हेलो, कारण - जब किसी चोट के स्थान पर विकसित होने वाले स्कार ऊतक असाधारण तरीके से फैलने लग जाते हैं, तो इस स्थिति को केलॉइड कहा जाता है। केलॉइड से प्रभावित हिस्सा त्वचा से ऊपर की तरफ उठ जाता है, चोट के असली घाव से आकार में बड़ा हो जाता है और वापस कम नहीं होता है। केलॉइड चोट के सामान्य घाव से परे काफी बढ़ जाता है और स्वस्थ त्वचा को प्रभावित करता रहता है। त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें। समाधान - खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें। बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है। सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hi Bhushan , As per your concern there is a difference in cough and acid reflux- if you have acid reflux then you will feel difference in taste , burning in throat but if you have cough it would be sticky feeling on your throat with sputum or no sputum. Differentiate your symptoms , if you have cough drink half cup hot water after the meal but if you have acid reflux then first thing you should do is change your diet- eat simple food consisting of freshly cooked vegetables, dal and chapati with salad. Eat simple boiled or roasted food avoid fat containing diet because it’s hard to digest. Avoid caffeine, aerated beverages, fried food , junk food , sweets etc. Put one spoon of ajwain in one liter of water and consume that during day it will boost your digestion. Namaste Kalpana Shah A very simple and easy diet plan would be like this : 1 Wake up just before sun rise, finish your ablutions and go out into the open. Your first meal of the day will be fresh air, warm rays of the rising sun and radiations from mother earth. Take deep relaxed effortless breaths and exhale peacefully. This will nourish your blood with pure oxygen. Asorb the warm suns rays through the skin... this will nourish your neurons and help your blood to use the oxygen well too. the earths radiations will help you by absorbing all the negetive energy from you and help you relax and release all negativities. Dear Fatima Jala neti is a yogic cleansing technique. It is highly specific to the cleansing of upper respiratory tract ( nose, nasal passages, sinuses, pharynx). The water doesn't enter your lungs as the passage is closed due to epiglottis and doesn't allow water or food items to pass into in under normal conditions. So do not worry, please practice kapalbhati to remove the water in the sinuses which may have entered during the practice. Definitely continue the practice without any hesitation.

My age his 25yrs. As many naturopathic doctor's recommend juice or smoothies fasting, complete raw foods protocol for autoimmune disease.. But when I have be on this diet, i don't feel full and i always feel hungry with just a little span of time.. Hence can't concentrate on another things always thinking about another meals... नमस्ते कारण - लम्बाई कम होने के कई कारण है पोषक तत्व का शरीर में संचार ठीक प्रकार से ना होना। शारीरिक क्रिया में कमी। खुराक में पर्याप्त पोषण की कमी। समधान - एक पेड़ को स्वस्थ रहने के लिए अंतराल (gap)सूर्य की रोशनी, हवा का संचार, पानी की सही मात्रा और उपजाऊ मिट्टी चाहिए। इसी तरीक़े शरीर का लम्बाई, ठीक होना, स्वस्थ होना, वज़न ठीक होना इन्हीं बातों निर्भर करता है। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। कुछ अभ्यास लम्बाई बढ़ाने में उपयोगी साबित होंगी जैसे साइकलिंग, तैराकी, लटकना, रस्सी कूद, झुलना कुछ योगा अभ्यास। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। आहार शुद्धि जैसे सुबह उठकर ख़ाली पेट सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard)को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। फल+अंजीर,मुनक्के का नाश्ता लें। दोपहर इसी जूस को लें उसके एक घंटे बाद सलाद लें।बिना नमक और निम्बू के (स्प्राउट) अंकुरित अनाज और मेवे सलाद में मिलायें।अंकुरित मूँगफली टमाटर, शिमला मिर्च, खीरा और बारीक कटा धनिया मिला कर लें। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Dear Nikita, Tea not only hinders in the absorption of vitamin iron but in nature cure parlance it is called 'Vitamin Thief since it contains sugar, chemicals like, thien, tannin, caffeine, milk and some exotic varieties contain condiments '.It is a stimulant giving a sense of deja vu , a temporary sense of kick to start the day. Any natural remedies for frost bite?

Hi there, Frostbites occur when one's body is exposed to the temperature below the freezing point of the body. Mostly affects the peripheral body parts such as fingers, toes, ears, nose, hands and feet because they're more exposed. Depending upon the severity of the affected body part care should be taken accordingly ; Initially, when you experience the symptoms of frostbites such as numbness, tingling sensation, itchiness and cold sensation of the affected parts with changes in skin colours following steps should be taken ; • Wash or soak the affected part of the body in warm water for 15-20 minutes or until the changes in the skin disappears. You can also use wet cloth soaked in warm water or used the warm heat and cover the affected area. Do not use dry heat or expose it to direct heat as it may worsen the condition. Do not re-expose the affected area to the cold, it will worsen the condition. • Let alone the blisters and do not remove it. • Apply Aloe Vera gel or oil over the affected part. You can also use other essential herbal oils and apply it topically. • using a dry sterile cotton and bandage wrap it gently. • Avoid walking or using the affected part again. • Prolonged exposure to cold or frostbite can be life-threatening and should be taken for proper medical care.
I have the problem of burning feet in the sole of both the feet which aggravates particularly at night. I am not diabetic. What could the remedy?

Hello Partha, Thanks for your query!!! Can you please try 'cold water' therapy and 'cold-pressed coconut oil' massage at night. For cold water therapy you will have to take some cold water and a little bit of ice to it, soak your feet in the water for around 5-10 minutes. After the cold water therapy, you can use cold-pressed coconut oil and apply it on the sole of your feet and gently massage your feet for around 10 minutes more. This should reduce the burning feet problem. Additionally, I will advice to have plant based yogurt made up of Almond or Coconut milk in your diet.
