any symptoms But it can associated with pain sometimes radiating to thighs and legs and muscular spasm or muscular weakness. It can be also associated with stiffness and pinning sensation as well. Firstly i suggest making a regular yoga session atleast 30 min a day in the guidance of an expert yoga practitioner. Include amla, garlic water or green juice early in the morning and evening. Third, massage the affected area with mustard oil mixed with camphor in it. Heat the mustard oil and add little amount of camphor in it, let it melt and apply on the painful area and massage for few minutes if possible. You can also use cold ice pack application on the affected area cover it with towel and let it sit for 5- 10 min. Lastly, i advise you to correct your posture while sitting and lying down on bed as well. Don't use bouncy mattresses and heavy pillows should be avoided. Try to sleep on hard bed with firm mattress. Namaste How did you clear your fever? Did you let it run its course? If not then you may have suppressed the fever with medications and in turn supressed the toxins which was being eliminated by the body with the help of the fever. Thats the reason that you feel drained and tired. You feel enervated as the vitality has been suppressed. What could you do to help your body complete the process of eliminating the toxins? Remove all those things or habits that tax or drain your vitality and change to a more supportive lifestyle and food habit which could help your body remove the toxins and free up your vitality to flow freely without any obstructions. Where do you start? Start with rest. Rest at all three levels.Physical, Mental and physiological. Namaste Feeling tired all the time even after excercising in the morning shows that there are layers of toxic matter in the body that is not letting your vitality to flow freely all through the body. Our vitality or life force is like a diamond, always shining and lusturous as long as it lasts. It is covered by unwanted matter and so the light is dimmed. Usually what people believe is that energy or vitality is something that we get from outside, but no, it is something that we are born with. So how do we get the vitality to flow freely without any obstructions? Just as you need to clean the house, remove clutter, cobwebs and old useless matter to let light and fresh air to circulate and brighten up the house freely, same way we need to do the house cleaning from our inside too. What ever we put into our bodies, should come out after performing the task it is supposed to perform. What ever food we eat has to be digested, assimilated and all the waste matter left behind needs to be excreted from the body at the earliest. These days the number of times we eat are more than three and the number of times we remove the waste matter is not more than once or for some people even that once is very difficult. नमस्ते कारण- शरीर में प्राकृतिक शुगर की मात्रा का कम होने से ऐसा हो सकता है। रक्त के संचार दोष, कोई मंद रोग (chronic disease) से ग्रसित होने से भी ऐसा हो जाता है। रसायनिक तत्व से प्रतिक्रिया हो सकता है। समाधान - होंठों पर खीरा के रस में गुलाब जल मिला कर लगाएँ। एलोवेरा पल्प + नारियल तेल में मिला कर लगाएँ। फल, पानी में भिगोए हुए सूखे फल, कच्चे सब्ज़ी के जूस और सलाद बिना नमक के लें। जीवन शैली - हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है। सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

In my own case, I have observed that after removing all forms of animal products in my diet and increasing raw foods and improving sleep, these have reduced to a great extent. The reason for piles is that your digestive fire is low, you develop fistula with hard stools which are difficult to pass, also if you have loose motions they irritate piles. To rekindle your digestive fire you need to give your body rest from eating. Try with fasting with only fresh homemade fruit juices. Later start with only fruits for the whole day and then salads without any oil and dressing/salt for lunch. With this routine, I was able to cure my self.
