हेलो, कारण - क़ब्ज़ के कारण पाइल्स - में गुदा व मलाशय में मौजूद नसों में सूजन व तनाव आ जाता है। इसका इलाज जीवनशैली में कुछ साधारण बदलाव करने से भी किया जा सकता है, जैसे फाइबर युक्त आहार खाना खाएँ। समाधान - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, पवनमुक्तासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20 मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें। जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। 7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Don’t worry. Your body is young and you can reverse this easily in few months and manage a healthy and fit lifestyle forever. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. Eczema can be completely cured. Your skin may be dry. That's why you are likely to be suffering from eczema. Apply coconut oil immediately after taking bath on the areas affected by eczema. Hello, Eating alot of fruits and vegetables in diet is good but you should make sure those fruits and vegetables should be rich in high fibre content with sufficient vitamin and minerals. I highly suggest you to follow diet rich with high fibre fruits and vegetables and also include some of the herbs which will help you combat this problem. Usually fruits and vegetables which you consume is digested and metabolised easily either it will be utilised in the energy expenditure or it will be stored if you're intake is not sufficient. Firstly when you consume fruits and vegetables make sure you increase your water intake with it as well. It will help in flushing off the toxins and helps your organs to throw waste metabolised products faster without making them stagnant in the body. Include vitamin C, D rich food in your diet like- orange, pineapple, kiwifruit, amla, papaya, lemon juice these food help in boosting the metabolic system. Citrazine can suppress the itching for few days but that will only cause in more violent itching. What you can do is: At night after bathing apply coconut oil all over the body. हेलो, कारण - ओवरी में सिस्ट (पीसीओएस (PCOS) मतलब पॉलीसिस्टिक ओवरी सिंड्रोम) अनियमित मासिक धर्म का एक बड़ा कारण है। अनियमित मासिक धर्म के दूसरे कारण बाहरी होते हैं जैसे:- मेनोपोज का समय होना, वज़न घटना या बढ़ना, हार्मोनल गर्भनिरोधक का असर, तनावग्रस्त होना। शरीर में पोषक तत्व के संतुलन बिगड़ने से भी ऐसा हो सकता है। समाधान - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। 7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

1) If she is pure breast fed baby, then mother must completely go off animal products like diary eggs meat fish. Remove sugar excess grains outside foods from her diet. Increase fruits and juices 2) If the baby is already on solids, avoid all kinds of animal products for the baby like diary meat eggs fish. Don’t feed anything from animals because they are not the mother of the child to be consuming that milk. It’s designed for a calf . Hello,skin disorders are mainly suggest the liver functioning of the body is affected. Mainly lichen planus are red or purple patches on the skin which can be differentiated very prominently. It is mainly the inflammation of the mucous membranes and it can occur due to weak immune system. When immune system attack it's own skin cells. It can lead to blister, itching, painful sores. I highly recommend you to go for 10 of fasting therapy and than switch to plant based wholesome diet. Physical activity and some of the hydrotherapy therapy will give good results. I advise you to follow following treatment protocol. Fasting protocol will help alot to boost your metabolism and kick start your metabolism. Early morning- ashguard juice/ green juice. Any asana has to be done step by step and not for the sake of doing it. For halasana to happen, you must have done all the bending exercises regularly without bending your knees and not have a pull/ pain. If you have directly gone to halasana and stayed in that pose longer, any muscle can stretch. Either way, it’s best to leave the body to rest and wait to do anything till it restores normalcy on its own. They relax. Have raw fruits and veg juices to hydrate the body and let the muscles loosen up. Don’t force the muscle to loosen using some oils etc because sometimes a wrong massage can worsen it. Wait with patience and it will be ok. Don’t do any asana till it is ok. If you have been suffering with some conditions, apply caution before you do such asana. Best is to perfect the art of consistently doing surya namaskara for 30 mins and enjoy the fatigue it causes. That flexibility can overtime be used for doing others imo.
